U must have tried some steroidal lotions and some shampoos but disease will come back. Generally patient use steroidal application on patches which give temporary relief and disease reappear after 2/3 days. We are treating psoriasis using ayurvedic medicines .we can provide you a oil to be applied at night .U can apply same oil on scalp on sunday or holiday and sit in sun for 15 minutes. We can manage it like that the disease does not come back. Internal ayurvedic medicines will be provided for blood purification. U can contact clinic for more details.

Hi, Am 33 year old. Am married and have an 2 year kid. I feel I have no body though I have everybody. I feel depressed sometimes. I have thyroid from last 7 years. I tend to forget many things. My husband keeps telling that I am fit for nothing. And I am scared that I am becoming the same. Very simple thing for you to understand is that you begin to like yourself, love yourself and stop accepting the abuses hurled at you. Your husband is not you and if he perceives you in such a way then its his problem, you are not required to agree with him all the time. Best part is that you have started to move out of the mess and taken up job. Now next thing to do is follow that which I have already written about you. Weight loss by stating that I believe there are only two ways to truly manage weight, through exercising and eating healthy. There simply is no magic shortcut, and while this may seem obvious to some people it is overlooked far, far, too often. Now you?re probably wondering, if diet and exercise are the only ways to lose weight, why did you write this list? Because there are still natural remedies and recipes that will help you reach your ultimate goal. If you use these in addition to eating better and getting some exercise, they can speed up the process. There are many different contributing factors to losing/gaining weight, so the below remedies cover a wide range. Cinnamon Tea Blood sugar has a direct impact on your weight as it affects how hungry and how energetic you are (if you have energy you?re much more likely to exercise!) If your blood sugar is balanced you are less likely to have a disproportionately large appetite, and your body will be more apt to use fat (energy) rather than storing it. Dear I don't suggest medicines for cholesterol. This is made in liver as per body needs. Don't disturb natural ways of body. Food doesn't alter blood cholesterol. Now creatinine level. Thus is slightly raised. Drink plenty of water so your urine is water coloured. Do this for 3 days. Repeat creatinine. If normal Be happy. Other wise call me. I will suggest you simple Ayurvedic remedy to correct this.

## you can apply curd and termeric (haldi) paste on foot. Leave it for 15 mins then wash foot with normal water and then apply moisturiser. Its best to use cocoa rich moisturiser. It also help in reducing tan. ## you can also use lemon. Rub lemon juice on feet. Leave it for 10mins then wash with water and apply moisturiser. ## always apply sunscreen on foot when going in sun. Use it half an hr before going out. Hope all these will help you.

I would recommend you a easy diet plan, along with gym workout, it will help you to gain weight. No needs to take any supplement. 1. MORNING: banana shake (2 bananas and 1 glass of milk) sprouts Brown Bread with 2 eggs Or paneer stuffed paratha 2. LUNCH: 1 soup bowl of dal 1 small size bowl of green veg 1 small plate of rice 3 to 4 phulka paneer 100 to 150 gm in day time 3. LATE AFTERNOON: 1 fruit and coffee with 4 cookies 4. Hi,Gas and acidity is the result of constipation and indigestion.Take homoeopathic medicine 1. Gastrobin (WSG), 10 drops+ 1/2 cup of water, half an hour before meals, 3 times a day. Lycopodium 30, 3 drops once daily in the morning for 7 days. 2. Natrum phos 6x, 4 tablets at a time, 3 times a day 10 mins. after meals. 3. Drink 10 to 12 glasses of water daily. 4. Drink two cups of coconut water daily. 5. . Avoid heavy spicy and oily food , pickles. Revert me after 7 days.

Hello, Follow these points for improving the dark circles: Management: Wear anti-glare spectacles while working on computer. Reduce the brightness of the computer screen first starting the work as it may cause more strain on your eyes. Avoid continuous staring the computer screen and frequent blinking of eyelids to be done. Keep taking small breaks in between after a gap of every 1 hr. (I know it's little inconvenient, but not impossible!) The area under your eyes has very sensitive skin, so never use chemical bleach. Reduce your stress/ tension through yoga, meditation or any other exercises (it not only improves your blood circulation, but also reduces the production of stress hormones by the body as well as increases happy hormones in the body). Use sunglasses regularly when you are in the sun and not to forget to apply a thick layer of Bakson's Suncare Sunscreen liberally, 20-30 minutes before stepping out in the sun and apply the same again after 3-4 hours if you have exposure to sunlight for long hours. Diet: Vitamins A, C, E and K are essential to healthy skin and most effective when applied topically. Although vitamin-deficiency dark circles are uncommon, consuming vitamin C can strengthen blood vessel walls, inhibit the melanin-producing enzyme, defend cells from free radicals and rejuvenate the skin’s collagen. Strawberries, pineapples, grapefruit, tomatoes and raspberries are sufficient sources of vitamin C. Broccoli, cauliflower, Brussels sprouts, cabbage, kale, spinach, romaine lettuce, green beans, asparagus and bell peppers are other sources. Orange, vitamin A-laden fruits and vegetables such as papaya, mangoes, peaches, pumpkins, sweet potatoes, carrots, butternut squash, winter squash, cantaloupe and dried apricots can promote strong, firm skin. Turnip, beet and mustard greens as well as collards, dark lettuce and green peas are additional sources. Hazelnuts, almonds, sunflower seeds, Swiss chard, legumes, shellfish, fish, plant oils and tofu contain vitamin E, which maintains strong, elastic skin and fights the enzyme that breaks down collagen. Vitamin K regulates blood clotting and strengthens capillary walls to prevent blood leakage. Broken capillaries leak deoxygenated blood to form dark circles. Sage, oregano, thyme, celery, cucumber, leeks, prunes, grapes, pears, plums, kidney beans and eggplant contain vitamin K. If anemia is responsible for the dark circles under your eyes, eat a protein-rich diet to increase the supply of oxygenated blood. Iron deficiencies hinder the supply of oxygen in body tissue and make the bluish veins more pronounced. Inadequate iron levels impair tissue production and slow the creation of new skin. Incorporate brown rice, oatmeal, lentils, spinach and prunes into your diet as well as vitamin C to aid iron absorption. Egg yolks, chicken and lean beef also contain iron. Foods with omega-3 fatty acids, like salmon and walnuts, increase blood flow below the skin’s surface. Tiredness causes dark circles; it reduces circulation and dilates blood vessels. Foods with sleep aids like melatonin, serotonin or tryptophan prepare the body for a full night’s rest and combat sleep-deprivation dark circles. Melatonin is found in oatmeal, whole-grain bread, cherries, nuts and oats. Tryptophan is in turkey, hummus and almonds. Dark chocolate’s serotonin makes it a great after-dinner treat. Honey and chamomile, passionflower and lemon balm teas also induce sleepiness. Drinking the recommended amount of water per day -- while avoiding caffeine, alcohol and high-sodium foods and beverages -- can boost circulation and elasticity. The Institute of Medicine recommends drinking nine to 13 glasses of water each day. Indulge in some kind of exercise like walking, jogging. Yoga, especially pranayama is known to improve skin health. Medication: Take homoeopathic medicines - Cina 1M/ one dose daily at night for 10 days and Ruta G. 200/ twice daily for 2 months. Schwabe's Alfalafa Tonic/ 1 tsp thrice a day daily for 20 days and revert me back about the condition. Apply Bakson's Under Eye Cream twice daily (in morning and at night) and Medicynth's Whitch Hazel cream and Bakson's Under Eye cream twice - in morning and at night daily.

With obesity on the rise, more and more young people are looking at measures for weight loss. Ayurveda, with its safe and natural system can be a lofe saver. It believes that obesity is a result of excessive Kapha, and weight loss measures should be aimed at reducing kapha. Reduce foods that are sweet, sour or salty. Increase foods that are bitter and pungent and promote digestion.

The following are some effective ways of losing weight, a combination of natural herbs, dietary habits, and lifestyle changes.

  1. Guggul or commiphora resin is a very effective fat burner that is used in correcting lipid disorders and treating obesity. It helps by correcting total cholesterol levels, lowering LDL (the bad cholesterol), and increasing HDL (the good cholesterol) levels.
  2. Garcinia cambogia, or vriksh amla, is a form of gooseberry that is used widely for weight loss. It affects the fat synthesis, fat accumulation, and reduces visceral fat deposition.
  3. Salacia or Kotahla is another popular herb known for reducing fat accumulation. It suppresses the growth of adipose tissue and is particularly useful in people who are insulin resistant.
  4. Kalonji seeds, or Nigella, is also useful in improving waist-hip ratios and reducing body-mass index.
  5. Liquorice is rich in flavonoids which are rich in antioxidants. This has been proven to be useful in preventing accumulation of abdominal fat and reducing triglycerides.
  6. Warm lime water everyday in the morning will help boost the digestive system and promotes in weight loss. Honey can be added if required.
  7. Three meals a day is advisable  with no snacking in between or healthy snacking if not manageable. The meals should consist of balanced, healthy foods with no oils, lots of whole grains, fresh fruits and vegetables. Eat vegetables and fruits that are seasonal, as they have seasonal benefits, are free of chemicals, and easily available. Melons are plentiful in summers while are adequately hydrating, the nuts and roots during winters provide protection from the cold. It is good to have breakfast and lunch as heavier meals compared to dinner, which should be the smallest.
  8. Starting your day with a round of exercise is considered ideal for a variety of reasons and also for weight loss. Do a mild walk for about 10 minutes after each meal to promote digestion.
  9. Adhere to a regular sleep pattern. The hormones and digestive enzymes have a natural cycle and help in managing weight.
  10. Whether meditation or music, exercise or aerobics, find a way to control and manage stress. It is one of the main causes of weight gain. If you wish to discuss about any specific problem, you can consult an ayurveda.
