Avoid stress anxiety and anticipating the things do regular physical activity and breathing exercises for about 15 minutes duration each time regularly use firm hard and even mattress for sleep do consult physician for high bp best wishes.

Requires detailed examination and investigation. Preliminary investigations suggested: hb, tlc, dlc, esr, blood sugar fasting & pp, uric acid vit d urine r/e x-ray of the affected part. Anyway it may be tried sleep on a hard bed with soft bedding on it. Spring beds, folding beds or thick mattress are harmful use no pillow under the head. Do hot fomantation paracetamol 250mg od & sos x 5days. Caldikind plus 1tab od x10. Do neck, back, knee & general exercises. It may have to be further investigated. Do not ignore it. Let it not become beginning of a bigger problem. Make sure that patient is not allergic to any of the medicines that he/she is going to take. If it does not give relief in 4-5days, inform.

The pain on your shoulder could be due a muscle spasm or impingement of the bone. You should take a session of 10 days of ift treatment physiotherapy for your shoulder and then do with a cold pack dialy twice for 10 minutes. Kindlly start on a few exercises for your shoulder as the physiotherapist will tell you. A few active exercises, then a resisted exercises and then you could do a few stretches for your shoulder. All this should help you to reduce your pain. Please note - do not o any exercises until your pian level has come down to 30%. Please do get back to me.

Here are some tips for how to handle your back pain: -stop normal physical activity for the first few days. This will help relieve your symptoms and reduce any swelling in the area of the pain. -apply heat or ice to the painful area. One good method is to use ice for the first 48 to 72 hours, and then use heat. Take pain relievers medicine. --while sleeping, try lying in a curled-up, fetal position with a pillow between your legs. If you usually sleep on your back, place a pillow or rolled towel under your knees to relieve pressure. -find a mattress with back support. A good mattress should provide support for the natural curves and alignment of the spine. Medium-firm mattresses usually provide more back pain relief than firm mattresses. -do not perform activities that involve heavy lifting or twisting of your back for the first 6 weeks after the pain begins. -avoid bending forward and sitting in a place for long time -stretching and strengthening exercises are important. But, starting these exercises too soon after an injury can make your pain worse. - physiotherapy treatment like ift current can give you some relief. -a full history of your problem should be taken and your movements assessed by a physiotherapist. Please consult a physiotherapist for the same. Best wishes.

Hot fomentation x twice daily. Neck exercises. Neck stretching. Postural correction. Shoulder shrugs. Core strengthening exercises. Take frequent breaks at work use cervical pillow. Use back support.

My wife suffering from RA since Jan 2014 and we are taking treatment from AIIMS. As per the Doctors advice she had taken following medicines: 1. SAAZ 1 Gm twice a day 2. Folitrex 25 mg once in a week 3. Folvite 5 mg daily once other than folitrex day 4. IndoCAP SR 75 mg daily once 5. Shelcal 500 mg daily once She stopped taking Folitrex in Sep 2014 as per doctors advice and She conceived in Dec 2014 and delivered a baby in Sep 2015. During pregnancy, RA pains were come down and after delivery Pains are increased and some swelling in the right wrist has also observed. At present she in my home town in Andhra Pradesh and she consulted Gynecologist before taking same medicines. And they suggested to consult any RA Specialist. Therefore I request you to suggest the best medicines because she is feeding the baby now .

Since she is feeding the baby, taking ayurvedic medicnes will be the best resort. Start massage with kottamchukadi tailam, followed by fomentation with a potali made of equal sand & salt. this will reduce the pain. u have to understand that RA is not curable even in AIIMS. So the best is to follow good dietary recommendations so that pain & swelling do not occur.

Both possibilities you have to rule out. For that do x ray knee. And also go for blood test for calcium n d3 level in your body. U can send reports for further treatment.

Core strengthening exercises- straight leg raised with toes turned outward, repeat 10 times, twice a day. Back stretching- lie flat, pull one of the knee forward to chest, hold for 3 seconds, then bring the other knee forward to the chest and again hold for 3 seconds. Then pull both knees towards the chest and hold for 3 seconds. Repeat 10 times each exercise twice a day.

Take adequqate rest. Do hot fomentation (if you r not diabetic. Take pain tablets. If not cured then consult orthopaedic surgeon.

Hello, back pain can be immediately resolved by a skilled orthopedic physiotherapist. If you met with an injury due to fall or something, then the advice and protocols will be different. Get your back pelvis and spine adjusted by a skilled orthopedic spinal manual therapist. Till then you can apply hot pack in pain site for 20 mins twice. Apply ketoplast pain plaster at the painful site and keep it for 24 hours. Re-apply another if needed. Don't lie on your stomach, sleep on your side. Don't bend forward to be on the safe side untill you get examined. Don't bed bound yourself, keep your back moving because motion is lotion! hope it helps. Thanks.

Pain in heels is a common condition rule out diabetes & vit. D deficiency or any other metabolic disorder. Do hot fomentation keep a pillow under the legs at night &/when resting. Any way take caldikind plus (mankind) 1tab odx10days paracetamol 250mg od & sos x 5days do ankle/foot & toe exercises it may have to be further investigated make sure you are not allergic to any of the medicines you are going to take.
