Dear user. FERTILE PHASE is the phase of a female's menstrual cycle when an egg (ovule) is released from the ovaries. In humans, ovulation occurs about midway through the menstrual cycle, after the follicular phase. The few days surrounding ovulation (from approximately days 10 to 18 of a 28 day cycle), constitute the most fertile phase. So if you have ejaculatory sexual inter course from day 10 from the first day of period and to day 20, the chances of pregnancy are much more. There are many determinants of pregnancy. You should be sexually matured. Your partner should be sexually matured. The period of your partner should be in the fertile stage. Female egg and male sperm cells should be healthy enough. Then female uterus should be capable to get conceived. If all these are satisfied, the pregnancy could be a result. Take care.

During pregnancy up to how many months the couple can participate in sexual relationship.

Do sexual inter course in all month of pregnancy but safe position is need for that. If there is any complication like bleeding, pain in abdomen or any other medical condition then avoid intercourse during pregnancy.

4) Plums - Monsoon is that time for the year when almost everyone is seen to be falling sick. Plums help boost the body's immunity and protect it from seasonal diseases like cold and flu.
5) Cherries - Cherries help fight infections and the anti-oxidants present help soothe and relax the brain.

I am married and we are 36 and 35 years of age and now planing for kid. We are going through iui treatment since 4 months but no success till now every report seems to be normal for both of us but the merging of female eggs and male spems does not happen can any one help me with this problem any good advice for this

In iui success rate is only 20% per cycle. But as you have tried 4 cycles and age 35, in my opinion, you should consider ivf now.

I am 29 years old Mti date 5 aug h or do weak before mujhe spotting hui thi Ab do din se toilet ke jaise pani leak ho rha h Kindly confirm what is the problem?

MD - Obstetrtics & Gynaecology, MBBS
Gynaecologist, Delhi
Spotting that occurred 2wks back is sign of ovulation (release of egg) so its absolutely normal. Increased discharge through vagina few days before periods is also normal. Most probably you will have menses in a day or 2 in case irregular spotting recurs or there is discharge with foul smell, itching, pain abdomen etc. Then visit a gynaec.
