1.Night fall is common in adolescent age group and young adults. It is due to involuntary ejaculation during sleep in night/early morning. 2.Night fall in moderation relieves sexual tension. 3.Excessive fall can cause weakness, fatigue, sexual problem like erectile dysfunction, premature ejaculation, testicular pain, decrease sperm count. Precaution 1.Do regular aerobic exercise for 1 hour daily like brisk walking/ jogging/running/cycling/swiming 2.Avoid stress, anxiety 3.practice yoga, meditatation, deep breathing exercise to calm your mind, control emotion and relieve stress 4.Take good nourishing diet, plenty of green leafy vegetables, fruits (onion, garlic,pomegranate help) 5.Avoid spicy, oily,fatty and junk food, 6.Avoid consumption of liquid 2 hours before going to sleep and don't take milk, tea,/coffee before going to bed 7. Take a bath and go for urination just before going t o bed 8.Avoid watching poronographic/erotic pictures/ movies before going to sleep 9.Listen to soothing music which gives peace of mind, read good books before going to sleep 10. Masturbation once in a while wiil control night fall 11. Avoid constipation because upset digestive system can cause night fall 12. Consult sexologist for further advice Treatment- Keggel exercise (pelvic floor exercise-contract the muscle which you use to stop urinating-squeeze for 3 sec, relax for 3 sec, repeat 10-15 times per session and do it 3 times daily.

Increase protein intake in your diet in the form of paneer, sprouts, have more of milkshakes, dryfruits and fruit juices in morning. Have dates, jaggery cheez n paneer parathas in your diet. Have 4 meals in a day.

1. Increase your protein intake. 2. Do strach exercise in alternative days. 3. Take any milk shake. 4. Include milk, milk products, egg in your diet. 5 but aviod fried foods. 6. Don't skip your meals. 7. Include fresh curd in your diet atleast 2 times.

Please Wake up early go for morning walk in greenery daily Do meditation regularly Do yogasanas and pranayam daily Avoid heavy and fatty diet Take salads and fruits more Take vegetables juices and soups more regularly Put SHADBINDU OIL drops in both nostrils and take deep breath Take Tab septilin by Himalaya 2 2 Tab B Active 15 1 Reconsult after 15 days.

Hye, Wajan kam hona poshtikta ki kami ka asar hota hai.  Aap theek see waqt waqt pe khaye.  Ek waqt pe poshtik khana khaye. Thoda Thoda samay samay pe khana le. Din mein 6 se 7 baar acche se pet bhar khaye.  Bahar ki khane ki cheze kam le. Inse sirf charbi badhegi maas nahi.  Khane mein fal sabji ghee dal dahi roti chawal doodh shengdaana khajoor lassi batata le. Chai coffee soda kam le, isse poshtikta nahi milti balke pet jaldi bhar jaata hai.  Sahi samay pe Sahi matra mein khaoge tho wajan acche se  badhega. Wyayam hafte mein 3 din zaroor kare. Wyaayam se maas aur wajan badhega aur bhook bhi lagegi. Sirf 2 ya 3 baar khane se kamjori hogi.  Meetha khaana ho tho ghar pe banaaya kheer sheera lassi basundi le. Sirf dawa ya protein powder ya tonic lene se wajan nahi badhega. Uske liye acche se khaana aur Wyaayam bahut zaroori hai. Nahi tho powder ka bhi asar nahi hota. Apne aap ko waqt de, wajan badhne mein waqt lag sakta hai.

Excessive weight gain occurs only when calories intake is more than calories lost....So,,Dear to decrease your fat you have to do work out daily. Try the remedies below they can help u. 1. Mix three teaspoons of lemon juice, one teaspoon of honey in one glass of water. 2. Drink it in the morning on an empty stomach. 3. Drink 3 litres of water daily.stop sugar intake. 4.Drink mint tea or make a paste of green mint with some simple spices and eat during meals. 5. Eat vegetables such as bitter gourd and drumsticks to control obesity. 6. Do bhujang asana, dhanurasana, naukasana, kumbhakasana, pavanamukthasana daily 10 min per asana. 7. Hello Your Daily food intake should ideally consist of – a. Have plenty of nuts, dry fuits and seeds. Almonds, walnuts, sunflower seeds, pumpkin seeds, figs, dates and raisins. They are full of healthy fats needed by a human body. b. Good amount of fruits and vegetables – Bananas, apples, pomegranate, green leafy vegetables. Fruits and vegetables helps in absorption of food in the body and together, completes your daily nutrition need. c. If you are a non- vegetarian - Eat eggs, chicken etc. d. Eat whole grains – Try to have multi grains spread throughout the day. Wheat, brown rice, oats, bajra, daliya etc should be taken in multiple meals in a day. e. Eat Sprouts – Chana and moong which are full of protein and nutrients. f. You can supplement your diet with good quality multi-vitamin capsules. If you are lacking in protein, you can buy a high quality whey protein and have it with banana shake twice a day. g. You can take natural food items like wheat grass which is full of essential nutrients which helps in weight gain. Try to be patient while you are on the process of weight gain. Results take time to show. Just follow this regimen and you will soon start seeing the results.

Weight gain and development of beard etc are very much based on genetics other than many other factors. Eat meals at frequent intervals. Eat a mid meal between each main meal. Avoid junk foods. Include dairy eggs nuts fruits in your meals. Avoid alcohol and smoking. Exercise at least thrice a week. Even if you were to take medicines or supplements. They will not work in isolation. You have to have a calorie and nutrient dense meal.

I feel sleepy all day. Whenever I sit on chair I sleep even during conversation with colleagues. I sleep sufficiently at night like 6-8 hrs, but I don't know the reason behind this day time drowsiness. I snore heavily during night. I want to get rid from this day sleepiness. What should I do?

Hye. You cannot target one body part. Try to work on overall toning. Exercise along with a good diet will help. Keep a balance of good proteins, carbohydrates and healthy fats. Calcium rich foods like dairy, nuts and vitamin rich fruits and vegetables will help as well.

You have to regularise your routine. Sleeping at a fixed time, waking up at a fixed time will help a lot. No staying awake late in the night. Join aerobics coz obesity is one of the cause Stop intake of tea and coffee. Avoid oily and spicy food. Avoid using garlic, ginger, onions, tomatoes, and vinegar in cooking Drink plenty of fluids. Walk early morning daily. Practice Yoga and Pranayama such as Vajrasana, Bhujangasana, Salabhasana, Bhastrika Pranayama, Shitali Pranayama and Shitkari Pranayama. Make a powdered mixture of equal parts of rock candy (mishri), fennel, and green cardamom. Whenever you experience heartburn, mix 1 teaspoon of the mixture in a glass of cold milk and drink. Take avipattikar churna 1 tsf thrice daily 40min before meals.
