You need to focus on healthy foods eat foods that are loaded with vitamins, minerals, nutrients and calories. You can enrich foods with real nut butters, whole fat milk, avocado, whole wheat bread, vegetable oils, nuts, potatoes, eat more often. Increasing the amount of calories you eat each day will help to gain weight. Focus on eating each meal containing a protein then do regular exercise for fitness.

First confirm that it is chicken pox. There must be rash with itching paule like eruption with fever. Bodyache if chicken pox is there. If chicken pox then do not take bath. Use neem in bad do not itch with finger.

I am 49 years old from Hyderabad I am a BP patient and am taking tablets from past one year. Last month a had high triglycerides. I am taking Atorvas as advice by the physician. You should take homeopathic medicines for that need to ask some details. And to decrease bp avoid salt diet and eat very light food, avoid fatty, oily food and drink lime luke warm water. And daily eat one apple best for high bp and do yoga in the morning and for triglycerides it is good that you are doing walk but reduce your wt as much as you can and avoid alcohal consumption, ciggrate and eat fewer calorie diet and less sweet products also.

Hello lybrate-user, if had contact on sep 20 and period due date was sep 25, then chances of pregnancy is nill. Please do wait for a week, periods can be delayed due to some other reasons. We can wait for a week without any test and medicines. Thank you.

Stop using synthetic detergent based shampoos or soaps. Use herbal shampoo of Nidco or Ramdev shampoo. Take amalaki rasyana, 3 tabs, 3 times a day with warm water. Take hairtonz capsules (Vasistha's pharma), 1 capsules, 3 times a day. continue for 3 months . good luck

You have to follow some basic things so that you get better results in a short period of time. 1) drink only 100-150 ml of lukewarm water during meals …. 3) don’t drink water before meal for one hour and one hour after meal…3) avoid oily, spicy, junk, fermented and stale foods…. 4) sleep upto 10.30 pm… 6) avoid coffee and tea…. A) take 30ml of AUDUMBARAVLEHA and 10 ml of honey early in the morning on empty stomach and at night before sleep. B) take 2 tsf of HARIDRA KHAND after meals…. Was there any provocation for this anger and negative outburst? if there was, then it seems that you can look into why that caused such a reaction. If it was without provocation, then there may be something else that is waking up only now because of other factors. There may be some issues in your past that may have come up under some mysterious circumstances and needs to be attended to. I suggest that you meet with a counselor and get help with regard to your emotions and how to deal with them, especially with this anger. For what has already happened, do apologize and finish off with the matter. You need not give them a justifiable answer but you can say that you are seeking some help for the same. Negative thoughts are the domain of the right brain, and you could do some left brain exercises to move into the positive. Here are some: block your left nostril and breathe as often as you can; whenever under stress, breathe into a paper/plastic bag for a short duration; and do some callisthenic exercise every day.

Hi,Follow the following medication and guidelines----Start the treatment with single dose of Tuberculinum 1M.After 1 week of this take the below:- * First week- you should take Baryta carb 1M, 5 drops , single dose, morning empty stomach. *second week- take Thuja 1M,drops, single dose , morning empty stomach. *third week- Again take Baryta carb 1M, 5 drops, single dose, morning empty stomach. *fourth week- take Thuja 1M, 5 drops , single dose, morning empty stomach. *Take Rite -hite tablets from SBL,2-2 tabs , two times daily. *Bio combination no. 21, 4 -4 tabs daily , two times. *Mix two tablespoons of ashwagandha powder in a glass of warm cow’s milk. 1. Add sugar or jaggery according to your taste and mix well. 2. Drink it every night before going to bed at least for 45 days to increase your height. * plenty of fluids, frequent smaller meals, yoga and exercise regime and adequate sleep is also important. Hello,First of all you should take rest for 1-2 days so that your body can fight with underlying infection with its full immunity and start the below medication:- Take gelesemium 200, twice daily . Take Eupatrium perf 200, 5 drops thrice daily. Take Antifebrinum 3x, 2 tabs , thrice daily. Take Alfavena malt, 1 tsf, thrice daily. Drink lots of water and take light homemade food like dalia and khichdi, avoid oily, spicy, fried, junk and cold drinks. In case of high uncontrollable fever, don't panic you should do cold sponging to lower down the temperature.If fever does not goes then go for a set of blood tests. Revert me with feedback.
