I am having a problem in anus. First I saw a bulge out. After some weeks it was gone but I have a little swelling around anus and it has severe itching. Really severe and it pains sometimes. I feel as if there is something heavy down there sometimes the itching occurs in the perineum and vaginal area also. What could be the reason?

Dear lybrate-user, I have evaluated your query thoroughly.* This seems in relation with fissure in ano with sentinel tag.* Guidelines for better recovery - Drink plenty of liquids with high fiber diet as green leafy veg, cereals, whole grains, pulses, legumes, organic fresh fruits.- Manage to get smooth, soft bowel evacuations on regular basis.- Keep the part clean with antiseptic liquids, dry.- Sitz bath (sitting in a tub filled with lukewarm water 5 minutes each 3 times a day and additionally after passing stools) gives better recovery - Local application of Xylocaine (5 %)jelly.- Tab. Benadryl for itching, ibuprofen (400) mg for pain.- Bulk forming laxative as Ispaghula husk 3 teaspoonful at night with a glass of lukewarm water. Hope this will help you for sure. Regards dear take care.

Hi lybrate user. A) take 10-10-10 ml of ginger juice, fresh lemon juice, honey before and after meals. B) take 30 ml of aloe vera juice along with 30 ml of lukewarm water at night before sleep. But at first you have to follow some basic things so that you get better results in a short period of time. 1) take food two times in a day only 2) drink only 100-150 ml of lukewarm water during meals 3) avoid oily, spicy, salty, junk, fast and fermented foods 4) avoid late night sleeping habits.

Most people who are born without a kidney (or with only one working kidney) lead normal, healthy lives. First of all it's important to realize that you developed a gallbladder problem in the first place because you had an unhealthy liver. If your liver is not healthy, it will make poor quality bile. The bile will be prone to forming sludge and stones. Obviously you can survive without a gallbladder, but you are more prone to developing certain health problems. Your liver continues to manufacture bile, but there is no longer a place to store it or concentrate it. Therefore bile continually slowly trickles into the intestines. If you eat a fatty meal, you will not be able to secrete a large enough amount of bile into your intestines, therefore the fat will be poorly digested. This means many people experience diarrhea, bloating, nausea or indigestion. These symptoms can be treated with homeopathic medicines. Important note: Every case calls for detailed study of the patient individually. There are no disease specific medicines in homeopathy. The exact treatment is determined only on "in-depth" evaluation of the individual case. It is advised not to indulge in any kind of self-medication. Kindly contact me in private for further consultation. Your feedback matters. Thankyou.
