How can I increase my stamina via food consumption? Are there any food which can be used to increase stamina?

Dear, if you tired very fast and have less stamina. Then you will definitely get more stamina by following these very useful tips. * you should take proper balanced diet first. That means you have to take vegetables, milk, chapattis or rice, butter / cream, cereals (daals) or cheese every day. Very important thing, do not miss or skip your meals at any cost and take meals on time. * proper 6-8 hours sleep is very important. If your sleep is less than 6 hours, then you feel tired very early. So complete your sleep. * do breathing execises daily in morning & evening. Just sit down in peaceful place, close your eyes, take deep and long breaths in and out. Do it atleast for 10-15 minutes daily. You can also do pranayams like anulom vilom for better results. *take a walk, in first walk normally for 10-15 minutes for 15 days. Then slowly walk fast and slowly start running. You can do it on treadmill also. * you can take ashvagandha churn of baidyanath 1 teaspoon with milk daily for 2 months atleast to get your strength back. * check out your haemoglobin level in 3 months, if it is low you get tired early. So get treatment of low haemoglobin (anemia). If you have any disease like asthma /diabetes / hypertension, then get complete treatment of them. * avoid all fast foods and habit of smoking or drinking. You surely get more stamina and recover from weakness by these important things.

Hello,Homoeopathic medicines are less invasive and have more herbal approach towards gaining the weight. Thrice a day, half an hour before meals. 2. Calcarea phos 200, 5 drops , once in aweek , morning empty stomach for 2 weeks. 3. Take eggs, milk, butter, bananas, potatoes, mangoes, figs, oats, soyabean and dry fruits. 4. do light exercises regularly to keep your body active. Hello, weight reduction is mainly due to improper digestion, over eating may further worsen your digestion and make you thin. Try these ayurvedic tips- a) Improve your digestion with help of ayurvedic medicines(Lasunadi vati, Sootshekhar ras) b) Practice pawana muktasana daily which will improve the digestion and increase the weight side by side c) Avoid late night sessions and go to bed before 10 pm d) Wake up before 6: 30 am e) Avoid junk and spicy diet f) Increase sweet and dairy products in your meals.

Sir, mera age 25 year hai .but log mujhe dekhne ke bad age ko 18ya 19 batate hai. Sehat me hamesa kuch na kuch problam (bukhar, khasi, jukam, kamjori ,etc) rahata hai. Apni helth ke liye kya kare jisase meri helth sahi ho jaye. Sir, pealse bataye.

You can take protein and carbohydrate rich foods like protein shake, banana shake, eggs, pulses, sprouts, nuts etc.

Have Pleasant Meals: Meal time should be a pleasant time rather than a hurried affair. You should thoroughly enjoy every meal. Listening to soothing music while dining can be very helpful. Furthermore,research conducted by Professors Brian Wansink and Koert van Ittersum at Cornell University suggest that by eating in larger cups and bowls, one may increase the consumption of food compared to when eating in smaller cups and bowls.

Hello, according to ayurveda loss and tiredness depends upon factors like improper digestion, improper sleep, and lack of mental relaxation. Try these modifications - a) avoid fast food and spicy diet. B) avoid late night sessions. C) wakeup early before 6: 30 and perform yogasana like pawan muktasana and slight running schedule. D) increase sweets and dairy products in your diet. E) try to sleep at least eight hours a day.
