Ok avoid long sitting and toward bending tk break between work. Tk heat fermentation twice a day and tk rest if it work then ok other wise tk physiotherapy treatment and stretching exercise in daily routine it will help you.

Since beetles are attracted to light, these should be switched off near areas where people sleep. Medication: along with allopathic treatment, you can simultaneously take homoeopathic medication - schwabe's cantharis 200/ thrice daily and if there is burning of the affected area, take apis mel. 200/ thrice daily. Along with this, apply topi cantharis as well.

Start with physiotherapy treatment and learn exercise for spine. Don't sit on floor. Don't lift heavy things. Take calcium and multivitamin with vitamin d 3.

1.Use amla (gooseberry) juice on scalp and also to drink. 2.Mix curry leaves with coconut oil and heat up and let it cool. Wheat Germ oil to massage your head at night. You can also put some fenugreek powder in the oil, heat the oil a bit and apply it on scalp for hairfall, whitening and dandruff. 3.Apply hair packs like Egg with Yogurt, Banana. 4.Have lots of green leafy vegetables and fruits rich in Vitamin C. 5.Protein is the most important element for maintaining hair health. Make sure your diet in protein rich sources like eggs, fish, chicken, soyabean, sprouts, pulses and grains 6.Zinc, iron & copper promote healthy hair. Hello, the pain during initial 2 days of start of menses is due to uterine contractions to shed the old endometrium out, however if the pain lasts for all 4-5 days and also there is pain during intercourse, then a possibility of endometriosis needs to be evaluated with an ultrasound pelvis. For pain relief during menses you may take nsaids safely. Regards.

Hye, Thanks for the query. Firstly it is important to understand that weight /fat loss involves sensible eating. You have to eat the right foods at the right time. Eat small but frequent meals.     Reduce your main meals by 1/4th  the amount. Take a glass of lime water 10minutes before meals. Avoid long gaps in between meals. Avoid junk as far as possible. Exercise at least 4 times a week. Lastly be committed.                        Remember it's a lifestyle change and not a one time thing.     It's a balanced intake that will last you longer. All the so called diets will only give you muscle and bone loss. The fats will remain as it is. So, try to first follow this seemingly simple tips.
