If you want to stop masturbating do not look at porn & get your mind off of it. If you still get the urge to, ignore it for a about 15 minutes & it'll go away. Masturbating from time to time is completely normal for a guy. Relax and try to concentrate on your studies and/or sports that you are good at. That will help you to avoiding thinking about sex all the time.

Night fall is very common problem in younger age. Semen production occur 24 hourly & it has limited capacity for storage. Other cause you have quit masturbation, If you do not do ejaculate then nightfall is only way to come out of stored semen as its production is continuous process. 1-2 week frequency is normal.

Hi, tsh 3.49 milli units/l, is good, but to conceive tsh levels have to be around 0.1 to 2.0 milli units / l, so it is necessary that thyroxine dosage may have to be increased. You may go ahead with the investigations suggested by the doctor, but reducing tsh level to the limit mentioned above is a must. Similarly it is recommended that during 1 st trimester tsh should be 0.1 to 2 milli units, 2nd trimester 0.3 to 3.0 milli units/l and 3rd trimester 0.3 to 3.5 milli units/l. Hye. Thanks for the query. You need to maintain a healthy lifestyle and healthy weight. A healthy lifestyle involves, choosing a balanced diet and healthy eating plan. A healthy eating plan: Emphasizes fruits, vegetables, whole grains, and fat-free or low-fat milk and milk products Includes lean meats, poultry, fish, beans, eggs, and nuts Is low in saturated fats, trans fats, cholesterol, salt (sodium), and added sugars Stays within your daily calorie needs A healthy eating plan that helps you manage your weight includes a variety of foods you may not have considered. If" healthy eating" makes you think about the foods you can't have, try refocusing on all the new foods you can eat—  Fruits ― don't think just apples or bananas. All fresh fruits are great choices. Be sure to try some" exotic" fruits, too. How about a mango? Or a juicy pineapple or kiwi fruit! When your favorite fresh fruits aren't in season, try a dried variety of a fresh fruit you enjoy. One caution about canned fruits is that they may contain added sugars or syrups. Vegetables ― try something new. You may find that you love grilled vegetables or steamed vegetables with an herb you haven't tried like basil/tulsi. You can sauté (panfry) vegetables in a non-stick pan with a small amount of cooking oil. Commit to going to the green grocery and trying a new vegetable each week. If your favorite higher-calorie food is a chocolate bar, have a smaller size or only half a bar. Try a lower-calorie version. Use lower-calorie ingredients or prepare food differently. I am 60 yrs and mildly allergic to dust, smoke etc. I almost constantly have some post nasal mucoid discharge. Once in 3-4 months, I devolop phangitis with throat pain and cough and I am forced to take antibiotic to control it. Xrays and ent exam done do not show any abnormality, like polyps, sinusitis etc. Kindly advise.
