There is no medication or food for improving eyesight or to get rid of glasses. If not interested in glasses then you can try a. Contact lens b. Lasik laser as your age is now 23 years so your number will not increase now whether you wear glasses or not as number becomes stable at age of 18-20 yrs. Having said that I advise you to eat balanced diet including green vegetables and seasonal fruits for keeping eyes and body healthy. As you are not comfortable with contact lens then go for lasik. Lasik is a very easy and painless procedure. If you want to get rid of glasses then go for lasik.

Summer causes evaporation of water from body so take loads of liquid with a balance of salt and sugar. This will not only give you energy but also keep your eye lubricated. You can eash your eyes (after closing from above) with drinking cold water 2-3 times a day. Wear sunglasses when you go out to decrease the exposure. In addition tou can also use some lubricating eye drops. If still no relief then consult.

Lemon Juice A quick and easy solution is lemon juice. Lemons have vitamin C that can lighten dark pigmentation spots on your face. It’s easy to apply. 1. Put some fresh lemon juice on a cotton ball and rub it directly on the affected skin area. 2. Allow it to dry and then wash it off with plain water. 3. Continue applying this dark spot removal home remedy for at least two weeks to get the desired result. If you have delicate or sensitive skin, you can dilute the lemon juice with plain water, rosewater, or honey. You can also use lime juice to get rid of black spots, applying it in the same manner as described above.

I have eye irritation problem from past 25 years. It will b reddish also. I have consulted many doctors. But in vain.
Hello, Bloodshot eyes appear red because the vessels at the surface of the white portion of the eye (sclera) become swollen. Vessels may swell due to: Eye dryness Too much sun exposure Dust or other particles in the eye Allergies Infection Injury Eye infections or inflammation can cause redness as well as possible itching, discharge, pain, or vision problems. Other causes of eye redness include Colds or allergies, Acute glaucoma, Corneal scratches: Injuries caused by sand, dust, or overuse of contact lenses. Sometimes, a bright red spot, called a subconjunctival hemorrhage, will appear on the white of the eye. This often happens after straining or coughing, which causes a broken blood vessel on the surface of the eye. Most often, there is no pain and your vision is normal. It is almost never a serious problem. Because the blood leaks into the conjunctiva, which is clear, you cannot wipe or rinse the blood away. Like a bruise, the red spot will go away within a week or two. Management: - Try to rest your eyes if redness is due to fatigue or eye strain. No other treatment is needed. - Wash your hands, hold clean water in your hand, keep your eyes closer to the water and wash the eyes by blinking the eyelids frequently in the held water in hand. Repeat it for 3-4times again. - Avoid watching T.V., working on computer or mobile, reading. - In case there is itching, use a clean napkin or a tissue to wipe the tears and cleaning the eyelids gently. Medication: Take homoeopathic medicines - Schwabe’s Belladonna 30 and Euphrasia 30 - both thrice daily for 4 days. Use Euphrasia Eye drops twice daily. Revert back thereafter.

How can a person get rid of spectacles? How to improve your eyesight by exercises?
Unfortunately there are no natural medications to remove spectacles permanently. You can either try contact lenses or plan for refractive lasik laser surgery (after the age of 18 years only)

I am having left ocular pain for last two days, the pain (no congestion, foreign body sensation, photophobia) being increased on upward and medial gaze accompanied by frontal headache. It is relieved by nsaids and sleep. I also have myopia of left eye (corrected by -1. 75 spherical) and vision of right eye is emmetropic. No positive family history for ocular disorder except refractive error.

You have not mentioned your visual acuity of right eye, if it is 6/6 then get your e. N. T. Check Up done for sinusitis, or it may be because of convergence deficiency which is to be checked by an eye specialist.

Indeed, ICL may create unrivalled visual quality as confirmed by less higher request abnormalities than corneal refractive surgeries. Patients encounter an almost immediate vision recovery.
  4. The lens is invisible to the eyes of the patient and also other people. The whole surgery takes around 10 to 15 minutes. The lens is biocompatible and made of collamer, a material based on collagen. It contains a UV blocker that forestalls unsafe UVA and UVB rays from entering the eye.

Contact lenses would be able to control. The difference in numbers suggests that your left eye could possibly be a lazy eye. Once you are above 18 and your number is not changing then you can think of LASIK.Are you sure the power is + in left eye and - in right eye

Hello lybrate-user, this is common scenario. This happens because your cornea (round black part of eye) gets dried up during studies due to low blink rate. You can take breaks after 1 hour of continuous reading, wash your eyes with cold water. For more knowledge you can text me.
