First of all check your posture when you are lifting any material like heavy bucket. And try to lift the heavy bucket without bending your back. You may lift the bucket after bending your knees only. This will definitely help you. * gentle massage with lukewarm mustard oil of your waist area will also give you relief. * surya namaskar is only exercise which you need to do. * in diet vegetable protein of cereal, b complex supplements and half teaspoon of haldi in a cup of milk for seven days will give you enough relief.

Try these range-of-motion exercises to keep hands, fingers flexible and to ease pain in the fingers and in the hands overall: Close your fist and then gradually open your hand, stretching your fingers out, then close slowly into a fist again. Make circle motions with your thumb, keeping it straight. Stretch your thumb away from the palm of your hand, then use it to touch each fingertip. Repeat these exercises 3 to 10 times daily. Stop if you feel pain in a joint or if you're experiencing additional pain (lasting more than two hours) once you’re done. Some people find that doing these hand exercises under warm water is helpful. It is important to keep both your hands and body active. If you have doubts about how to do this safely, talk to a Physiotherapist.

Avoid forward bending repeatedly. Do hot water fermentation with added salt in it two times a day. Do back strengthening exercises thrice a day. You may get relief from pain. Consult a physiotherapist for detailed evaluation. Take care. Homeopathy has got wonderful result in backache.

Stop running or engaging in any other activity that works your leg muscles for at least one week. This gives your muscles time to heal. Soak your sore muscles in very warm water in the bath or a hot tub to ease your pain and reduce inflammation. Alternating hot and cold baths works especially well for some people. Rub the affected muscles using moderate pressure to improve blood flow to the area Stretch after your walks and periodically throughout the recovery period. Stretching helps prevent inflammation and stiffness and can improve your mobility while your legs recover.

Apply Hot Fomentation twice daily. Avoid bending in front. Postural Correction- Sit Tall, Walk Tall. Extension Exercises x 15 times x twice daily - lying on tummy, take left arm up for 3 seconds, then bring it down, right arm up for 3 seconds, bring down. Bring right leg up, hold for 3 seconds, bring it down. Then right leg up and hold for 3 seconds and bring it down. Repeat twice a day- 10 times. Bhujang Asana – Lie flat on your stomach, keeping the palms out, bend the neck backward, take a deep breath and while holding it for 6 seconds, raise the chest up. Release breath and relax your body. Repeat the exercise 15 times twice daily. Core Strengthening Exercises- Straight Leg Raised With Toes Turned Outward, repeat 10 times, twice a day. Back Stretching- lie flat, pull one of the knee forward to chest, hold for 3 seconds, then bring the other knee forward to the chest and again hold for 3 seconds. Then pull both knees towards the chest and hold for 3 seconds. Repeat 10 times each exercise twice a day. Do the cat/cow stretch. Get on all fours, with your arms straight and your hands directly under your shoulders; your knees hip-width apart.

Extension exercises x 15 times x twice daily. Bhujang asana. Core strengthening exercises. Back stretchingstretch do the cat/cow avoid bending in front. Postural correction- sit tall, walk tall. Apply hot fomentation.

Sir your muscle pain could arise due to low vitamin d or b12 or elevated uric acid, so get your vitamin d3, vitamin b12 and uric acid levels and revert back with reports.

Hi. Thanks for your query- avoid heighted and hard pillows. Use soft pillow which may elevate your head to 5-10 degree. Aply move on your neck. Also if persistant- neck x-ray and follow up.

Hi I can understand your problem. The pain is due to nerve compression at lumber region but still clinical examination is needed. # relax & stay positive. # take hot and cold foementation. # change sleeping position. # use lumber support. Hello lybrate user, sciatica is a radiating pain along the course of the nerve. Usually for the lower back to the back of thigh and then further down to the foot. This happens because of a compression on the nerve roots which leads to symptoms of tingling and numbness in your feet, and other functional deficits the nerves like sensory loss and weakness in the limbs. When this pressure of the nerves is accompanied by inflammation of nerve itself, it gives rise to the radiating pain or sciatica. This inflammation comes down with anti inflammatory drugs and rest, so the sciatica is no longer present but compression on the nerves remains so you might still be having sensory loss. But still your nerve might be recovering from the compression and you regain sensation with neurotonic drugs and time if the compression has also been resolved. But this decision making is complex and can be done by a spine surgeon and only after a thorough clinical assessment. I would suggest you get an mri done and consult a spine surgeon as soon as possible. Hope this helps.

My weight is 95 kgs. I am 20 years old. studying engineering final year. I live in hostel and I am suffering from spinal cord infection. Everyday I suffer with pain so I can't do exercises. I am taking combutol -400 mg, combutol-800 mg, gindoxime-10 mg, r-cin600, solonex300 tablets. My weight is becoming problem to me. Since I am a engineering student I have to work for projects but even if I do simple work like to lift a mug I can't bend my hip pains a lot. I can't walk and sit for more than 5 minutes. I sweats a lot if I walk for 2 steps also. I am getting too much sweat. Two years back my right hand shoulder hit to wall on that time on wards it is paining and I can't lift small weight also. Please give me food diet, advise to reduce my weight in 6 months.

To maintain a low body fat and/or lower body fat: 1. Exercise at least 5 times per week once you can manage walking. 2. Eat whole/unprocessed foods at regular intervals, while being aware of physical hunger/fullness cues 3. Sleep 7-9 hours per night 4. Don’t engage in extreme diets 5. Stay consistent with your habits 6. Incorporate non-exercise physical activity 7. Ignore food advertising You need a fat loss diet which comprises of whole grains like jowar, bajra, wheat, brown rice, pulses like moong, musoor, bengal gram, lots of vegetables, fruits, eggs, fish, chicken, paneer, healthy oil, nuts and seeds. You need to eat them in right proportion. Avoid eating sugar and sweets, refined foods like maida, noodles pasta, White rice and products, bread. Drink a lot of water.

As you feel pain in knees, follow these usefultips for pain relief: * first check out bone mineral density (bmd). In case of low bmd, your calcium level in body are low. So take take calcium rich diet daily. Take a glass (300 ml) of full cream milk daily or 100 gm of cheese or 1-2 eggs regularly. * give a gentle oil massage to knees regularly and wrap your knees with cloth dipped in hot water for atleast 10-15 minutes. * wear knee cap or wrap crape bandage during walk for knee support. * sit atleast for 5-8 minutes in sunlight in morning or evening for vitamind. *avoid heal shoe and wear only flat shoes for balanced load on knees. * check out your blood sugar level and hemoglobin level in every 6 months. * if you have any history of rheumatoid arthritis in family then checkout your ra factor. * take guggalu tablets if himalaya one tablet daily for atleast 3 months. * take a piece of garlic, crush it and boil it a glass of milk and drink daily for fast pain relief.

You have yourself answered in your question. This common problem with people working indoor to have calcium and vitamin d deficiency. Remedy also lies within. Have good exposure to sun (taking care of your skin with sun screen etc. And having diet rich in vitamin d and calcium and other vitamins. Taking more of fruits / vegetables, eggs and mik will help you with activity like walking and exercising and body massage.
