It occurs due to excessive production of melanin due to hormonal changes in body/pregnancy/excessive sun exposure/ contact with chemical/ various health problem/emotional stress/skin injury Treatment 1.Apply fresh lemon juice with a cotton ball on the affected area ,leave it for 15-20 minutes wash it off with water. Repeat the process twice daily for few months 2.Massage vitamin E oil into affected area for 10 minutes twice daily for few week 3.Mix one tsf of turmeric powder and one tsf of lemon juice. Apply it on affected area, leave it for 20 minutes, rinse it off with water. Continue it daily for few weeks. 4.apply fresh Aloevera gel on affected area before going to bed, leave it over night, rinse it off in the morning. Repeat it daily for few week 5.Consult for further advice.

Knee. Quadriceps Exercises- Lie straight, make a towel role and put it under the knee, press the keen against the role, hold it for 20 secs. Repeat 20 times twice a day. This will help relieve some pain. Core Strengthening Exercise- Straight Leg Raised With Toes Turned Outward, repeat 10 times, twice a day. Hams Stretching- lie straight, take the leg up, pull the feet towards yourself, with a elastic tube or normal belt. Repeat 10 times, twice a day. Back. Apply Hot Fomentation twice daily. Avoid bending in front. Postural Correction- Sit Tall, Walk Tall. Extension Exercises x 15 times x twice daily - lying on tummy, take left arm up for 3 seconds, then bring it down, right arm up for 3 seconds, bring down. Bring right leg up, hold for 3 seconds, bring it down. Then right leg up and hold for 3 seconds and bring it down. Repeat twice a day- 10 times. Bhujang Asana – Lie flat on your stomach, keeping the palms out, bend the neck backward, take a deep breath and while holding it for 6 seconds, raise the chest up. Release breath and relax your body. Repeat the exercise 15 times twice daily. Core Strengthening Exercises- Straight Leg Raised With Toes Turned Outward, repeat 10 times, twice a day. Back Stretching- lie flat, pull one of the knee forward to chest, hold for 3 seconds, then bring the other knee forward to the chest and again hold for 3 seconds. Then pull both knees towards the chest and hold for 3 seconds. Repeat 10 times each exercise twice a day. Do the cat/cow stretch. Get on all fours, with your arms straight and your hands directly under your shoulders; your knees hip-width apart. Neck. Neck Stretching. Postural Correction. Shoulder Shrugs. Core Strengthening Exercises. Take frequent Breaks at work Use cervical pillow. Use Back Support. Self Massage the back of neck.

Hello, you can take homoeopathic medicine rhus tox 30 (4 drops in little water) thrice a day for a week and update. *take rest or move about once in 1-2 hours in case of working in a constant position. *maintain a good posture while reading or working with computers. *take a high fibre content diet like vegetables, fruits, etc.

Hi apply pranacharya face glow on your face for 15 minutes then wash it with warm water. Take pranacharya b clean syrup 2-2 tsf twice a day. Take pranacharya allergin capsule 1-1 twice a day. Wash your face with chandrika soap. Prepare a neem leaves mustard oil and apply on your skin. Avoid hot food & spicy food .

Advice. Avoid sitting cross legged. Avoid squatting- quadriceps exercises- lie straight, make a towel role and put it under the knee, press the keen against the role, hold it for 20 secs. Repeat 20 times twice a day. This will help relieve some pain. Core strengthening exercise- straight leg raised with toes turned outward, repeat 10 times, twice a day. Hams stretching- lie straight, take the leg up, pull the feet towards yourself, with a elastic tube or normal belt. Repeat 10 times, twice a day. Sports taping- stretch the tape from both ends and apply on the affected area contrast fomentation (hot and cold).

Dear Lybrate User, One of the major nutritional substance required for human body is carbohydrate. We take carbohydrate in the form of rice, wheat, sugar etc. The complex molecules of carbohydrate are broken down into simple glucose molecules during digestion & released in the blood stream to be absorbed by the muscle cells. Muscle cells utilise the glucose molecules to release energy by breaking down those glucose molecules. Insulin hormone plays a vital role in the absorption of the glucose molecules by the muscle cells. In abnormal conditions, either due to less production of insulin or due to resistance to insulin, the process of absorption of glucose by the muscles comes to a stand still. The glucose molecules remains in the bloodstream which results in the increase in the blood sugar level. The failure of utilisation of the glucose molecules by the muscle cells results in production of less energy than normal condition. This is externally manifested as the fatigue & tiredness of the patient. This excess amount of blood sugar compels the kidney to function more than normal level in order to excrete the blood sugar molecules through urine. As a result the patient suffers from frequent urination. This abnormal condition is clinically known as DIABETES MELLITUS. Once a patient is diagnosed with Diabetes he has to take regular medicine to keep his blood sugar level within normal limits. However, the patient does not need to take medicine unless his/her Post. Prandial Blood Sugar level reaches 200. If Post. Prandial Blood Sugar level reaches 200 then patient should take the following Homoeopathic medications:- 1)Homeopathic URANIUM NIT 3X TABLETS (R.S. BHARGAVA company). Take one tablet thrice daily, in empty stomach 2) 30 drops of Homeopathic Mother Tincture GYMNEMA SYLVESTRA Q, thrice daily, after meals, in a cup of water Along with intake of medicines the patient need to walk at least 1 hour daily without any interval. In order to decrease the intake of carbohydrate in diet the patient should avoid rice, sweet dishes, fruits, cold drinks, fast foods, alcoholic beverages, potato etc

It doesn't increase acne as such. It is due to great rise of sex hormones like testosterone in men. Quite a lot people believe the notion that masturbation causes pimples, which has been passed through generations. However, the two have no relationship except from the fact that they start with the onset of puberty. Generally, acne or pimples are caused by bacteria that feed on the oil that is produced on the skin pores. During puberty, a lot of oil is produced, but the production decreases later on in life. This is the reason why pimples strike during teen age.

It is ideal for you to eat small quantities of nutritious food regularly to reduce your weight. It is ideal for you to include at least 30 to 45 minutes of exercise every day to see visible differences in weight. • Have a breakfast by 8:30 am in the morning and limit it to 250 to 300 calories. • Have a handful of nuts as a mid morning snack at 10:30 am • Have your lunch at 12.45 pm and make sure it is only a diet full of veggies and fruits. • At 2:30 pm have your afternoon snack that could be carrot sticks or apple with low fat peanut butter? • At 6 pm have the last meal of the day that includes a cup of vegetables before the meal? Then drink water and follow it with a cup of rice and lean meat.

Change food habites. Add in your food carbohydrates, proteins, vitamines, minirales, green vegitabales, salad, dry fruites, fruites, sweets etc. Do arobic excersices, yoga, walking, you take prosup powder 2 spoon in a glass of lukewarm milk after dinner for 3 month. Feed back to me.

I used propranolol hydrochloride tablets for 2 months to cure migraine pains. Will it have an serious side effects on heart? Does this medicine is the cause of my palpitations? Thank you.

Propranolol does have side effects but it certainly does not cause a rise in heart beats/ palpitations. Side effects depend upon the dose of propranolol taken rather than the duration for which it is taken. Usually the dose taken for migraine prophylaxis does not cause side effects unless you have an underlying heart disease before starting it.

Hi lybrate user. At first you have to follow some basic things so that you get better results in a short period of time. 1) take food two times in a day only 2) drink only 100-150 ml of lukewarm water during meals 3) avoid oily, spicy, salty, junk, fast and fermented foods 4) avoid late night sleeping habits. A) take half tsf of avipattikar churna and half tsf of lavanbhaaskar churna after meals. B) take 10 ml of ginger juice and 10 gm of jaggery before meals. C) take 30 ml of bhrungaraajasava and 30 ml of aloe vera juice along with 30 ml of lukewarm water at night before sleep. Do all these things for thirty days and reply me for further suggestions. Thanks.
