Take control of stress. When you’re under stress, your body releases cortisol, known as “the stress hormone.” Cortisol accelerates your bodily processes, speeding up aging. Focus on relaxation in your daily life. Events themselves are not stressful – it is your response that makes you tense. For example, if you’re stuck in traffic, don’t spend the time whipping yourself into road rage. Instead, listen to the radio, meditate, or pray – you’ll get there in the same amount of time, but you won’t be stressed out.

Lose Weight with healthy dietNavratras are believed to be the most powerful and auspicious days in the Hindu religion. Sometimes my body becomes weak and I feel unconscious, little difficult for breath heart starts beating fast and I really feel very disturbed can not sleep properly at night, what should I do.

Hye, thanks for the query. You are underweight for your height. Most often we just have two meals a day which does not fulfill our nutrient needs. Poor eating habits causes weakness, low energy levels and poor immunity. Eat as per what the body needs. Being underweight can be a concern if it's the result of poor nutrition. Here are some healthy ways to gain weight when you're underweight: eat more frequently. When you're underweight, you may feel full faster. Eat five to six smaller meals during the day rather than two or three large meals. Choose nutrient-rich foods. As part of an overall healthy diet, choose whole-grain breads, rice and cereals; fruits and vegetables; dairy products; lean protein sources; and nuts. Don't fill up on diet soda, coffee and other drinks with few calories and little nutritional value. Instead, drink smoothies or healthy shakes. Snack on nuts, dried fruits and fresh fruits. Even when you're underweight, be mindful of excess sugar and fat. An occasional slice of cake or ice cream is fine. But most sweets should be healthy and provide nutrients in addition to calories. Sheera, lassi and chikki are good choices. Exercise, especially strength training, can help you gain weight by building up your muscles. Exercise may also stimulate your appetite.

Hye, Thanks for the query. The main reason for weight gain is inactivity and poor food intake. Contrary to popular belief, reduced intake does not cause fat loss. If you don't eat as per your body's needs, activity, you will gain weight. Firstly it is important to understand that weight /fat loss involves sensible eating. You have to eat the right foods at the right time. Eat small but frequent meals. Reduce your main meals by 1/4th the amount. Take a glass of lime water 10minutes before meals. Avoid long gaps in between meals. Avoid junk as far as possible. Exercise at least 4 times a week. Lastly be committed. Remember it's a lifestyle change and not a one time thing. It's a balanced intake that will last you longer. All the so called diets will only give you muscle and bone loss. The fats will remain as it is. So, try to first follow this seemingly simple tips.
