This may be the starting of lumbar spondylosis. Start with a few exercises of back that will work on its stregnth and endurance. You can consult me personally to learn the exercises. Get your vit b12 levels checked.

I am a 56 yrs old, male. I have diabetes (hereditary) and high blood pressure. Diabetes is around two old. Pressure is under control. Presently my feet (both), at the toe end, the under sloe below the toes get swelled up and numb, also the toes get numb. This has happened when my diabetes reading had gone upto 230. It later came down to 150. But the swelling and numbness still persist. Presently, I am taking, glycomet? 500 sr, diabetone pn, euglim 1. What is your view.

Be specific whether your diabetes is too old or two years old. Because you can get numbness because of uncontrolled diabetes of longer duration resulting in diabetic neuropathy. Some times nutritional def can also can give you similar trouble. Get your hba1c, s, proteins, s creat, tsh, cbc, s. B12 levels done.

Dear user for back pain you need to go for xray test, pain may be due to certain reasons like improper sitting posture, driving long, bad sitting on chair. Etc. Take inferential therapy and ultrasound for a week and do regular back strengthening excercises.

Fever with joint pains are the common symptoms for both dengue and chickenguinea. Keep checking for any rashes. Make her drink at least 3 liters of fluid a day to prevent dehydration. Complete rest.

My knee has undergone surgery on 16 june 16 following which Physiotherapy exercise is been followed. There is stiffness Continuously exercising leg is been bent upto 90 degrees flexion and there is problem of 10-15 degree extension. Is it that my knee is locked up or it will go by exercising?

Apply Hot Fomentation twice daily. Avoid bending in front. Postural Correction- Sit Tall, Walk Tall. Extension Exercises x 15 times x twice daily - lying on tummy, take left arm up for 3 seconds, then bring it down, right arm up for 3 seconds, bring down. Bring right leg up, hold for 3 seconds, bring it down. Then right leg up and hold for 3 seconds and bring it down. Repeat twice a day- 10 times. Bhujang Asana – Lie flat on your stomach, keeping the palms out, bend the neck backward, take a deep breath and while holding it for 6 seconds, raise the chest up. Release breath and relax your body. Repeat the exercise 15 times twice daily. Core Strengthening Exercises- Straight Leg Raised With Toes Turned Outward, repeat 10 times, twice a day. Back Stretching- lie flat, pull one of the knee forward to chest, hold for 3 seconds, then bring the other knee forward to the chest and again hold for 3 seconds. Then pull both knees towards the chest and hold for 3 seconds. Repeat 10 times each exercise twice a day. Do the cat/cow stretch. Get on all fours, with your arms straight and your hands directly under your shoulders; your knees hip-width apart.

If you have leg pain then you have to rule out the casues for having leg pain. First of all check your weight and your haemoglobin levels, as Anaemia always leads to the symptoms of being tired and also having leg pain though there are no issues with the knee joint or back pain. Hot water fermentation that would help to reduce the muscle strain. Keep ice in the area where you have pain

u had cramps or muscle tightness in your leg - it happens normaly as muscles need time to adapt .kindly do walking initially than start doing jogging - take rest - go for hot water fermentation take proper water and food intake also.

Spine stretching and spine extension exercise are very important for you avoid toward bending and long sitting and lifting heavyweight must. If there is stiffness and problem in mobility then avoid home remedy do tens therapy and ultrasonic therapy for better flexibility and mobility.

Kindly show me a photograph of the affected part. Rule out diabetes & vit. D deficiency or any other metabolic disorder. Sleep on a hard bed with soft bedding on it. Spring beds, folding beds or thick matress are harmful use no pillow under the head. Do hot fomantation. Paracetamol 250mg od & sos x 5days. Caldikind plus 1tab od x10. Do neck, back & general exercises. It may have to be further investigated. You will need other supportive medicines also. Make sure you are not allergic to any of the medicines you are going to take. If it does not give relief in 4-5days, contact me again. Do not ignore. It could be beginning of a serious problem.

Hi, your t score in bmd is low. You need to take adequate calcium and vitamin d supplement to increase it. For now i'll suggest calciferol 60000 unit /week for 8-12 weeks. Though there are better drug such as biphosphonates but that to be taken after evaluation and consultation of specialist.

I am 29 year old. Suffering from knee pain since last 6 month. It swells regularly. I did the X ray. Consulted an orthopedic. Doctor told me that I have narrow joint space, fluid had reduced and recommended some test. RA factor negative, uric acid level is normal. And prescribed me glucosamine sachet and painkiller.   • Rest is a key component to the body’s healing process, without it the injured area could become inflamed, more painful, or you could risk further injury
  • Ice reduces inflammation and pain. To protect your skin we recommend that the ice be placed within a towel before wrapping around the injured area 
  • Compression helps reduce swelling and pain
  • Elevation also helps reduce swelling by reducing blood flow to the affected area.
