I have pain in my legs because I have certain with milk what will we its treatment?

Kindly show me digital x rays of knee &leg. Rule out diabetes & vit. D deficiency or any other metabolic disorder. Sleep on a hard bed with soft bedding on it. Spring beds, folding beds or thick matress are harmful use no pillow under the head. Do hot fomantation. Ibuprofen 200mg od & sos x 5days bio d3 max 1tab od x10 do neck, back & general exercises. It may have to be further investigated. You will need other supportive medicines also. Make sure you are not allergic to any of the medicines you are going to take. Do reply back for detailed treatment plan. Do not ignore. It could be beginning of a serious problem.

dear user for toothache consult in person with dentist. for joint pains. i suggest you to go for RA factor and Vita d3 test. according to reports medicines can be taken. meanwhile take inferential and ultrasonic therapy to reduce joint pains.

Hello Lybrate user,  Back pain that is associated with day time sedentary jobs like computer professional s are associated with paraspinal muscle spasms. The best way to tackle this sort of pain is to do well spaced Stretching exercises of the back, back extension exercises, using hot water bags to provide relief and avoiding stooping posture while sitting. Posture also plays a very important part in back pain, always maintain a straight posture while sitting. While getting up from the bed try to first go on your left or right side of the body and get up side ways. Avoid Cruntches or Sit-ups: they may increase the pressure on your back and may predispose to Slip Disc. Always maintain a healthy Lifestyle in terms of regular brisk walking, meditation, eating healthy. P. S: Try to avoid pain killers (Analgesics) as much as possible as many are associated with Side effects that you may not be aware of. Stay Healthy. Stay Happy God bless you.

Hello Robert, It will be better if you get your blood pressure checked. Although high blood pressure is less common at your age, it cannot be ruled out.

I am 20 nd have knee pain Whenever I walk much it start paining. What should I do?

Quadriceps exercises- lie straight, make a towel role and put it under the knee, press the keen against the role, hold it for 20 secs. Repeat 20 times twice a day. This will help relieve some pain. Core strengthening exercise- straight leg raised with toes turned outward, repeat 10 times, twice a day. Hams stretching- lie straight, take the leg up, pull the feet towards yourself, with a elastic tube or normal belt. Repeat 10 times, twice a day.

Hi, I am 32 yrs old male, weight 95 kg, height- 5.8 ft. Having pain in my legs & hands & fingers & toes. Hlab27 - positive, crp 23 (6). Ca- 9.1, cr.- 1.0 & uric acid: 7.0 sgpt-16. Hg- 11.7. Taking the medicines: patocid 40 (1 tab), sazo- 1 gram (2 tab). Daily, mext 15 mg (once in a week), newbona active (1 tab) femonia xt (1 tab) & fol-5 (1 tab) 5 days in week. How many days I have to continue these medicines. Is the disease curable with this medicines or some other treatment required. Waiting for your kind suggestions. Regards,

You have mentioned yourself as hla b27 positive which means that you are suffering from inflammatory arthritis most probably ankylosing spondylitis. It is a chronic inflammatory joint disease which has a genetic predisposition. Since this is a genetically linked disease hence as of now there is no permanent cure for it, but new intravenous medications are available which help in disease control. You need a very active lifestyle with intensive regular physical therapy, take adequate calcium and vitamin d supplementation you also need to be in touch of a rheumatologist as it needs a long term supervised care. Hello, knee is most remarkable complex joint of body heavily dependent for stability on ligaments intra-articular and extra-articular stabilisers. In squatting position knee gets heavily stressed. Obesity also increases instability of joint. You must visit qualified physiotherapist for proper knee examine. Avoid squatting position.

I suggest to use kinesiology tape while you are playing cricket (bowling) so it will reduced the extra load on the muscles but k-tape is done only by physiotherapist so consult the sports physio for that near by your location.

Yes the medicines are right, after the acute phase is over you need to do regular exercises of the neck musles to get back to normal.
