Dear lybrate user, kindly note that if you indulge in sexual relation after an interval of minimum 7 days then you are bound to discharge quickly during intercourse but that does not imply that you have any disease. It occurs due to loss of control of the muscles of penis. Normally it is seen that when a person does sexual intercourse daily he gains control over the muscles of penis & can stay longer during sex. You need to take homoeopathic mother tincture salix nigra q, 30 drops, thrice daily, after meals, in a cup of water to get rid of premature ejaculation. But before taking any medicine kindly notice whether you are having a second erection within 15 minutes of ejaculation for the first time. If you are not experiencing any erection within 15 minutes of ejaculation then you are surely suffering from erectile dysfunction. There will be a change of medication in this case. a healthy control of blood sugars and cholesterol is not possible only with healthy food. We doctors advocate what is called as healthy lifestyle. Which is a combination of good food, exercise and a calm and healthy mind also. Now for healthy food, you need to have balanced diet. But if you're diabetic and have high cholesterol then you need to cut down your carbohydrate and sugar intake. I. E reduce rice, and eat things with high fiber like whole wheat, maize, ragi etc. Your protein intake must also be good. But instead of non veg which would increase your cholesterol, take egg whites, (the yellow part is very high in cholesterol), germinated pulses are high in protein. Also soya. Reduce or avoid fried food and junk food and sweets and carbonated sweetened drinks like soda, cola etc. Oil can also be changed to olive oil as it is low in cholesterol. Eat plenty of raw fruits and vegetables. Diabetics are advised to avoid bananas, mangoes, grapes, but apples with skin on, oranges and mosambi are very good. Raw vegetables and plenty of green leafy vegetables can be taken make sure you exercise at least thirty minutes a day. A walk of fifteen to thirty minutes after food would reduce your blood sugar almost as much as a tablet. Try to meditate at least ten minutes in a day.

Dear Lybrate user. I can understand. Jelqing exercise will not lead to PE. Please don’t panic. You must understand premature ejaculation. Premature ejaculation is diagnosed when you have premature ejaculation within one minute or sex, continuously several times with the same partner for over six months. There is nothing called premature ejaculation while doing masturbation. Are you married? Premature ejaculation occurs when a man ejaculates sooner during sexual intercourse than he or his partner would like. Premature ejaculation is a common problem which happens due to psychological stress and anxiety in majority of people. After confirming that these are not due to diabetics, hypertension or any other organic problems, for this reason, selective serotonin reuptake inhibitors (SSRIs), such as sertraline (Zoloft), paroxetine (Paxil) or fluoxetine (Prozac, Sarafem), are used to help delay ejaculation. If SSRIs don't improve the timing of your ejaculation, your doctor may prescribe the tricyclic antidepressant clomipramine (Anafranil). I don't see any requirement of medicines for you. Two natural treatments for PE that have shown promise are red ginseng and pomegranate juice. Ginseng is thought to increase nitric oxide production, leading to improved blood flow. Pomegranate juice is a potent antioxidant and can help too. Japan oil can help if massaged externally. Psychological reasons usually get cleared with sex therapy. I suggest online sex therapy. Hi 1) take 100-150 ml of warm water after meals, 2) eat 30-40 black currants and 1 tsf of jaggery during meals, 3) take 30 ml of juice of indian gooseberry along with 15 ml of honey in morning on empty stomach, 4) take 1 tsf of lavanbhaskar churna after meals, gives you good result, thanks.

Vertigo is a sensation of spinning or whirling and can last from few seconds to minutes or hours. It is very important to know the cause of it.

BPPV or benign paroxysmal positional vertigo is an inner ear disorder where small particles called otoconia get dislodged and fall in the semicircular canals.

Vertigo can last from few seconds to minutes. It usually comes on with a change in position. It can be accompanied by nausea or vomiting and sometimes balance issues.

Vestibular therapy or vestibular rehabilitation helps treat it and in most cases there are no symptoms after couple sessions.

Avoid using electronic gadgets atleast one hr.before sleep.Do not glue to TV,LAPTOP late night.Need to change your sleep cycles so go to bed by 10pm. Avoid caffeinated beverages after 4pm.Avoid tobacco,smoking.Excercise daily.T ake 1glass of warm milk one hr.before bed. All the best. Change routine.response may take few weeks.Give trial of No relief consult sos.

Hello. Its all because of unhealthy diet and sedentary life. Eat simple food. Avoid too much spicy food. Eat fresh fruits and juice. Drink 12 glass of water daily. It reduce acidity. Avoid cold drinks. You can take little cold milk in acidity. It sooth stomach and gives relief from acidity. Start regular walk especially after having dinner. All these will reduce acidity. Dear,can you please mention the unit. Why did you get your calcium levels checked? What symptoms are you having? Please do remember that we treat you and not the reports. However it does seem that your calcium levels may be on the lower side of normal. Not all low calcium levels are due to low vitamin d.

Downward dog yoga stretch Get down on all fours with your hands under your shoulders on the floor. Walk your hands forward slightly on the floor. Spread your fingers apart to allow for a broad base of support. Push your hips up toward the ceiling and tighten your abdominal muscles. Keep your heels on the ground and gently try and straighten your knees. Repeat 10 times a twice a day. Wall calf stretch Stand about two feet away from a wall. Place the ball of your right foot against the wall while your heel remains on the ground. Slowly and gently lean into the wall while keeping your knee straight. Hold this for 5 seconds. Acidity causes also heart pain, take regularly antacid twice daily. But at the same time diet restriction must follow ie no rich, spicy, oily, fry foods to be taken.
