Sir I have scars problem. Especially on face. I have taken treatment but still am facing the same problem. Am not able to get rid of black scars. they get disappears during winters but then in summer they appears again. Please suggest a permanent solution to my problem because till I take medicine am ok but once I stop taking medicine scars appears again.

Hye, Thanks for the query. If you want to gain some weight, you need to eat more calories than you burn. 1.  Eat 5 to 6 meals a day In order to gain weight, you need to start eating 5-6 meals a day. However, it is important that you break these meals into parts, as eating a lot at once may result in indigestion. Also, be sure to include healthy foods in your diet for a healthy weight gain. 2.  Weight train at least 3 times a week When you train with weights, your muscles grow. 3.  Consume more calories than you burn. Eating calories more than your normal intake may not be easy, but you must do it if you want to stop being skinny. Make sure you don’t do it just by overeating at once, but instead do it gradually over the whole day.  4.  Work out your entire body A lot of gym goers usually train only the muscles on their arms, chest and shoulders and this is a grave error. Make sure you workout your entire body for a wholesome weight gain. 5.  Load up on protein As informed earlier, you have to consume more calories than your normal intake every day. You can do this by eating foods rich in protein like dairy, meat, eggs, nuts, dry fruits, pulses, sprouts, smoothies, milk shakes etc.  6.  Drink your calories It may be tough to meet your calorie requirements by just eating. Drinking milk, lassi, milkshakes or fruit smoothies with little or no sugar can be a great way to load up on the required calories. 7.  Try and eat fast (but don’t choke on it) Your body takes some time to give signals of satiety which is why eating fast can help you eat more. 8.  Focus on recovery after each workout Stretching exercises, foods rich in carbohydrates can help recover your body significantly. Also, you should aim for 8 hours of sleep as inadequate sleep can cause several problems. 9.  Be patient with yourself Hoping to gain weight quickly in a healthy manner is unrealistic. Even if you follow all the advice that is there, you may end up gaining just 1-2 kilos in a month. Every body is different, and just because you are not seeing results in terms of weight gain, you shouldn’t feel discouraged. Living healthy by eating the right diet will make you feel better and more positive about life and increase your strength. 10.  Believe in yourself Following your regimen may seem incredibly difficult if you don’t believe that you will one day be able to transform your body. If you are not seeing any gains even after working so hard, work harder. Eat more, lift more and stay inspired.

Hello, you can take homoeopathic medicine Graphites 30 ( 4 drops in little amount of water) and take it twice a day for 15 days and revert. Apply jobarandi hair oil.

Apply hot fomentation twice daily. Avoid bending in front. Postural correction- sit tall, walk tall. Extension exercises x 15 times x twice daily - lying on tummy, take left arm up for 3 seconds, then bring it down, right arm up for 3 seconds, bring down. Bring right leg up, hold for 3 seconds, bring it down. Then right leg up and hold for 3 seconds and bring it down. Repeat twice a day- 10 times. Bhujang asana? lie flat on your stomach, keeping the palms out, bend the neck backward, take a deep breath and while holding it for 6 seconds, raise the chest up. Release breath and relax your body. Repeat the exercise 15 times twice daily. Core strengthening exercises- straight leg raised with toes turned outward, repeat 10 times, twice a day.

Try modifying your diet. Cut down on refined cereals, sugars and junk food. Have more whole cereals, whole pulses, low fat dairy, whole fruits etc. Include plenty of vegetables in the diet. Also, drink at least 2 liter water per day. Hope this will help!

Dear mam, there is no definition of perfect/normal bp. It is always a range which depends upon many factors including constitution of the person. Your blood pressures may be low reading on machine but it maybe your body's blood pressure. However you must get yourself down with haemoglobin and tided function test so that the common causes like anaemia and hypothyroidism maybe ruled out.

For pain take tablet paracetamol 650 mg and Get your blood checked for CBC and follow up with reports and I will suggest you to eat nutritious home made food with adequate fluid intake and take physical rest till diagnosis.

Go for utp (urine pregnancy test). If that is negative, that means she is not pregnant. Moreover, she is having pcod, therefore there is hardly a chance of her being pregnant.

Hello, You can eat anything. sub chorionic bleed is not affected by eatables. Ideally you should be on progesterones and bed rest and wait for pregnancy to grow and placenta to take over more surface area and this shall stop bleeding.

Home remedy for Dry Cough: 5 basil leaves, 4 black pepper, 4 munakka, 5 gms liquorice (mulethi), 3 gms banafsha - boil these in 200 ml of water till it becomes 100 ml. Filter it. Add 2-3 patasha in it and drink lukewarm for 3-4 nights...sleep well covered. Dry cough will be relieved. Also continue to chew Mulethi. you can also have Steam with vicks although some herbal medicines might also help you but after proper history taking. Are u hypertensive (high b. P) or any other illness like diabetes, heart problem? u should get your sugar, lipid profile, ecg test done to rule out these. For vertigo u can take tab. Vertin 16 mg three times a day.
