Dear, These are some instructions & methods for good sleep: • Frequent oil massage of head with oil relax your mind and enhances sleep. You can also do foot massage daily it destress you. * Eat food with a bowl of curd and after that off the light and go to sleep because after eating meal our brain become relax and sleep comes. • Drink a glass of milk at night daily. * Avoid the excess use of laptop and phone during night. They also cause sleeplessness. • Do not take caffeine, tea & alcohol in excess and these are stimulant,(activate) your brain result in lack of sleep. • Avoid drinking alcohol & smoking. • Do not take stress. Do meditation and long breathing pranayams to relax the mind.

1. Consult doctor with blood report like widal/typhidot test. 2. If it is typhoid, you have to take a course of antibiotic for 10-14 days 2. Take bland semi solid diet like rice with yogurt, porridge, barley, fruit (avoid skin/seeds) custard, avoid spicy, oily and fatty food. Take light and easily digestible diet. Take meals at short interval to avoid nausa/vomiting. Avoid meat/poultry/egg 3. Drink plenty of water/lime juice/ glucose water/ coconut water, sugar cane/ fresh fruit (avoid citrus fruits) juice, milk 4. Take rest.

Hi, melasma is often associated with the female hormones estrogen and progesterone. It is especially common in pregnant women, women who are taking oral contraceptives pills, and women taking hormone replacement therapy during menopause. It is thought that estrogen contributes to its development in predisposed persons, but estrogen is not essential to the development of melasma, however, as men may also be affected. Sun exposure is also a strong risk factor for melasma. It is particularly common in tropical climates. Melasma develops due to a combination of genetic, hormonal and sun related factors. Deficiency of folic acid during pregnancy can also lead to development of melasma. Medication: take homoeopathic medicine - sepia 30/ 3 times a day daily for 3 months initially. Revert. (not to be taken if you have conceived or else planning a child).

Dear lybrate user, take homoeopathic mother tincture acid phos q, 30 drops, thrice daily, after meals in a cup of water. Try to get a un-interrupted sleep of 8 hours daily. Drink a lots of water daily. If you have a habit of masturbation then you should not masturbate for more than twice in a week. Abstain from any type of addiction if you have any.

Is thepain only in your back? does it radiate down to legs? if not then you should start focussing on maintaining good posture while working or studying, you shouldn't lie down and study or watch tv. Doe regular back strengthening exercises.

Dear the first thing you need in your quest to lose weight and stay fit is a strong mind. You need to assess yourself and decide how much weight you need to lose. Hi - incorporate more fruits, vegetables, and whole grains into your diet while eliminating unhealthy foods. - if you are working or studying away from home, try to pack healthy lunch and snacks for yourself to avoid eating unhealthy food daily. - don't eat straight from the packet - use a plate or bowl to control how much you eat. - don't delay or skip meals. - cut down your consumption of aerated drinks and sodas. - drink at least 8 glasses of water every day. Drink water after waking up and before sleeping. Being dehydrated may make you feel like you're hungry, so it is important to stay hydrated. - have homemade fruit and vegetable juices - eat 5-6 small healthy meals every 2-3 hours, every day, instead of having a few big ones. This regulates your blood sugar level and your metabolism. - don't skip breakfast, instead, make it rich with complex carbohydrates and proteins, so it can provide you with energy to get through the day. Try to include the following as your morning breakfast, oats porridge, eggs on multigrain toast or daliya with sprouts. - avoid artificial sweeteners in processed foods. - eat slowly as it takes about 20 minutes for your brain to register if you're full or not. Eating too fast leads to overeating, so chew slowly to digest your food better and control how much you eat. - use a smaller plate to control your portion sizes and avoid overeating. - know your cravings and do not snack when you're emotional. It is said that you crave crunchy and savory food when you're stressed, frustrated or lonely. Figure out what you crave and replace them with healthier alternatives. - do not eat mindlessly; concentrate on your food instead of watching tv or playing with your phone to avoid overeating.

If the periods are delayed bleeding continues fir long time. You have to take 21 days tablets fir 3 months to regularise your cycle.

Mr. Lybrate-user, there are no medicines to control the craving for sweets. Sometimes, if patients use artificial sweeteners, then those chemicals increase the craving for sweets. Controlling craving is entirely in your hands. If you do not control then blood sugar is bound to very high. I am sure you are aware what serious complications result from uncontrolled diabetes, things like retinopathy leading to blindness, damage to kidney leading to end stage renal failure, severe neuropathy, non- healing ulcers on foot leading to gangrene and amputation, silent heart attacks etc. So choice is yours, either control the cravings or face/invite complications. hello the medicine you are taking needs exercise of some sort along with it as per body can do like walking or stretching and yoga aasans for 5 days a week. also healthy balanced diet is required. avoid sweets, fried foods, carbonated drinks \, mango, banana, cheeku and processed foods. include seasonal fruits and vegetables ( mushrooms, cabbage, broccoli, carrots, tomato, cherries, plums), sprouts, green tea, lemon water, tea-coffee without sugar take small and regular meals like 3 main meals and 2 side meals thank u
