I want beard look. What can I do for increasing beard and mustache in a month. Suggest suitable oil.
Hello, There are some simple steps you can incorporate into your daily routine to help along the growing process. JOJOBA OIL: Stimulate your facial hair by massaging with jojoba oil. Nutrients in jojoba oil penetrate into the hair and stimulate facial hair growth. Apart from hair, this liquid wax will moisturize your face. CASTOR OIL: You can massage your beard with Sunny isle’s extra dark Jamaican black castor oil (or normal castor oil) at nighttime and leave it overnight. Black Jamaican castor oil has a scientifically valid theoretical method of boosting beard growth, by stimulating the production of prostaglandin E2 in hair follicles. SESAME OIL: Apply sesame oil once in a week to your face to grow thicker beard. Leave it overnight and rinse your beard off with lukewarm water in the morning. You can also eat 1 tablespoon of sesame seeds once a day for its additional benefits. ARGAN OIL: Argan oil is another beard oil that is most commonly used as a hair moisturizer to soften and hydrate hair shafts. Moreover, it is proven to make beard hair silkier, softer and shinier. This is why many cosmetic companies add argan and jojoba oils to beard oils for fast beard growth. EXFOLIATE YOUR SKIN: To grow a fuller beard you should exfoliate your skin once a week, using a scrub or an exfoliant. This will help to remove all the dead skin cells and will stimulate new hair growth. KEEP YOUR SKIN CLEAN: On other days, wash your face with tea tree facewash to get rid of all the oil and dirt accumulated on the skin making it. Moisturize with Aloe Vera moisturizer (it also promotes healthy hair growth). FOLLOW A HEALTHY DIETARY ROUTINE: Eat more foods that are rich in proteins like beans, eggs, chicken and fish. Also eat all seasonal fruits and vegetables (especially green ones) in plentiful amounts. Drink at least 5 litres of water in a day. BIOTIN: Take a biotin supplement daily. Also add a high quality multivitamin, flaxseed oil, fish oil, and Ashwagandha powder to your diet. Hope this helps.

Tricks To Take Care Of Your Skin In Summer

Tricks To Take Care Of Your Skin In Summer

Every year summers take a toll on the skin. The excessive heat, sun rays, humidity, pollution are extremely harmful for the skin. The summer heat can wreak havoc on your skin leading to dark spots, pigmentation, wrinkles and tanning.

However just a few simple changes in your everyday skincare regimen can ensure that you have a soft and glowing skin in summer.

Here are a few tips which would help you in protecting your skin this summer.

Hydrate:

During summer your body tends to lose a lot of moisture. So hydrating your skin is extremely important during summer seasons. Drinking lots of water will help to keep your skin soft and moisturised. Body lotions are also extremely useful in hydrating the skin. However the thick lotions which are used in winter are not suitable for summer seasons. They are sticky in nature and lead to a lot of discomfort. Fast absorbing lotions or serums are ideal for hydrating the skin in summer.

Sleep well

About 6 to 8 hours of sleep daily can work wonders in maintaining a soft glowing skin.

Use sunscreen

A good quality sunscreen protects your skin from harmful UV radiation. Choose a sunscreen with SPF 30 (at least) before you go out in the sun. Sunscreen should be applied in the morning, at least half hour before you go out in the sun. It is best to reapply it again in the afternoon.

Protect your eyes and lips:

People often tend to ignore their eyes and lips in summers. Protect your eyes with goggles or eye shades to avoid the harsh sun while going out. Lip balms with SPF 15 are extremely helpful in protecting the lips. They help to keep the lips soft and  prevent chapping and pigmentation of the lips.

Face care:

The hottest hours of the day are generally between 11 am to 4 pm. Avoid stepping out in the sun during these hours. This will help in protecting your skin from the harmful UV radiations. Face wash should always be used during summers. It helps in cleaning the clogged pores and exfoliating the skin. However harsh foaming face wash should be avoided during this season. Mild cleansing lotions provide an exfoliating effect and help in making the skin soft and supple.

Summers in India are quite harsh and lead to a lot of skin problems. However a minimal basic skin care will go a long way in ensuring that we have a soft and glowing skin this summer.

Hii lybrate-user, as you have mentioned that your mother is having dry skin problem please inform is there any specific season when you feel your skin is more dry. Dry skin can be an early sign of pre psoriasis and should be managed properly. To start with coconut oil is best remedy for dry skin to be applied after taking bath. It is safe for long term use.

Can moles and warts be treated via homeopath? I need to know. So that I can consult.

BHMS
Homeopath, Chennai
Moles are small growths on the skin which develop from melanocytes, the pigment-producing cells in the skin. Moles can appear anywhere on the skin and are the most common skin growth. Moles usually appear as dark brown spots on the skin which are either flat or raised. They may vary in size, shape, number, color, and type. Moles may develop at any age. Homeopathic constitutional treatment will give you permanent cure from moles. Under conventional mode of treatment cauterization is adopted for removing warts. It may cause pain and scarring. While homeopathic medicines for warts treat this condition in a very safe, mild, gentle and painless way. Homeopathic medicines follow a curative approach to treat warts rather than suppressing them. Homeopathic medicines boost the immune system of the body to fight with the infectious agent that is causing the warts. Homeopathic remedies for warts are all prepared from naturally occurring substances. Hence they are free from any side effects. Homeopathy treats the person as a whole. It means that homeopathic treatment focuses on the patient as a person, as well as his pathological condition. The homeopathic medicines are selected after a full individualizing examination and case-analysis, which includes the medical history of the patient, physical and mental constitution etc. A miasmatic tendency (predisposition/susceptibility) is also often taken into account for the treatment of chronic conditions. You can easily take an online consultation for further treatment guidance

Hello, there can be many reasons behind it like mental worries, nutritional deficiency, hereditary and anaemia. *Make a habit of 8-10 glasses of water daily. *Eat healthy and balanced food like pulses, green leafy vegetables, fresh fruits and nuts etc. *Eggs as it is loaded with essential nutrients such as proteins, vitamin b12, iron, zinc and omega 6 fatty acids in large amount. *Add more vitamin rich food to your diet. *Avoid stress and anger. *Cut down the use of hair spray, hair gel. *Take a sound sleep. Take homoeopathic medicine Weisbaden 30 (4 drops in little water) twice a day for 15 days and update with the feedback. Use Arnica hair oil and Arnica shampoo.
