If this occurs on a day when the stools are hard and you are constipated, then it may be the start of piles which get abraded due to passage friction and bleed. When the abraded pile closes by healing bleeding disappears for some time and may again bleed on next friction. Use plenty of salads nad fiber in diet. Drink plenty of fluids. If the problem does not resolve get examined by a proctologist. Surgeon.

I am suffering for fever, cold & body pains. I want know what are symptoms of swine ful & its prevention?

MBBS
General Physician, Faridabad
I am suffering for fever, cold & body pains. I want know what are symptoms of swine ful & its prevention?
Symtoms of swine flu cough. fever. sore throat. stuffy or runny nose. body aches. headache. chills. Fatigue. Prevention from swine flu hini It can spread through coughing and sneezing so always cover your face while doing so. And make sure people around you in office or home also follow this. Avoid touching your eyes, nose or mouth too often Maintain a high level of personal hygiene. Always wash your hands before or after eating and particularly after returning from a public place. Sometimes virus can spread through droplets that have remained on surfaces of things like laptops, phones so avoid using someone else’s items. Avoid public places, unhygienic conditions, etc. If your city/area is swine-flu endemic, always wear a standard swine flu mask  in public places (the H-95 mask which is worn by nurses and doctors while collecting samples from swine flu victims). Normal surgical masks which sell like hot cakes during swine flu season might not give enough protection. If you feel sick and look like you are developing a cold or fever, stay at home and take enough rest. Rest has also been shown to increase ‘interferons’ which help our immunity to fight the virus better. Keeping away from others also prevents spread of the infection. Flu prevention for adults and teens aged 13 years and older. Take 1 dose, once daily, for 10 days or as long as prescribed. One dose is 75 mg/12.5 mL for adults

Dear Lybrate user. Sex thoughts, Sex addiction, masturbation addiction, porn films addiction etc comes under behavior addiction. Behavioral addiction is a form of addiction that involves a compulsion to engage in a rewarding non-drug-related behavior – sometimes called a natural reward – despite any negative consequences to the person's physical, mental, social or financial well-being. Behavior addiction needs to be curbed or controlled using your own self will power. Diverting your mind and body away from the circumstances which compels you for the addictive habit, with the help of physical exercises, games, entertainment etc can help you. Never sleep alone. Be always with your family even at night etc are some other tips. Willpower is the key always. Behavioral therapy also works well. Take care.

In today's world most of men suffers from sexual reasons. Most of the problems happen due to low awareness and education on sex. Some myths about sex myth 1. Bigger penis can only satisfy women fact: size is not important for satisfaction, what matters is good erection and timings. Wome vagina initial 2 inches is only sensitive so size anything bigger than 2 inch is sufficient. Hardness and strokes matter. If anyone is suffering from timing also call early discharge or premature ejaculation can be treated with proper guidance and ayurvedic medicines. Similarly hardness issue also called erectile dysfunction can be cured with some tips and ayurvedic medicines. Myth2: penis size can be increased with pills oils or cream. Fact: no oil or pill can increase size except surgery which is not adviced due to its complications and as size neither matters. So do not bother about size work on timings. Myth3: sexual problems are not curable fact: there is no such problem which does not have solution. Once root cause is found it is very easy to cure, important is one should not take any medicine without finding the root cause. Revert back.

I am 68 year old and I am suffering from cold and fever of 101 degree temperature at now besides this I am also suffering from kidney and heart problem and medicine for both are being taken. Now please suggest me medicine for high fever and pain.

BHMS
Homeopath, Raebareli
Please take rhus tox 200 - thrice daily for next 3-4 days. Also -- soak a washcloth in cool tap water, wring out the excess water and then sponge areas like your armpits, feet, hands and groin to reduce the temperature. Also, you can place cold, damp washcloths on your forehead and the back of your neck. The cloth pieces should be changed regularly after a few minutes. This remedy is beneficial when dealing with a high fever as it helps keep temperature under control. You can also take a bath in lukewarm water to relax your body. Taking a shower, however, may not be a good idea. Plus, needless to say, take as much rest as possible as it helps the body fight the illness. Note: do not use very cold water as it may cause the internal body temperature to increase.

Hello, madam, diabetes mellitus is said to be coming due to improper lifestyle, hence, to control it apart from appropriate drugs following modified lifestyle is essential. Painful intercourse (dyspareunia)

Physical causes of painful intercourse differ, depending on whether the pain occurs at entry or with deep thrusting. Emotional factors can be associated with many types of painful intercourse.

Entry pain

Pain during penetration may be associated with a range of factors, including:

Insufficient lubrication. This is often the result of not enough foreplay. Insufficient lubrication is also commonly caused by a drop in estrogen levels after menopause, after childbirth or during breast-feeding.

Certain medications are known to inhibit desire or arousal, which can decrease lubrication and make sex painful. These include antidepressants, high blood pressure medications, sedatives, antihistamines and certain birth control pills.

Injury, trauma or irritation. This includes injury or irritation from an accident, pelvic surgery, female circumcision or a cut made during childbirth to enlarge the birth canal (episiotomy).

Inflammation, infection or skin disorder. An infection in your genital area or urinary tract can cause painful intercourse. Eczema or other skin problems in your genital area also can be the problem.

Vaginismus. Involuntary spasms of the muscles of the vaginal wall (vaginismus) can make attempts at penetration very painful.

Congenital abnormality. A problem present at birth, such as the absence of a fully-formed vagina (vaginal agenesis) or development of a membrane that blocks the vaginal opening (imperforate hymen), could be the underlying cause of dyspareunia.

Deep pain

Deep pain usually occurs with deep penetration and may be more pronounced with certain positions. Causes include:

Certain illnesses and conditions. The list includes endometriosis, pelvic inflammatory disease, uterine prolapse, retroverted uterus, uterine fibroids, cystitis, irritable bowel syndrome, hemorrhoids and ovarian cysts.

Surgeries or medical treatments. Scarring from pelvic surgery, including hysterectomy, can sometimes cause painful intercourse. Medical treatments for cancer, such as radiation and chemotherapy, can cause changes that make sex painful.

Emotional factors

Emotions are deeply intertwined with sexual activity and may play a role in any type of sexual pain. Emotional factors include:

Psychological problems. Anxiety, depression, concerns about your physical appearance, fear of intimacy or relationship problems can contribute to a low level of arousal and a resulting discomfort or pain.

Stress. Your pelvic floor muscles tend to tighten in response to stress in your life. This can contribute to pain during intercourse.

History of sexual abuse. Most women with dyspareunia don't have a history of sexual abuse, but if you have been abused, it may play a role.

Sometimes, it can be difficult to tell whether psychological factors are associated with dyspareunia. Initial pain can lead to fear of recurring pain, making it difficult to relax, which can lead to more pain. As with any pain in your body, you might start avoiding the activities that you associate with the pain.
