1.Take balanced diet, iron/calcium/vitamin/mineral supplement 2. Take protein and iron rich food like fish, green vegetables, fruits, milk and milk product 3. Use lukewarm Almond/olive/coconut oil for massaging your hair 4. Keep scalp clean by regularly shampooing 5. Follow healthy life style by avoiding stress, doing yoga/meditation, having adequate sleep, regular exercise, adequate water intake, avoiding alcohol/tobacco/Junk food. 6. Maintainence of personal hygiene is extremely important to prevent any kind of infections. If fungal infections are recurring you should get your blood sugar levels checked. Start with Tab Fluconazole 150 mg twice in a week for 6 weeks. Along with that Candid powder for local application twice in a day and use only candid Soap for bathing. Do these and you should get results. For itching tab levocet 10 mg to be taken at bedtime for a week.

Hello- Reduction in ejaculate during masturbation denotes exhaustion of genitals. You must be over masturbating and its frequency might have increased as the age progressed. Reduce masturbation, add zinc supplements in diet, quit smoking/alcohol, and do take 10-2 sleep daily at night, your problem will be solved.
