I am totally weak from past 2 days. My forehead pinches at the sides, my stomach's upset. My eyes strain when I fix them at a subject and turn my head. HI, These symptoms are related to your lifestyle changes .This will stop if you decide to stop this.First thing avoid junkfood ,spicy and fried food. Come back to a proper diet. Take these medicines Nux vom 30 4pills to be sucked thrice a day for 15 days Tab boichemic no 24(SBL) 4 tabs to be chewed thrice a day for 15 days Revert back for further treatment

Avoid excess salt in diet take 8-10 glass water daily avoid fried and spicy food and coffee take a nutritious diet and a early morning walk start doing kapal bhati pranayam daily for 15 minutes. To start with do for 3-5 minutes nd slowly increase upto 15 minutes. The procedure for doing this asana is o sit in a comfortable crossed leg posture, sukasana (using padmasana or vajrasanais the best) and keep your back straight. Rest your hands on the knees using gyana mudra or chin mudra. O inhale deeply trough your nose, this will expand you abdomen. O exhale using a great force so that your abdominal muscles contract to the maximum o these exhalations are similar to your breath outs, but they should be forceful o make sure while exhaling, the air should be pushed out of your lungs by contracting the diaphragm o after exhalation again do inhalation, but this time with out any effort. To do this just relax your lungs, they will automatically expand and fill with air o one cycle of kapalabhati pranayama include one deep inhalation, then forceful exhalation and an effortless inhalation. O a learner can practice up to three rounds, each with 15 exhalations. Small breaks between each round are allowed.

7ti 8 hrs sleep in 24hrs is good nothing to worry about it keep your daily routine more active and interesting with lots of healthy activities and exercise

Hi, If you're looking to maintain hydrated skin, there are steps you can take, including: Avoid exposure to dry air Avoid prolonged contact with hot or chlorinated water Use a gentle cleanser instead of soap Avoid using skin care products that contain alcohol Moisturize immediately after a bath or shower and regularly throughout the day Use a humidifier Wear a scarf and gloves when going out in cold weather If you're concerned about dry skin, contact your health care provider or a dermatologist. You can improve your dry skin by good and healthy intake of food which should includes vitamin A, C, E and protein, lots of water, application of good sunscreen before going out. Drink 10-12 glasses of water, take more of fruits, vegetables, salads, almonds in diet. Sleep for 7-9hrs. daily. Medication: Take homoeopathic medicines – Schwabe's Alfaalfa Tonic, Psorinum 200/ once daily and Petroleum 200/ twice daily, take them for 1 month. Use Schwabe's Skin care bathing bar, Calendula & Aloe vera all purpose cream, Bakson's Body oil to be applied.

It must be acarbuncle. Use hot foamentation for it to rupture naturally. Then apply soframycin powder. Take a mild laxative for removing toxins out of your body. If not getting relief, you may need antibiotics.

If your son is super intelligent, it is likely that he is compensating a lot for his lost/losing childhood. Sometimes the pressures of school and life may make him focus all his energy on those activities at the loss of his childhood. You must let him be a child more and let him play with other children with their type of games and activities. Thankfully he is showing that deprivation now itself and so it is possible to help him before it gets serious. You do not need to send him for any therapy, if you allow him to be a normal child and emphasize less on his studies. It is okay if he does not do too well in his studies especially during the early part of the school year. Only towards the end you will need to make him do more for the studies. If he loses his childhood, he could never regain it later and he could become depressed or suffer other problems in life.

Anxiety and depression often go together. You must go and meet with a counselor immediately and if that person advises that you meet with a doctor you must do so and cooperate to your utmost. Please visit these professionals along with your parents. In the meantime please do the following sincerely because you could resolve the problem better with good cooperation: Have a good night’s sleep, have a good breakfast of more proteins, meditate often, remain free of stress, eat a lot of fiber, nuts, avocado, exercise regularly, eat dark chocolate, do Yoga meditation exercises, etc. I suggest you do the opposite of what this depression makes you feel like doing (actually, not doing): you will need to fight this condition. You must become active; stay upright during the daylight time; meet people; never sleep during the day, wake up by 6 am every day, play some active games, especially contact games, do physical exercises, talk to people and join some social clubs, attend Yoga classes etc. Watch sitcoms on TV or comedies and cheer yourself up. Go for excursions in groups, for outings, camps, conferences, and religious conventions. Get a pet dog and spend time training it, exercising it and relating to it. Expose yourself to some sunlight every day, at least, 30 minutes but not in the scorching heat. Whatever happens, please incorporate these three important adaptations in your life: always be responsible, be respectful, and be functional. If you did these three, lots of things will go well in life. Please pray and have faith in God to alleviate your sufferings. Don’t wait for others to help. Use your own motivation, which might be at its lowest, but persevere and win this battle. Above all to be really happy, you need to live in love and for love. Learn all about emotions and how to handle them and that will get you out of the depression rather easily and quickly. A counselor is there only to facilitate you, all the hard word must come from you, and your cooperation with that person is very critical for your success. Be positive every day and learn to be contented with what you have. Do some left brain exercises: it is the happy brain. Here are a few suggestions: shut your left nostril and breathe, move your eyes from right to left and vice versa for at least half a minute at a time, and do callisthenic exercises with some form of counting, regularly. Whatever happens please cooperate with the therapy and do not discontinue until the condition is completely resolved.

1. Drink 100-500 ml of tender coconut water twice a day for relief from hyperacidity Mix equal parts of powdered fennel, licorice root, basil leaves and coriander seeds. Have ½ teaspoon of this mixture with ½ teaspoon of powdered rock candy (or unrefined sugar) 15 minutes before lunch and dinner. 2.Make a powdered mixture of equal parts of rock candy (or unrefined sugar), fennel, and green cardamom. Whenever you feel heartburn, mix 1 teaspoon of the mixture in a glass of cold milk and drink. 3.Avoid tea, coffee, and carbonated or alcoholic beverages. 4.Avoid using garlic, ginger, onions, tomatoes, and vinegar in cooking. 5.Curd should be strictly avoided at night. 6. Practice Yoga and Pranayama such as Vajrasana, Bhujangasana, Salabhasana, Bhastrika Pranayama,Shitali Pranayama and Shitkari Pranayama. 7.Drink plenty of fluids and water. 8. Avoid constipation. 9. Take 1 tsf avipattikar churna empty stomach twice a day with water/ 20 days and 2 tab soothshekhar ras twice a day 30 min after meals with little water/10 days. 10. Avoid taking milk ...prefer buttermilk and curd. 11. Revert back after 10 days. Take Care.

Do daily massage over head with medicated oil, Take proper diet, keep cows ghee in regular diet, take calcium & protein rich food, take milk & milk products daily, take seasonable fruits, green vegetables, dry fruits, take proper care of hairs during travelling, avoid food/water kept in fridge avoid excessive salt intake, dry foods, avoid oily, spicy ,fast, bakery foods, chilled water, avoid excessive tea, coffee,cold drinks, hot drinks avoid excessive use of shampoo, hair conditioners, All The Best.

Go for pregnancy test first, if it's negative take progesterone for withdrawal bleeding further treatment depends whether you want to be pregnant or not.

Only exercise will not help you to reduce weight, you have to follow proper diet schedule. Proper diet will help you to reduce weight and also help you to create hormonal balance. To increase muscle strength and decrease body fat you need a diet with rich in protein with moderate carb and very less fat. Consult me privately.
