Diet, exercise along with herbal preparations will be effective in weight gaining, shaping body, fitness, maintaining stamina etc. The consumption nutritious diets along with herbal supplements are more effective in weight gain. Mental determination and attitude is also important. In cases of weak digestion, poor appetite and poor absorption, weight is not increasing, requires dietetic changes and herbal preparations to correct appetite and digestion, the treatment may be for 3-4 months.

Don't let more than four hours go by without eating. Eat several foods at once. Eat healthy, but dense foods. Drink your food. Eat right before bed. Take ashwagandha churna with water twice a day take banana milk shake. Take pranacharaya karsyatanashak capsule twice a day. Take sleep after taking meal drink lots of milk and eat lots of milk products. Like butter. Ghee. Eat sweets.

Hye. Thank you for your query. Fatigue and low energy levels are two of the most common problems faced by people of all ages. Low energy levels can make it difficult to be productive at work or to engage in everyday activities. There are steps you can take to increase your energy levels. Eating the right types of food, exercising properly, getting enough rest, and controlling your stressors can help give you more energy to enjoy your day and get back to doing the things you love. 1. Give your body more protein. Good sources of heart-healthy protein include salmon, eggs, and legumes like beans, lentils, and tofu. 2. Choose slow-burning starches. Choose whole grain, complex carbohydrates rather than simple carbs, which can cause an energy crash shortly after eating. Choose complex carbohydrates include vegetables, legumes, and whole grains like bran and germ. Choose breads and pastas made from whole grain whenever possible. 3. Select good sources of fats. Some heart-healthy sources of monounsaturated and polyunsaturated fats include seafood, nuts, seeds, olives, avocados, olive oil, canola oil, peanut oil, sesame oil, soybean oil, grape seed oil, and flaxseed oil. Nuts that provide healthy fatty acids include macadamias, hazelnuts, pecans, almonds, cashews, peanuts, walnuts, and Brazil nuts. 4. Eat more raw fruits and vegetables. Eat at least five servings of vegetables each day and two to four servings of fresh fruit. 5. Drink plenty of water. Drinking nine to twelve glasses of water each day to stay properly hydrated is advisable. Avoid sugary sodas and beverages. Avoid drinking too much tea or coffee. 6. Avoid sugar through pastries and chocolate.  7. Get more exercise. Physical activity is a known energy booster. 8. Get enough rest. If you're constantly feeling low on energy, you may not be getting enough sleep, or you may be getting poor quality sleep. 9. Reduce your stress levels. Stress has been recognized as a trigger for worsening symptoms associated with chronic fatigue syndrome, as well as general problems with sleeping and getting adequate rest. Consider taking added steps to address your stress and help you to relax such as participating in classes for meditation, mindfulness, or yoga. 10. Use natural remedies mentioned above rather than depending on medications or supplements. You may need supplements if you have a deficiency. Get your blood sugar, thyroid hormone, vitamin D, vitamin B12 and haemoglobin level tested.

To gain some weight, you need to eat healthy. Take small meals but eat something solid every 2 hours. 1. Take at least two fruits per day and one glass fruit juice. 2. Take one peanut butter/cheese sandwich daily. 3. Eat 20 almonds & 5 khajoor daily 4. Drink full cream milk, curd, lassi, chikoo shakes etc. 5. If your are non veg you can have more eggs, chicken, fish. 6. Dals have good protein. Have more dals, rajma, kabuli chana, soya beans etc. 7. Avoid junk food and colas. Avoid chips and other namkeen. 8. No need for any extra supplements. Natural diet is best. 9. Go for regular walks / exercise / do yoga. Sleep well. 10. Take deworming tablets every six month. .Feel confident about yourself and be positive and smile.

I suggest you easy method of weight gain just follow it for year you will gain weigh defiantly 1. Start exercise regularly for 3 month and then after 3 month leave it for 3 month at the time of exercise your diet will increase but same diet continue after 3 month when you stop exercise so thats why your weight will increase automatically now we discus about diet 2.take dates with milk in the morning breakfast 3.triphala kadha 4 tsp beore lunch and dinner 4.amala juice 4 tsp + 2tsp sugar + 2tsp honey in the morning empty stomach this take for 1.5 month only your weight gain will take definitely note=avoid over eating. When you are trying to gain weight, you should eat food the rich in vitamins and minerals. 1. Healthy food includes meat, egg, milk, fruit vegetables, fruits, and nuts. Cashews, almonds, dates, walnuts, dry grapes, apricots, peaches are some of the dried fruits and nuts that can be added to breakfast, salads, cereal and desserts. Sesame seeds, ground nuts, and peanuts also contain fats in them and can help in adding that extra pounds you desire. 2. Sometimes loss of appetite may also cause weight loss. Dear user it is highly likely that muscular pain is the cause of your symptoms rather than kidney stones. If you have any urinary symptoms like burning in urine it could indicate the presence of stones. If not all you may need is a muscle relaxant and analgesic. Ultrasound of the abdomen and urinalysis can help solve the doubts. Protien shakes take time to mix with water or milk. Using a blender is a great option.

Hello, exercising will not decrease your height. Homoeopathic medicines are less invasive and have more herbal approach towards gaining the weight. Hello, Gaining weight is a slow process which requires patience and dedication! It not only depends upon the amount of food you consume daily, but also about eating Sensibly, depends upon your genes, your body's proper metabolism, assimilation and absorption, the levels of stress/ tension in your life, and any underlying medical condition you have! The food what and how you eat, makes the difference! For increasing your weight, concentrate on the below points (if you don’t have any medical condition) which helps in gaining weight in a right way without harming your body. - Consume more healthy fats. Foods containing healthy fats are full of nutrients and also high in calories, making them a great option for weight gain. Foods containing plant fats should be your first option - this includes items such as nuts, seeds, peanut butter, avocados and olive oil. Foods containing healthy animals fats include lean meats and full fat dairy products - although if you have high cholesterol, you should probably stick to low-fat options. -Eat more protein. Good sources of protein include lean meat, fish and poultry, in addition to eggs, whole grains, dairy products and legumes. -Drink more calories. Try drinking a large glass of orange juice in the mornings (along with your normal breakfast). Drink a glass or two of full-cream milk throughout the day. -Have 6 small and frequent meals in a day. -Gain muscle mass. It's a good idea to continue to exercise while you attempt to gain weight the healthy way. Strength training includes working with weights and performing exercises such as squats, deadlifts, bench presses, bicep curls, crunches, chin-ups and leg curls. Medication: Take Schwabe’s Alfaalfa Tonic and Five Phos. Both thrice daily ½ an hour before meals for 3months. Revert. For increasing height: As height can be gained till 21yrs. Of age in males and 18yrs. In females, so you do have 3yrs. More to grow further! Start taking homoeopathic medicines which are safe to take without any side-effects - Bakson's Hite-Aid and Five Phos. - both thrice daily and Thuja 1M/ one dose once a week - take them for 4 months. Hello, Gradual weight gain is always advisable and an increase in 500 kcal per day can result in a 0.5 kg per week increase in one’s body weight. For healthy weight gain, you need to add more muscle rather than fat to your frame and that can only come from wholesome foods. Keep the following basic principles in mind if you wish to gain weight in a healthy way: Increase your appetite by eating more to gain weight. But do it step-by-step and not by stuffing yourself too much at one go. Add one extra chapatti or more rice than you normally consume, or you even start with fruits by eating an extra one every day. Carbs are needed to gain weight but include healthier options like banana, potato, mango, whole grains, rice, etc. Instead of sugar-rich foods, chocolates, and other junk foods. In order to increase your muscle mass, it is essential to do weight training 4-5 times a week for an hour. Consume protein-rich foods after you workout to increase muscle mass and eat good fats like nuts and seeds in your diet. DIET CHART: Breakfast: 10 almonds, Banana milkshake, Cheese grilled sandwich in multigrain bread or stuffed parantha. Midmorning: Fruit ,Glass of sweet lassi. Lunch: 3 chapatis, Dal ,Mixed vegetable containing potatoes, Paneer or Non-veg (Chicken, Curd,Fruit. The first thing is you should of stamina to pass the physical test, start running 2 km everyday and note down the time, than keep breaking your own records, your target should be 2 km in 15 minutes or less. For good body do 100 pushups daily which will become 3000 pushups monthly and 36000 pushups in a year. If you do this your upper body will become like super models and fit for army. For lower body (legs) do 30 km cycling once a week. Eat food that are home made, use cow ghee with your meals.

Ones ideal weight is ht- 100 cm. So if you are 170 cm for example then ideal wt would be 70 kg. Losing wt is always difficult. Hypothyroidism may be responsible for 3-4 kgs but rest is due to usually sedentary life and eating more calories than burning. So please see a dietitian and do walking 30-45 min daily. If can't walk d/t arthritis, you can adopt swimming/ walking in pool. Any how burn calories.
