Pimples are inflammation of skin in which sebacious gland (Oil gland) become infected with bacteria and swell up. Excess sebum secretion by the oil gland is the main reason of pimples. It generally occurs on face, neck, back, shoulder Natural method of treatment of pimples 1.wrap the ice cube in a piece of cloth and hold it on the affected area for few seconds, wait for few minute and repeat the process 2. Dip a clean cotton swab in fresh lemon juice and apply to pimples before going to bed 3.Apply some white tooth paste over the affected area before going to bed and in the morning wash your face with water 4.Fill a large container with hot water and allow the steam to come in contact with your face for few minutes rinse your face with lukewarm water and after drying it apply oil free moisturizer 5. Cut a fresh garlic clove into 2 pieces and rub the garlic in the pimple and leave it for 5 minutes before washing skin with lukewarm water repeat the treatment several times a day 6.Drink lot of water. Butter milk, coconut water. Eat plenty of green leafy vegetables/fruits. Avoid processed/fried/spicy/junk food 7.Consult skin specialist for further advice.

I just turned 18 year. I was the cool minded boy before I reacher my 18 years age. In the early age, my friend use to do anything to me like they blame me, slap me, use to call me by bad languages, also I got angry that days but I had the ability to control me angry and so I did nothing to them. I am a calm boy! But after reaching my adult age, when someone do bad with me, I gets super angry! I can't explain that how much I get angry! I used to think to kill them, but I control myself very hardly! When I get angry my brain starts to pain! Although I manage my anger very hardly! But please TELL ME THAT WHY MY BRAIN USE TO PAIN WHEN I GET ANGRY AND WHY IT IS HAPPENING AFTER 18 YEARS? please FAST REPLY!

Regarding anger, this thought will solve your problem: How to deal with angry and hateful thoughts? Angry, hateful thoughts are like poison – literally poison. They not only pollute our minds, such thoughts physically release very harmful substances into our body. Anger and hatred toward another person is like trying to hurt the offender by ourselves drinking poison. That doesn’t mean the other person should not be challenged or stopped, BUT that should be done with love. In other words because we LOVE that jiva (part and parcel of the Lord) we don’t want them to suffer so we try to correct their activity so they will not suffer in the future for what they are doing. So my humble advice is if you find someone being dishonest try to correct them with love. If you can’t do that, at least take a breath and think before you speak. Words are like arrows. Once released they cannot be retracted.

It's called melasma/chloasma. Tell her to apply a sunscreen regularly. It will atleast keep the spread of the pigmentation under check. There are other options like chemical peeling and Q switch laser to treat this condition. Generally a combination of therapies works best for this condition.

Hi Semen, which is in essence the very life-force of a man, must be retained in the body to maintain a man’s health. Daily Masturbate reduces the life-force available to a man, which is evident from the immediate drop in energy and generally depressed nature, which can be observed after ejaculating. If you’re worried about whether you masturbate too much, ask yourself the following questions: Do you ever miss school or work because you’re masturbating? Is masturbation constantly on your mind? Does masturbation get in the way of your daily activities (such as doing homework, going to sports practice, etc.)? Do you skip hanging out with friends or engaging in social activities because you’re at home masturbating? If you’ve answered yes to one or more of these questions, you may be spending too much time masturbating. There are many use full medicine in Ayurveda for excess Masturbate. You may consult me on Lybrate.
