Acne / Pimples Most common skin disease due to wrong feeding habit such as Irregular hours of eating, improper food, excess of starches sugar food n bakery products. Hiii lybrate-user the best trtmnt for this is to gargle twice or thrice a day with luke warm salt water. Stop taking ice creams and cold drinks. After that only if you r feeling the same type of pain then can take medication.

Hello. 1. You can start following medicines for heavy bleeding during menses. Ashokarista 2 tablespoons twice a day with warm water before food 2. To rule out the reason please do usg pelvis. It will reveal pathology like fibroid, cyst etc of uterus. Proper treatment can b given accordingly after getting usg report. You can revert back for further treatment.

I am giving you general tips for diarrhoea/loose motion 1. Avoid food from outside, and fatty, fried spicy, heavy food 2. Lot of fluid to be taken 3. Start ors (dissolve one packet in one liter of clean drinking water and to be consumed in whole day) 4. Take freshly prepared home made light food like moong dal, chapati, dalia, khichdi report near by physician if symptom persist or new symptoms like vomiting, abdominal pain, fever, blood in stool appear.

1.You may be having anxiety or stress. Avoid stress. 2.You need 7-8 hours of sound sleep to remain healthy. 3.Go for regular exercise, Take part in games and sports, 4.Do yoga, meditation and deep breathing exercise like pranayama to calm your mind, control your emotion, relieve anxiety and improve concentration. 5.Take light dinner. 6.Avoid taking tea/coffee at bed time.7.Take a small walk after dinner and if possible take hot water bath before sleep. Read a light magazine or interesting book before going to bed 8. Avoid late night. 9.Don’t sleep in day time 10.Don’t take sleeping pill 11. If no relief consult doctor

First you should follow low calories food for weight loss. * in morning, take 1-2 chapattis with a bowl of cooked green vegetables. You can take a glass of lemon water with it *in lunch you can take a bowl of raw vegetables like carrot, radish, tomatoes, turnip or beetroot. *in evening, you can take a cup of green tea only with some pieces of friuts like apple, pineapple, pear. Avoid taking banana or mango. *in dinner, you can take vegetable soup or a bowl of cooked vegetables. But do not take potato, sweet potatoes. * you can take a cup skimmed milk 4 times a week only during day time. * work out for atleast 1 hour in morning, you can try skipping for 15minutes with a walk of 30 minutes and 5-10 minutes running. Follow these exercises in the morning - * lie down on flat surface, raise your legs without bending your knees, do it for 3-5 times daily * do not eat fastfoods and soft drinks, as they have high calories and the calories deposit in body in the form of weight if not utilised. * you can take medohar guggalu 1 tablet daily for quick weight loss but only under the guidance of ayurveda expert.

I am 24 year male. I got snoring problem from my father. Did many steps to avoid snoring. But did not get help. please suggest me some remedies for snoring problem.

Snoring occurs when you can't move your air through nose and throat during sleep. So air vibrate the surrounding tissues and snoring sound. Causes of snoring • overwight or obesity • Age - in middle age muscle of throat muscle decreases. • nasal problem (blocked or stuffy nose) • Alcohol, smoking, medication • Sleep posture These are some methods & instruction for releif in snoring: • Exercise daily and running, jogging. Do long breathing exercise pranayam daily. • Clear nasal passage (nose) before sleeping. You can take steam for 2 - 3 minutes to clear the passage. • Change your sleeping position, elevate your pillow slightly while sleeping. • Sleep on a side not on back. • Avoid smoking and excess drinking alcohol. Do not take sedative medicines. • You can do some throat exercises. Repeat these vowel a, e, i, o, you loudly three minutes few times in a day. Place your tongue tip behind your teeth and move backward three times in a day. Move your jaw in left side with open mouth for 30 seconds and in right side for 30 seconds. • You can also try for anti snoring mouth appliance.

Tab.Cefuroxime 500 mg 2 times a day, tab.Allegra 120 mg daily 1 at bed time and fluticasone nasal spray 2 puffs twice a day along with this steam inhalation for 2-3 weeks.Get CT scan done after this medication course.

Dear lybrate-user, As per your description, you may be having a condition called Recurrent Apthous Stomatitis. This this nothing but the recurrent formation of ulcers in the mouth, it is very normal and you don't have to worry about it. If no pain or burning sensation and no symptoms then it may also be just sebaceous glands (Sweat glands)/ Fordyces Granules (a type of sweat gland in mouth) Few investigations is required as Vit. B12 levels, Folic Acid, Folate, RBCs, Stress evaluation, Constipation or other stomach problem evaluation, etc. Lifestyle evaluation like smoking, diabetes, etc.
