U should start medications to control sugar as soon as possible. For foot problem you may take regular dose of multivitamins. Do regular exrrcises. Avoid sugar. Take food at regular intervals. For ayurvedic consultation you may contact me privately.

Mr. lybrate-user, If diabetes is not detected early and high glucose levels remain for long time, then patients lose glucose through urine, which invariably results in unexplained weight loss, loss of energy, tiredness and early fatigue. Once blood glucose is well controlled, then weight stabilises, energy level returns to normal and person feels fairly healthy and active. In your communication there is no mention of actual current blood glucose levels (Fasting & PP) and HbA1c% and also about the drugs being taken. As regards alternate therapy to control blood glucose, unfortunately a lot of falls claims are made by various people saying they can control blood glucose effectively or cure it completely. But nothing really happens. Only option for you is to stick to current therapy and ensure that glucose levels are well within the prescribed limit. Ideally fasting glucose should be closer to 100 mg, PP 150 to 160 mg & HbA1c% <6.8. Then only it is considered as well controlled diabetes. If you have any doubts please come back. Thanks.

I use hair dye(Garnier black dye) for last 2yrs. For last 6 month I have a itching problem & rash in my head after using hair dye. Then I change the brand to Godrej black hair dye but same problem appear.Please Give advice.I am 49yrs old.

Hi, take cap. Tonsari 1-1-1 with hot water after food and tab. Lakshmivilasa ras 1-1-1 after food. These medicines should be taken for 6-8 weeks continuously. Take tab. Tribhuvanakirti ras 1-1-1 till the fever subsides. Avoid cold and refrigerated food, sweets and oil fried food. Do salt water gorgling 2-3 times a day.

If you don't want pregnancy, there are two options. One is you can take medicine. Abortive pills. But sometimes they don't give results. Results also depend upon how much time is pregnancy of. Another option is curretting. It is safest method in consideration of completion.

avoid day time sleep, avoid tea, coffee and cola in late evening and after. 8 hours sleep is ok . 10 pm to 6 am is perfect timing. take rtest and balanced diet.

Resting at night plays an important role in regulating your daily health and your level of energy throughout a day. Also, not only the quantity but the quality of sleep is also important for a healthy lifestyle. Bedtime habits do play a vital role in shaping up your lifestyle and personality as a whole. Here are many lifestyle habits that can help you to get sound sleep. 1. Make regular and a fixed sleep pattern: Going to sleep and waking up the same time every day helps to maintain an equilibrium in the sleep-wake cycle called diurnal rhythm. If this balance is maintained, then your body will be accustomed to this pattern and as a result, you will feel less tired and fresh throughout the day 2. Maintain a definite dietary regulation: You should also maintain a proper diet plan and observe the consequences/effects of the foods that you are eating and the fluids that you are drinking on your sleep pattern. Taking a good and properly nutritious diet on a daily basis will help you to stay healthy and help your natural sleep-wake cycle. 3. Ensure that your room has mild or dim lighting or darkness if you prefer: The level of light also matters at the time of your sleep. You should definitely make sure that there is a very minimal level of light or darkness around you when you try to sleep. This should be done because the lesser is the light, the more comfortable you are while sleeping. Additionally, the sleep that you will get in a dark room will also be sound and undistorted as it helps keep all the sensory organs calm. 4). Do some relaxing activities before bedtime: Depending on your choice, you should follow simple techniques of relaxation in order to calm down the brain before sleep. Like mediation, Yoga or- deep breathing exercise, muscle relaxing activity, visualizing a peaceful setting/ scenario like a calm garden or beach or mountain area. These activities are just guidelines and you can do anything that helps you to get a relaxing mood and sleep. 5). Avoid daytime naps if you can , But Having short naps of less than one hour is absolutely okay if you are excessively tired during the day or you did not have a sound sleep the previous night. But, if you are consistently having long naps during the day then you are bound to have sleep issues during the night. So it is advisable to sleep early and wake up early for a healthy schedule. 6) Regular exercise: Exercising regularly helps to improve the overall quality of sleep by making you tired at night and sending you to bed more efficiently. Light to mild exercises also helps cure sleep disorders like insomnia.

1. Masturbation is a natural habit in both the genders during their life time. Continuous masturbation in men will certainly leads to unwanted curvature of penis and in women clitoris looses its sensitivity due to rough use of their fingers on clitoris. 2. Later they may not get normal pleasure or orgasm in intercourse (thrust of penis) after their marriage. 3. Masturbation once a week is fine but do not make it your habit.

It could be due to gastritis, food poisoning, stomach infection, worm infestation. Take over-the-counter antispasmodic medicine for it. Digene will be helpful if indigestion. Eat soft diet. Avoid carbonated drinks and spicy food. Drink plenty of liquids. Hope this helps u. If required, consult.

Dear Lybrate user. I can understand. MASTURBATION is normal, natural and never unhealthy. But Excess masturbation can kill your sexual stamina. Excess masturbation can also cause anxiety disorder, depression and thereby erectile dysfunction, premature ejaculation etc. You can be sure; there are no side effects to masturbation if you are able to restrict it to thrice a week. Dear Lybrate user. I can understand. SIZE, THICKNESS AND HARDNESS of penis never matters in a sexual intercourse. Love and passion matters and determines the sexual pleasure. Usually, in flaccid condition, the size will be less than 2 inches. Average size of erect penis is 4 inches. But even a two inch erect penis can satisfy any woman across the world just because, woman sexual nerve endings which are the reason for pleasure for women, are available only up to two inches from the opening of vagina. Therefore, please don't worry. You can improve the size of your penis by massaging it with olive oil and doing kegal pelvic strengthening exercises. Dear sir, I am a 50 years old man having prostatomegaly and cystitis with minimal PVR. My doctor has prescribed me tamsulosin hydrochloride tablet 01 OD while sleeping and potassium citrate and citric acid oral suspension two times a day after meal. I am also taking himplasia tab 01 BD. Recently I checked my blood and are tabulated below:- Sugar Fasting: 98 PP: 130 Total cholesterol: 220 Tgl: 293 HDL 40 LDL 121 SGOT 48 IU/ lit SGPT 76 IU/ lit globulin 3.7 gm I just want to know the overall condition of my health. Dear Lybrateuser, - Your levels are OK except triglycerides which are high - for prostatomegaly have adequate fluids & water to avoid cystitis - have a well balanced diet with more of vegetables & fruits, whole grains, lean proteins, healthy fats, legumes, beans, sprouts - avoid fried, processed & junk food, also foods containing saturated & trans fats avoid alcohol & tobacco if you take - do regular exercise like brisk walking, jogging, playing games, swimming, also do yoga & deep breathing for 10-15 min daily morning.

Regular mastrubation is a healthy activity and there is no frequency at which you can starting loosing the juice. There is no correlation between frequency of mastrubation and sperm count. 'Early discharge' as you call it, is otherwise known as "Premature ejaculation" It is primarily link to anxiety and performance pressure. Try and delay ejaculation during mastrubation, gradually. Practice make a man perfect. I suggest you read on star Squeeze technique and Stop Start method, besides considering delay spray, which are easily available in local pharmacy. Life style changes, reducing consumption of alcohol, relaxation, exercise, yoga, will all enhance physical wellbeing and positively contribute to psychological wellness and confidence. I have left ovarian follicular cyst nd it is recurring. I am not sure if itz pcod. I can not marry in next three yrs. Can I conceive aftr three years?

Single left ovarian cyst is not pco. If it is a follicular cyst then it is a normal cyst that each woman gets in the middle of her cycle. Keep in touch with a gynaecologist. Get urself treated for the cyst if it is an abnormal cyst. I don't think it should be difficult for you to concieve after 3 yrs.
