Firstly, don't bite your lips. Apply a lip balm without color or flavour in it on lips. Use ghee, cream, or vaseline. Don't use menthol containing items. Avoid mints. Steer away from silver coated sweets. You can make a honey and sugar mix and apply it on your lips.

It could b an abscess opening near tgee tooth causes either by decay/ fracture of tooth. Visit a dentist at the earliest. Get an x ray done n dentist'll evaluate your condition n treat you accordingly. Meanwhile do warm saline rinses n maintain oral hygiene.

Mr. lybrate-user, 48 mg / 100 ml glucose is seriously low level. It can cause severe damage including unconsciousness. When glucose level starts going below 70 mg, it starts producing hypoglycemic symptos. One should not allow the level to go down like that. Hi. As per 163 cm and 85 kg.. your BMI is 31.99. It means your problems are reversible. You can be fine. You are not suffering from any external disease.
