I am suffering with fever from 1 week symptoms like cold, headache is there any swine flu for me.

Hi, the following are the symptoms of swine flu: - sore throat, - stuffy nose - cough - fever and chills (not always) - bodyache and headache - nausea and vomitting - diarrhoea - fatigue all these symptoms appear within 1-3 days duration. If you have not developed any of the above symptoms other than cold and headache, then it is not swine flu.

Avoid over use of the chlorhexidine mouthwash.
Use only by advice of the dentist. Over use alter the microbial flora of mouth. This result in black spot on tongue.

I am unable to wakeup at early morning I wakeup at 9-10 am daily age 21 male there is lethargyness whenever I wakeup in morn there is excess of headache and my whole day disturb due to this m feeling irritating due to this late wakeup all work become pending I sleep about 14 hrs at night.

Follow these simple steps to ensure a good sleep every night and stay away from sleep disorders and other health problems associated with unhealthy sleep habits: 1) maintain a regular sleep routine go to bed at the same time. Wake up at the same time. Ideally, your schedule will remain the same (+/- 20 minutes) every night of the week. A good sleep hygiene routine promotes healthy sleep and daytime alertness. 2) avoid sleeping during the daytime. It can disturb the normal pattern. 3) avoid caffeine, nicotine, and alcohol near bedtime. While alcohol may speed the onset of sleep, it creates problems in he second half of sleep. 4) exercise can promote good sleep. Exercise should be taken in the morning or late afternoon. Yoga, can be done before bed to help. 5) have a quiet, comfortable bedroom. Set your bedroom thermostat at a comfortable temperature. Generally, a little cooler is better than a little warmer. Turn off the tv and other extraneous noise that may disrupt sleep. Background'white noise' like a fan is ok. If your pets awaken you, keep them outside the bedroom. Your bedroom should be dark. Turn off bright lights. Have a comfortable mattress. 6) avoid heavy meals close to bedtime. 7) ensure adequate exposure to natural light. 8) avoid emotionally upsetting conversations and activities before trying to go to sleep. Do not think of, or bring your problems to bed. 9) stop using all your digital devices and stop looking at digital screens be it mobile phones or televisions at least 1 hour before the time you plan to sleep. Instead try reading a fiction book near bedtime so it makes you help relaxed and de-stressed. Sleep well live healthy and live longer. If you have tried all these and still have problems, please consult me for prescription medication.

He is having skin rash all the time and he gets rid of it temporarily by taking avil tablets. It could be some allergy. But exactly from what could be the cause?

Take panchnimbadi churna 1-1 tsf with water twice a day. Take pranacharya allergin capsule 1-1 twice a say. Take pranacharya charm vikarasav 2-2 tsf with water twice a day. Apply marichyadi oil on affected part.

My mother has an occasional pain in her upper last teeth of left side. Size of this teeth has decayed n reduced. Some green spot has too appeared on it. My mother didn't consult to any of dentist till now. She feel some pain in this teeth n take antibiotics or painkiller to take relief bt it doesn't give her permanent cure. please suggest.

I am 39. I take telsartan active 40 and roseday 5 every night. I was 106 kgs a few months back but now have reduced to 90 kgs. I walk regularly for an hour daily. I do consume liquor regularly and smoke 2 to 3 cigarettes a day. I am constantly worried about my cardiac health. Always worried about my heart. I have a lot of health anxiety. How do I get rid of this stress?

HI you need to plan your meals well. Eat smaller meals at frequent intervals. Reduce your meals but avoid long gaps between meals and/or heavy meals. Avoid outside, junk foods. Exercise whenever you get the opportunity or at least3-4times a week. This will ensure at least some more weight loss. Leave drinking and smoking. Lastly. Be commited.

You have to follow some basic things so that you get better results in a short period of time. …. 1) take solid diet two times in a day and liquid diet two times in a day …2) drink only 100-150 ml of lukewarm water during meals …. 3) don’t drink water before meal for one hour and one hour after meal…4) avoid oily, spicy, junk, fermented and stale foods…. 5) avoid late night sleeping habits …6) avoid coffee and tea…. A) take 30ml of triphala juice and 10 ml of honey early in the morning on empty stomach and at night before sleep. B) take 10 gm of HARIDRA KHAND after meals…. C) take 2-2 tablets of arogyavardhini vati and chandraprabha vati after meals, D) take 30 ml of aloevera juice along with 30ml of lukewarm water. Do all things for 30 days. Is pulse rate of 114/min is normal one. have systolic of 150mmhg and diastolic of 131mmhg. Im I healthy.

Dear Lybrateuser, - The normal pulse rate range is 60-100 beats / min, if your resting pulse rate is 114 then it is high - your BP is high as the systolic is above 140 mm of Hg, diastolic is high as it is above 90 mm of Hg - monitor your BP at least once a day on rising & if possible again in the evening - consult a doctor as you will require investigations -restrict salt, tea, coffee intake, avoid alcohol, smoking if you do.

Dear lipomas are usually harmless, but there is a chance that rarely they may turn in to cancer. Lipomas if too tiny are difficult to remove by surgery, but if they are big and are an cosmetic issue, please meet a surgeon, you will proper guidance.
