Hello,Homoeopathic medicines are less invasive and have more herbal approach towards gaining the weight. There are a number of homoeopathic medicines, which treat the root cause behind the body’s inability to gain weight or bulk up. 1. Take alfalfa tonic(wsi), 2 – 2 tsp. Thrice a day, half an hour before meals. 2. Calcarea phos 200, 5 drops , once in aweek , morning empty stomach for 2 weeks. 3. Take eggs, milk, butter, bananas, potatoes, mangoes, figs, oats, soyabean and dry fruits. 4. do light exercises regularly to keep your body active. These homoeopathic medicines and dietary addition will increase your appetite and give your metabolism a healthy boost.

Maintained diet will save you from gaining more weight but it cannot help you loose what you all ready have gained. For that you need to burn the extra fat. Controlled sugar and oil are most important in diet. Limited dairy products. Warm water and lemon to be had 3-4 times a day with a normal diet that your body needs everyday to function. Just keep a control, you know better what diet you need day to day. Include yoga/gym in your routine to loose weight. To loose fast, do a good 1 hour workout, good results will show in a month or two.

Your problems are due to anxiety and stress.Avoid stress.Take pain killers like paracetamol and antacid like Digene.

I am 25, my left knee seems to be a kind of weird. Sometimes I get sudden pain during walking. If I'm running or walking fast, it gives some sudden pain and movement near the knee. Had pid earlier. Taken oflox oz and doxycycline courses. Again after 20 days. Having intense vaginal hole itching with yellowish White discharge. We are using condoms. Husband is not having any symptoms. What is this? Have taken anti fungals also. Having weakness and joint pains too!

Hello, yellowish white discharge indicates mixed vaginosis , so get it confirmed with a vaginal culture and then anti fungal pessaries and oral antibiotics can be started after sensitivity testing.

Take the following treatment - 1. Take 4 tablespoon of aloevera juice with one tablespoon of honey after dinner. 2. Take 4 tablespoon amla juice + 2 tablespoon honey on an empty stomach in the morning. 3. Take chandraprabhavati 2 tablets twice a day. 4. Avoid junk, bakery & spicy food. 5. Maida is very harmful for body, so avoid it. 6. Have all your meals on time. 7. Drink lots of water 8. Fruits rich in vitamin c and green leafy vegetables help in acne.

The key is to eat in moderation at regular intervals, and not to starve yourself. Start your day with a good and healthy breakfast like a cereal and milk combination for e. G oats/ dalia porridge with low fat milk or curd. Between your lunch and breakfast you can have a light mid-morning snack, i. E, a fruit perhaps, and follow this by a balanced meal in moderate quantity for lunch. Have plenty of vegetables which will keep you full and cut down on the amount of rice/ chapatis that you are having. Also cut down on your fat intake and reduce oil in cooking. I have thin hair and less density. Now-a-days I am getting a lot of dandruff and also pimple kind of things on my scalp. It hurts when peeled or touched. Also whenever I massage now I get 10-15 hair strands every time on my hands. This does not use to happen earlier. What should I do to prevent this? I use patanjali kesh kanti shampoo, that also is not effective.

I am a diabetic. Of late I have developed rheumatoid arthritis. For around last two weeks I am taking allopathic medicine adviced by an orthopaedic doctor. I am also undergoing some treatment under a physio. But to my utter dismay I am not feeling substantial relief till now. Pain and stiffness still persists in both the hands alongside left wrist, right elbow and shoulder. Please suggest what to do.

I am scientist, age 31 and working for 12 hrs daily in laboratory that includes standing as well as sitting work. I feel so tired at the end of day and also don't feel fresh in next morning. Do I need to change my diet or do something else to feel fresh in next morning?

Kindly ensure that you have regular sound sleep and proper bowel movement. Eat small meals every 2-3 hours to keep your energy levels pepped up. Make sure that your 3 major meals (breakfast, lunch and dinner) are well balanced.

Hello welcome Please maintain temperature chart. You can take temperature with thermometer. Keep your thermometer in axilla and note down temperature 2 hourly. If its more than 100 F then its matter of concern else no need to worry.

Bhujang Asana -- Lie flat on your stomach, keeping the palms out, bend the neck backward, take a deep breath and while holding it for 6 seconds, raise the chest up. Release breath and relax your body. Repeat the exercise 15 times twice daily. Core Strengthening Exercises- Straight Leg Raised With Toes Turned Outward, repeat 10 times, twice a day.

Hi lybrate-user 1. Eating 5 to 6 meals a day in order to gain weight, start eating 5-6 meals a day by breaking them into parts. Eating a lot at once may cause indigestion if the body fails to absorb all nutrients. Eat in small amounts, even if you are not hungry and there will be an increase in appetite from day to day. The aim should be to have a generously portioned breakfast, lunch and dinner, as well as two to three snacks in between. 2. Start weight training if you build your muscles through weight training, it will convert the extra weight into lean body mass and also stimulate your appetite. The extra muscle increases the rate of metabolism. When you start exercising you will often experience extreme muscle soreness but it goes away in 3-5 days. 3. Load up on protein besides weight training, a protein-rich diet can help you gain mass. Eating a meal heavy in protein shortly after finishing exercise can be highly effective in adding extra pounds to your body. However, a diet focused only on lean protein is not helpful. It is important to make sure that your diet has plenty of fat in it. Eat foods rich in protein like cheese, meat, eggs, etc to gain weight in a healthy manner. 4. Workout your entire body a lot of people focus only on training the muscles on their arms, chest and shoulders and this is a grave error. Firstly, it will give you a disproportionate body; and it will make you prone to injuries. Therefore, it's important to work out the entire body for a complete and balanced look. 5. Drink your calories to reach the calorie requirement only by eating may be tough. Drinking milk, milkshakes or protein shakes with little or no sugar can be an effective way to load up on the calorie requirements. 6. Be patient and believe in yourself gaining weight quickly in a healthy manner is unrealistic. Every body type is different and it takes months to gain weight. Living healthy by eating the right diet will increase your strength. It is also important to keep following the routine even if you don't see any gains. Caution: junk food and fried foods must be avoided; although have a tendency to add more fat to your body but are very low in vitamins and minerals which are essentially required to keep you really fit.
