My age is 23. My height is 6 ft. My weight is 80 kg. Earlier I used to eat 6 chappatis at times. At that time I was fit but from 6 month my meal is reduced to 1 chapati at a times. And I am having excessive hair growth all over body and chest enlargement and too much belly fat along with abdominal pain on eating something and whole body bone and muscle pain along with numbness and tingling. I had my cortisol check it came 234ng/ml. And serum testosterone 2.21 (due to over masturbation. Is not my cortisol os causing the symptoms. Is not it too high?

You might b having gastric disorder * you should go for a brisk walk in d morning. Go for a vit d dificiency test. Hi I can understand your problem 1) avoid activities that make your symptoms worse 2) apply ice packs 3) start physiotherapy treatment as electrotherapy will reduce pain and inflammation 4) exercise and manual therapy will help in pain free movement. A little injury in my father finger. But is very painful and hand is swelled. He concern to doctor and take medicine but no relief.

Ice his finger for 10 to 15 minutes at a time, once or twice an hour. Consider taking nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory drugs (nsaids) to relieve pain and reduce swelling.

Hi doctor I have a really sore lower back. Mostly the left side just above the buttocks. Im a male 32 years of age. It first started 3 days ago and got worser over the past couple of days. Pain is sharp when I lean forward and aches when I lay down.

Hello, you can take homoeopathic medicines 1. Ruta 30 (4 drops in little water) thrice a day for a week. 2. Rhus tox 30 (4 drops in little water) thrice a day for a week and update. Keep a gap of 15 - 20 minutes in both the medicines.

I have thighs pain in back of my thighs both Leg I did stretching applied ointment everything but nothing happened still paining so what to do is there any pain killers or something that really helps in getting rid of this pain.

If you're sitting for long time then break the cycle hourly. Add cushion to the seat. Continue stretching exercises and hold the posture for 5 seconds then relax. Add warm foamentation. In medications analgesic muscle relaxant help you.

Jumping into a workout without first warming up your muscles can increase joint pain, especially after age 40, says David Kruse, MD, a board certified sports medicine specialist with Hoag Orthopedic Institute in Irvine, CA" Joints hurt more when muscles and tendons are stiff. As we age, our joint mobility and tissue flexibility decline; a thorough warm-up helps accommodate these changes. It doesn’t have to be long and it doesn’t have to complicated: Five minutes of light movement, like an easy walk, is all you need to get that blood flowing, warm up your muscles, and get them ready for the task at hand. Use a foam roller. Joint pain can feel worse when your fascia (the elastic, weblike matrix of fibrous connective tissue that supports, binds, or separates your other tissues, joints, and organs), becomes dry and brittle—something that happens as we age. Ideally, your fascia acts a cushion for your joints, and helps to protect them from impact during exercise, says Sue Hitzmann, an exercise physiologist and creator of The Melt Method. The more hydrated your fascia, the more cushion you get. surgery is not the first choice, if presently if pain is acute. just take rest laying on hard surface Even floor etc.. Doing yoga esp bhujangasana regularly at lest for 5 mints will help you to reduce the pain as well as the disc bulge. Along with bhujangasana, if you do ardha shalabhasana with each leg for 5 mints & shalabhasana for 5 minits. There will be complete recovery. Along with yogaasan stat using homeopathy medicine to prevent the backache in future.

Avoid sitting cross legged. Avoid squatting- quadriceps exercises- lie straight, make a towel role and put it under the knee, press the keen against the role, hold it for 20 secs. Repeat 20 times twice a day. This will help relieve some pain. Core strengthening exercise- straight leg raised with toes turned outward, repeat 10 times, twice a day. Hams stretching- lie straight, take the leg up, pull the feet towards yourself, with a elastic tube or normal belt. Repeat 10 times, twice a day. Sports taping- stretch the tape from both ends and apply on the affected area contrast fomentation (hot and cold).
