1. Multani mitti face pack: multani mitti face pack for acne is a godsend to those of us with oily skin. Multani mitti (fuller s earth) is easily available in general stores. Ingredients? multani mitti/ fuller? s earth? rose water? lemon juice method? make a paste of multani mitti, few drops of rose water and a pinch of lemon for a refreshing face pack? multani mitti draws excess oil off your face and dries the existing pimples? rose water freshens and moisturizes your skin while lemon juice fades the acne scars. 2. Besan and curd face pack: ingredients? besan /chick pea flour? curd method? mix in two spoonful? s of besan (chick pea flour) and sufficient curd to make a good paste? apply it and let it dry? when it? s completely dry, dampen it and with mild, circular motion, scrub your skin? wash off and say hello to happy skin! 3. Mint face pack for acne: mint leaves (pudina leaves) makes for a wonderful face pack. Ingredients? ground pudhina/ mint leaves? honey method? grind some pudina leaves, add in a dash of honey and let it be on your pretty face until it dries? wash off? it might tingle on pimples but that is okay, they are very close to meeting their end. Hi, Blackheads are initial stage of acne. Wash your face with Schwabe's Akne Sor soap, use cleanser, toner and moisturizer on your skin. Apply Bakson's Sunscreen before going out. Use Bakson's Apricot scrub on the areas, followed by Papaya or Apple pack on it. Medication: You can take homoeopathic medicines – Berberis Aquefolium Q/ 10 drops in 1/2 cup of water/ thrice a day (and for local application as well) and Kali Brom. 200/ thrice a day – for 30 days. Home Remedy: Mix fuller's earth, almond powder and glycerin , then apply this face pack on your face affected with blackheads and whiteheads. Keep this face mask on for 30 minutes and do mild scrubbing while removing this mask to eradicate blackheads effectively.

Change food habites. Add in your daily food carbohydrates, vitamines, minirales, proteins, green vegitabales, salad, milkend milk products, dry fruites, etc. Do arobic excersices, yoga, walking will help. You take liv52 syrup 1 spoon 30 monuties before lunch end dinner for one month than report to me for further advice.
