According to your height your ideal weight should be 64.2. Take high protein diet to gain healthy weight.

After physical exertion like excessive traveling and playing sports which involves continuous hard physical load . I feel like vomiting if eat some thing. Most of time I end up throwing out after that it feel all ok. Pls suggest why it happens and how to avoid it . Any medicines etc to take.

Don't eat immediately after or before doing any hard physical activity always give 30 to 45 mnts gap and rest before and after that it happens because your body mechanism is shifted that time to adjusting to the load of activity

Some times if you do a over brushing or hard brushing then it causes abrassion to enamel. And due to enamel abrassion second layer of tooth ie dentine exposes. And once dentine is exposed patient feels sensitivity and even pain as well. These kind of cases needs a proper clinical as well as radiographic examination. And then v decide the treatment accordingly. For this process you have to visit a dentist first. And in d mean time you can use some desensitising pastes. They might give you a temporary relief. Thanx.

Take protein rich food milk products, seeds, pulses. Cereals, potatoes, sweet potatoes, plantains etc. Can be useful for gaining weight. Also take vegetables, greens and fruits. Have vigorous physical exercise to improve digestion and absorption of food as well as blood circulation. Eat at regular intervals.

It can happen due to anxiety. Vitamin deficiency and peripheral neuropathy. Take calcium and multivitamin supplements. Do not consume alcohol. Consult for more help.

Dear Lybrate User, Increasing weight does not mean that you will go fatty. In fact, extra fat serves as a precursor of many diseases. In order to increase your weight as well as stay healthy you have to increase the muscle mass of your body. Normally a muscle undergoes an increase in size when it gets hypertrophied due to weight training. Weight-training leads to the pumping of blood to the muscle resulting in increased protein synthesis in the muscles. This applies to every muscles of human body. So, weight training is a must to increase weight. Whenever a muscle gets hypertrophied it demands protein to expand. Here comes the need of protein supplement. The most effective protein supplement is WHEY protein. But kindly remember only taking supplement is not enough. You need to take those supplements according to a fixed schedule. For quicker & better results take 40 grams of whey just after waking from sleep at morning. Take another 20 grams of whey just 30 minutes before workout. Again take 40 grams of whey just after you have finished your workout. Kindly remember gaining weight is a time -taking process. So do not expect any result within fortnight.

Hi for increasing body weight, start eating more chapatis and rice with ghee or butter. Take creamed milk upto 400 ml daily. Eat fresh fruits and vegetables, take pulses and pulses products. You can eat homemade fried foods but avoid eating from the market. If you eat non-veg then eat 2 to 3 pcs. Of egg or fish thrice a week. Also take 4 to 6 pcs. Of almonds or cashew nuts or some raisins. Must take exercise daily as it helps in better absorption of food and also increases your satiety.

Dear you can easily gain weight and get a healthy muscular body by following these best things - 1. To gain weight, your digestion should work properly. If you have any disease of digestive system you should treat disease first. For proper digestion - take 10 gms powder of carom seeds (ajwain, 10 gm powder of cumin (jeera), 10 gm of rock salt. Mix them well and take 1/2 teaspoon (3-5 gm) of mixture daily after meal. Or take 1/2 teaspoon of black pepper (kali mirch), 1/ 2 tea spoon of jeera (cumin), 2-3 slice of ginger. Boil it in one glass of water for 2-3 minutes. Drink 5-10 teaspoons (15-20 ml) in morning and evening for strong digestive system. Or you can take amla powder 1 teaspoon with water for strong digestion. 2. Take a diet rich with proteins and fats. You should take high calorie food that increase your muscle mass and induce growth in bones. I am sending the diet chart. Follow it in your daily life to fastly gain weight * in morning, take a glass of milk added with 2 teaspoons of protein powder with breakfast. * in lunch time, take 1 bowl of curd or 100 gm of cheese, a bowl of vegetable, with chapattis. * in evening, take 1 glass of milk (300 ml) with 2 bananas. * in night, take a bowl of careals (daal, a bowl of salad with chapattis. 3. In morning, get up early and take awalk for 10-15 minutes and exercise light weight exercises for at least 30 minutes at home or gym. 4. For proper weight, proper sleep is very important. So you should sleep for 6-8 hours daily. 5. Avoid soft drinks, western fast food (burgers, french fries, pizza etc. They disturb your digestion. 6. You can try protein powders like endura mass, milk powder, soya protein. And creatinine for weight gain by taking 1 tea spoon added in milk once a day.

Hello, after illness, you should just relax about how you look. To gain weight, first ask your doctor if you still need to avoid any foods. Take full fat milk, eat foods high in calories, ghee, butter, banana shake, cheese crackers, parathas, ice creams, rice, etc. Eat more, take frequent meals to increase your appetite. Watch pictures of food to feel hungry. You will gain weight, after recovering and gaining some kilos, you can do some weight lifting.

You are required to include high glycemic food in your diet, like Rice, banana, sapota, peanuts etc and food with with high starch containing eg potato, sweet Potato. Also increase good fat in your diet like Almonds, Walnuts and raisins. You require a carbohydrate rich diet. So increase the serving of chapatti ,rice, potato in your diet.

You should focus on your dietary pattern, Take small and frequent meal, don't take heavy meals at a time. Include more fibre food in your diet. Take high protein and less of carbohydrate diet. Fungal infection tends to affect folds of the skin, moist areas like groins, armpits, mouth, genitals, under the breasts, webs between fingers and toes, etc. Our skin protects us from fungal/yeast attack, but any cut or break in the continuity of the skin can allow penetration of fungus. It gives rise to rash, eruptions, redness, burning, intolerable itching and abnormal discharges at times. Fungal infection tends to last for many years if not treated well. It is also contagious. 1. Make sure no one around you has it 2. Take a proper course of medicines 3. Absolutely Avoid using preparations like Quadriderm Four derm Betnovate c etc which contain steroids. 4. Wear loose fitting cotton clothes 5. Don't share towels etc 6. Of late lot of resistance to medicines is seen, so it may require a longer course or change of medicines.

Food items with good source of protein will give you muscle mass. If you are regular in exercise then include good amount of protein with your daily food intake. 'Protein source: Egg, Chicken, Fish, Mutton, Beef, milk, all pulses, legumes and beans' Before one hour of your exercise take food items with good amount of protein and energy (Fruit milk shakes, Mix nuts shake, Home made protein bars etc). Avoid fatty foods before exercise, and start your exercise with one glass of water, in between exercise sips the water and after exercise once your heart rate come to normal take sufficient water. Also after exercise eat protein rich foods. According to your convenience arrange the food intake and exercise and in between food intake don't put more gap, try to keep minimum 2.5 hrs and maximum 3 hrs. Don't stick with particular type of food. Include all different colors of vegetables and fruits, cereals and millets. Arrange your exercise with your trainer, don't concentrate a particular muscle.

Hye, thanks for the query. Firstly understand that muscle gain is very dependent on genetics and metabolism along with your daily diet and exercise routine. It is important to know that just eating just two heavy meals a day will not help. Muscle gain is all about taking more nutrients than you use up. Eating the right foods at the right time is very important. There is no one food that helps muscle gain. Eat meals at frequent intervals. You need to eat at least 6 meals a day. Eat a protein rich mid meal between each main meal. Pre/ post workout meals need a certain amount of carbs and proteins depending on your exercise routine. Avoid junk, sugary, oily foods. Include dairy, eggs, nuts, fruits, dry fruits, vegetables, whole grain cereals, smoothies, masala milk, healthy oils in your diet. Restrict eating sugary, sweet foods. Try to have healthy deserts like kheer, chikki or lassi. Avoid alcohol and smoking. Exercise at least 6 days a week. It helps development of muscle mass and improves appetite. Even if you were to take just medicines or supplements they will not work in isolation. You need to have a nutrient dense meal and good exercise routine, it's crucial.

hi, don't worry about weight, you should go for brisk walk in the morning. do regular exercise atleast 15 minutes. take lukewarm water with lemon in the morning. take salad before meals. drink more water in a day. don't take rice at night. avoid junk food and oily food. take small and frequent meals. you can consult me privately online on lybrate i"ll give you menu plan.
