Hello dear patient. High cholesterol can cause atherosclerotic heart disease or narrowed coronary arteries in the heart can cause the symptoms of angina, when theheart muscle is not provided with enough oxygen to function. Decreased blood supply to the brain may be due to narrowed small arteries in the brain or because the larger carotidarteries in the neck may become blocked. This can result in a transient ischmic attack or stroke. Peripheral artery disease describes gradual narrowing of the arteries that supply the legs. During exercise , if the legs do not get enough blood supply, they can develop pain , called claudication . Other arteries in the body may also be affected by plaque buildup causing them to narrow, including the mesenteric arteries to the intestine and the renal arteries to the kidney. Avoid fast foods,oily foods,junk foods,alcohol,smoking,fatty foods, non-veg.,avoid stress, take flax oil, omega-3 fatty meal or cap., take .green veg., whole grain.garlic,. Take anti cholesterol medicines .

Bronchitis/ asthma can be treated well with homoeopathic medicines completely, only need to be regular with the medication and avoid those foods/ things to which you are allergic to for sometime. In the our community, high blood pressure (HBP), also known as hypertension, is a common health condition to say the least. In fact, more than 40 percent of population have HBP, according to the American Heart Association. Whether it?s a close relative or friend, there?s a good chance that you know someone with HBP. Unfortunately, it?s considered the norm, but it doesn?t have to be that way at all.
Higher rates of obesity and diabetes and plain ole genetics put African Americans at a higher risk for HBP. Not to be taken lightly, HBP that?s left untreated can lead to a stroke. If you take medication to help control your blood pressure, then by all means, continue following your doctor?s orders, but perhaps ? just perhaps ? the best medicine is a new, healthy lifestyle. The following suggestions can not only lower your blood pressure but reduce your need for medication. Keep reading to find out what they are.
1. Lose weight.
Only do so if you?re overweight or obese. Need some convincing? Essentially, the more weight you lose, the better your blood pressure. Also, if you?re already taking medication(s) to treat your HBP, losing weight will help make those medications more effective.
2. Exercise often.
We all know how chaotic life can be at times, but it?s important to squeeze in at least 30 minutes of physical activity every day or every other day. Exercising regularly can lower your blood pressure as much as 4-9 millimeters of mercury (mm Hg).
3. Change your diet.
This means avoiding salty foods, including potato chips, French fries, pretzels, lunch meat and pasta sauce. Boosting your potassium intake and eating more fresh fruits and vegetables and low-fat dairy products can lower your blood pressure by up to 14 mm Hg.
4. Reduce stress.
Don?t neglect yourself. It?s important to take a little time to relax and unwind by participating in activities that you truly enjoy, whether it?s jogging, power walking, reading, listening to music or going to the movies. And whatever it is that seems to trigger stress in your life, figure out a way to eliminate or avoid those triggers as much as you possibly can. You might find it helpful to learn a few stress management techniques for when the going gets tough.
5. Eat more dark chocolate.
Dark chocolate seems to be the food that keeps on giving. Not only does it boost your energy and reduce inflammation, but did you know that just one small square a day can lower your blood pressure? This is due to the fact that dark chocolate is rich in antioxidant flavonoids. Now, that?s sweet!
6. Avoid alcohol and tobacco.
We?re not saying that you have to completely swear off drinking because after all, what is a good party, vacay or get-together with friends without an ice, cold pi�a colada? Try to keep your alcohol consumption to no more than one glass per day.
As for smoking, besides lung cancer, COPD, heart disease, infertility and the other dangers of smoking, tobacco products can raise your blood pressure. Although difficult at first, quitting certainly has its health benefits and pays off in the long run.

Hi m having unbearable pain in my lower back rib of right side for last two days. Postural Correction- Sit Tall, Walk Tall. Extension Exercises x 15 times x twice daily - lying on tummy, take left arm up for 3 seconds, then bring it down, right arm up for 3 seconds, bring down. Bring right leg up, hold for 3 seconds, bring it down. Then right leg up and hold for 3 seconds and bring it down. Repeat twice a day- 10 times.

dose may be advice after reports of thyroid. IN HYPOTHYROIDISM:--- where there is deficiency of thyroxine hormone leading to sluggishness, tired feeling, weight increase, slow heart beats, intolerance to cold, swelling of legs, feet and face, difficulty in concentrating and at times in speech. Treatment for hypothyroidism is giving thyroxine tablets. And dose are according to level of thyroid for life time. Avoid bad habits . Avoid stress. Some Relax during work. Go for walk, Take plenty of water, high-carbohydrate foods such as potatoes, rice, pasta and bread. Nutrient-rich foods that improve your health may also benefit your thyroid gland, antioxidant-rich fruits and vegetables more plenty of water: Blueberries, tomatoes, bell peppers, and other foods rich in antioxidants can improve overall health and benefit the thyroid gland. Eating foods high in B vitamins, like whole grains, may also help. flax oil, Selenium: Tiny amounts of selenium are needed for enzymes that make thyroid hormones to work properly. Eating selenium-rich foods, such as sunflower seeds or Brazil nuts, can be beneficial. Tyrosine: This amino acid is used by the thyroid gland to produce T3 and T4. Taking a supplement may help, avoid oily foods,junk foods, go for walk. Do Tests every 3 to 6 months. And consult doctor on time.

Hello, you should try Exercise like stretching Swimming regularly Yoga like Tadasan and Sarvang asana. Play Basket ball regularly. Take proper balanced nutritios and protein rich diet. *Mix two tablespoons of ashwagandha powder in a glass of warm cow’s milk. 1. Add sugar or jaggery according to your taste and mix well. 2. Hello= you are definitely suffering from nasal allergy. It happens due to presence of pollen in air at the start of summer reason. According to ayurveda certain factors like improper digestion, waking up late, or faulty schedule decrease your immunity and hence make you prone to the allergy. Try this following ayurvedic treatment, you will notice definite results in next fifteen days- a) tab septilline 2 tab twice daily. B) kankasava 2 tsp twice daily with water after meals. C) bala tail nasal drop twice daily. D) along with these, follow this dietary regimen- do not drink more than 2 ltrs of water in a day. Avoid taking milk/liquid at bed time. Wake up before 6: 30 in the morning and go for skipping. (every second after 6: 30 am will add to your allergic issue.)

1.Take bland diet, Avoid foods which cause acidity like spicy, oily, fatty and junk foods, onion, garlic, citrus fruit, tomato etc 2..Have proper Breakfast, Don’t skip or postpone your meal, Take home made food, Avoid food and water from outside, 3.Eat smaller meals at frequent intervals like 5-6 meals per day, and don't overeat. 4.Drink plenty of water. Take your meal regularly and timely. Avoid fasting, Don’t skip your breakfast. 5. Stop smoking, consumption of alcohol and tobacco, excess tea or coffee if you are having, 7. Avoid stress 8. Take one tablet of pan40 in the morning before breakfast daily for few days. 9.Consult me for further advice
