If you have eczema, it is important to take good care of your skin. Take warm (not hot!) baths on a regular basis and immediately applying moisturizers afterward will help keep your skin moist. • Moisturize every day. • Wear cotton or soft fabrics. Avoid rough, scratchy fibers and tight clothing. • Take lukewarm baths and showers, using mild soap or non-soap cleanser • Gently pat your skin dry with a soft towel – do not rub. • Apply a moisturizer within 3 minutes after bathing to “lock in” moisture. • When possible, avoid rapid changes of temperature and activities that make you sweat.

I sweat a lot. Everytime. Even in winter seasons also. I checked my BP and it's normal. Even if I drink a little water or while eating I sweat more. Pls help me. This is really irritating me. Pls pls help me.

Excessive sweating could be due to 1. Anxiety, nervousness 2 obesity, diabetes, thyroid problem, 3. Alcoholism or due to effect of some anti hypertensive and psychiatric drugs 4. Investigate yourself to rule out these diseases 5. Avoid anxiety, nervousness, tea/coffee, alcohol, spicy food, chocolate etc 6. Try some anti antiperspirant lotion or roll on. 7. Consult skin specialist for advice.

Take 2-tab. Charcol at night before bed. Syp. Livoluk 10 ml at night.This can help cure in constipation. take green veg., salaad in meal.grapes at night,one apple daily in morning. Banana in morning, juice,whole grain ,oats,more fiber meal,digestive foods, plenty of water during day and 1 glass of water before meal, avoid bad habits...stress ,alcohol, smoking, non-veg.,avoid fatty meal,oily foods. To confirm cause of constipation you may go for tests stool r/m, stool c/s,lft,blood sugar,cbc,usg whole abdomen ,x ray barium meal for examination for rectum,sigmoid, best tests is endoscopy for large intestine . Hello! you should check your liver function test and visit a doctor first. For diet you can have papaya every day, as it will protect your liver. Take small n frequent healthy meal (5-6 meal a day). Stay away from preserved food, ready to eat foods, deep fried food, sugar n sweet items. Take at least 2-3 lit. Water everyday.

Arachnoiditis genrally causes symptoms of limbs. But arachnoiditis temporal lobe can not cause upper limb problem. Temporal lobe related to mainly ear /speech problems. Hence you need to consult good senior neurophysician. Or send detailed report on private question.

You need to start exercising your jaw. There is an instrument called mouth opening prop which you could use. I've seen many patients getting good results with it.

Hi for reduced weight you should work out as per you consume calories and it will take time just continue work out . Take following remedies for loosing weight 1.arogya vardhini vati 2 tab before lunch and dinner 2. Abhayarishta 4 tsp before lunch nad dinner 3. Morning break fast=mung dal green soup 1 boul and if feel hunger have pomegranate or apple 4.lunch 2 chaati + fruit vegetable + if you like rice 1 bowl and dal + barley soup 5. Evening 4-5 pm have some milk with sunth or any fruit you like 6. Dinner barley soup 2 bowl and one fruit follow this diet you will get reduced weight.

People who go to gym need special food supplements which are rich in proteins and vitamins. Food which can burn body fat and also control the weight. Having just the protein shake and juice is not the end of the diet chart after gym. Here are the foods to include in your diet chart if you go to gym. Take a look. Diet chart for people who gym: 1. Have healthy and nutritious snacks before going to the gym. They provide energy, are not heavy on the stomach and keeps you fit to workout. 2. Food rich in glucose provide energy to the body and helps workout with ease. Have fruits such as banana, papaya, pineapple to name a few glucose rich fruits. 3. Dried fruits such as almonds, apricots, pears and cashew nuts to boost up energy levels. They are rich in carbohydrates, proteins, minerals and vitamins to keep you fit and healthy. 4. Food rich in carbohydrates are also healthy for people who gym. Include carbohydrates in your diet chart to get energy during workout. 5. Wearing a pair of comfortable lacced up shoes which would support your foot rather then high heels and slipper will prevent you from falling & you tack hot water in a tub & deep your foot in tub sometime.

Try jumping n running early morning ....practice yoga....... eat proteinious diet diet in breakfast lyk sprouts, boiled egg....have 1 ltr of milk daily....take ashwganndha tablet 1 tab twice daily after meals with milk....

Hello, you can do salt water rinses as a home remedy. But this will give you temporary relief from pain. You need to visit a dentist and get a x-ray done. If required you can get it removed.

Your weight is controlled by 4 major factors (1) refined sugar consumption (2) exercise and hydration (3) posture and sitting (4) how many times do you indulge yourself - alcohol, binge eating at parties, overeating etc. Step 01: refined sugar 1. Avoid all snacks and commercial products with sugar in them - biscuits, cakes, bournvita, horlicks, coke, pepsi, energy drinks, sweetened yogurt etc. 2. Cut down on your daily intake of tea/coffee and maintain it at 3-4 cups a day. 3. Try to add little sugar to any beverage (coffee, tea, milk, lemon water etc.) that you have and ideally you should refrain from adding any sugar altogether. Step 02: get exercise and proper hydration 1. Try to work out for 20 minutes each day. You do not necessarily have to go to the gym. You can incorporate some pretty powerful exercises in your daily routine like - squats, skipping, surya namaskar and core exercises. 2. Drink 8-10 glasses of water everyday but remember that tea/coffee are not substitutes for pure water. Step 03: improve posture and sitting habits if you have a sitting job then ensure that you do not sit for more than 30 minutes at one stretch. Get up and move a little after every 30 minutes. Step 04: stop indulging and eat more of raw natural stuff 1. No more than 60 ml of hard liqour or 2 glasses of beer per day. 2. Try to eliminate the urge to overeat but if you do overeat try to limit the incidents to two times per week. 3. Eat 4 servings of fruits per day. 4. Each of your meal should contain 50% of raw vegetables. Once you incorporate the above points in your routine you will see a dramatic difference in your weight, physical shape and energy levels. You will find that there are a lot of companies out there that are trying to sell expensive products to naive consumers in the name of weight loss. These products may not necessarily be good for you. Losing and maintaining weight is something which is totally in your hands, it is easy and it is free of cost if you follow the above mentioned points.
