I am 21 years old and I am having back pain from last 2 weeks tried Move by still not getting rest properly. Help!
1) do massage with warm sesame oil or suitable oil for 15 min. Afterwards take hot fomentation for 10 min. 2) start natural calcium supplement. 3) do regular stretching exercise 4) in yoga do bhujangasan, halasan & suryanamaskar. Life-style correction 1) correct your sitting posture. 2) take small pillow or back rest for lower back. 3) foot should rest to floor easily. 4) take small break after 1 hr & walk few steps. 5) do neck & upper back extension, give feedback after 4 days.

I have been gyming and walking and also following diet for past one month. Diet is good but I am not satisfied with it coz I can't totally follow it as I live in college hostel. So what should be the perfect diet for me and what should I do to reduce fat. Another problem is that I have stored water at the lower part of my abdomen, what should I do to remove that? Pls suggest be and obliged thereby. Thank you.

Here I would say accumulation of water is mainly due to excess sodium consumption. Sodium is present in salt or salty foods. Even though your not using much salt. Some foods have hidden sodium. Such as processed foods like chips, cheese, butter, burgers, pizzas, mayonnaise, chats, pickles, papads, fryums, samosa, chutneys etc So you reduce the consumption of salty foods and see. U will shed all the water. Secondly since your in a hostel. You cannot change your daily menu. But you can control on the size of your plate. I mean you can reduce your intake of carbs such as rice, idli roti, dosa etc. Consume 2-3 fruits per day for quicker results.

I want to loose 5 kg safely I eat 2 times a day including breakfast and there is no exercise or physical activity daily currently. So please suggest me exercise plan to loose 5 kg which will include face and hip fat. I will prefer walking exercises. Thank you.

Hi, Thank you for your query. We will be happy to help you. Starvation won't help you with weight loss. You need to have more meals; two aren't sufficient. Instead for weight loss, avoid eating junk, processed, oily food and sweets. Drink plenty of water; especially before meals. Have home cooked meals with plenty of fresh fruits and veggies. Eat less rice, potatoes. Have your dinner early and keep it light. For exercise: You can do brisk walking or jogging or running everyday. We are here to guide you. Last year I had a chronic yeast infection. A gynie gave me a 'Candiforce' course for 5-6 months. Ever since the infection, my menstruation cycle has shortened and the flow has also significantly reduced. I have started experiencing menstrual cramps along with pain in legs, which were negligible previously. The infection has cropped up once-twice since then. Although now I have stopped sugar/starch intake and I eat home-cooked food only, I want to know why is this still happening and what should I do to restore my health?

Get your hb and blood sugar done do following 1. No alcohol (if consume) 2. Reduce body weight 3. No smoking (if do) 4. Diet - no ghee/ butter, have mix of vegetable oils - mustard, til, ground nut, olive oil, have more green vegetables and fruits, have whole grain atta, no fried. Fast. Spicy / processed/ junk food. Less sugar, potato, rice 5.30 mts walk daily 6. Deep breathing exercise for 10 mts daily 7. Meditation daily for 10 mts 8. Expose your body to sun for 15-20 mts daily after some oil massage to get vit d. Do for 30 days and repeat test

Homoeopathic medicine pulsatilla nig 200 (dr reckeweg) drink 5 drops in 1 ml fresh water today night and wait for 2 months. Regular intake of rich iron diet and some iron supplements.

My stomach is upset for the past 1 week, within a few minutes after eating itself ,I am having loose motion. It is of liquid type. I took tablets but still it is continuing. Please Tell me some remedy.

Avoid outside food, especially chutneys, chinese Spicy fried food, chew properly and do not eat hastily. Include curd or Buttermilks daily. Advise stool test routine and consult with report ORS to avoid dehydration. All the best, God bless you.

Sir, I am 18, I feel very tired often I don't know why and I am having pain in my joints also like back pain and knee pain and also my body condition is not like before, I am getting weak nowadays I am studying in college by staying in college hostel and also I cant my food properly. 1. Firstly take small meals on fixed timings after every 3 hrs. 2. Drink 12-15 glasses of water in a day 3. Do brisk walk daily 2 km early morning. 4.AVOID oily, spicy, stale food. 5. Stop drinking tea coffee, cold drinks, or any other artificial drinks or appetizers rather prefer buttermilk, lemon water or soda if suits u and coconut water. 6. Take proper deep sleep of 6-8 hrs daily.preferably b/w( 11-6 pm). 7. Take 1tsf avipattikar churna (Dabur) twice daily empty stomach with water.,,, 2 tab chitrakadi vati ,,,2 tab shoothshekhar ras,, 30 min after meals with little water.

Hello lybrate user, - during menstrual cycle pain do happens because of uterine contraction and pain radiates to back, thighs etc. - better to adopt measures of ayurveda to come out this permanently. - take pinch of asafetida (hingu) with jaggery daily twice before food - have always warm water after dinner - better to start over some asanas ment for it - and if you follow few medications * take hingwashtaka churna 1spoon with warm water twice a day before food * sukumara kashaya 15ml with warm water twice a day after food - for 15 days you will be better after this. Thank you.
