I have been experiencing a bad smell from my body, and sweats are very easy. I think I have some digestion issue. Could anyone give a proper suggestion to solve this ?

Strong body odour it tcould be due to a) over weight, b) consumption of alcohol/smoking/drinking c) taking rich spicy/fatty food, garlic/ onion d) excessive sweating precaution 1. Take cool shower/ bath every day, (twice in summer) 2. Wash arm pit thoroughly by using anti bacterial soap like dettol soap 3. Apply de odorant/ anti perspirant lotion after bath preferably at bed time 4. Regularly shave your arm pit 5. Use clean, loose fitting cotton garments and change it daily 6. Avoid spicy/fried/oily / junk food, garlic/onion 7. Avoid alcohol, smoking and tobacco consumption 8. Reduce weight, if over weight 9. Avoid stress /depression. Do yoga/pranayama/deep breathing exercise to relieve stress 10. Drink plenty of water (8-10 glass daily) 11. Avoid excess sweating. Use fan/ac, 12. Consult doctor for further advice.

Can Erectile Dysfunction Be Reversed?

Erectile dysfunction can strike a man even at a young age. It may prove to be a major cause of worry for men. If you are one among them, there is no need to lose heart. There is hope as erectile dysfunction can be reversed by incorporating some changes in your lifestyle.
Here is a list of do?s and don?ts that you can follow to reverse erectile dysfunction without using any medication:
Improve your diet:
Oil rich foods with loads of saturated fatty acids and minimal nutritional value tend to reduce the blood circulation in your body. This causes oxidative stress. It reduces the amount of nitric oxide in the body which helps dilate the blood vessels during erection.
This eventually leads to erectile dysfunction. So, changing your diet pattern definitely helps you in reversing this condition.
The key lies in eating the foods that are rich in anti oxidants that help destroy free radicals. This will bring down the oxidative stress and reverse erectile problem. Fresh fruits, veggies, unprocessed food like whole grains, nuts, seeds, olive oil etc. Boost your health greatly.
Get active:
Say goodbye to your sedentary ways of life. Take the stairs instead of the lift. Go for walks regularly. Exercise for at least 30 minutes three to five times a week. Keep yourself on your toes with any physical activity of your choice like dancing, jogging, swimming, kick boxing etc.

Follow a sleep schedule:

Manage your stress:

Monitor you medicines:

If you are having minor beta thalassemia than Few diet tips - Not to eat fried food items and Can eat All green vegetables, moong, chana,Dal, rice etc And to apply ghee over chappati and don't apply oil over chappati And to drink milk mixed with turmeric powder twice a day And If possible eat eggs on alternate days And If possible in breakfast eat atleast one bajra ka rotla And Eat seasonal fruit.

I had my periods regularly till last year. But now it got irregular suddenly. I will get periods 2 months once and bleeding last for more days. This time my bleeding is not yet stopped for the past 10 days. I have used trapic. It reduced the flow but not stopped fully. Kindly help to normalise the periods. I am not having any pain. Hello, You need to get evaluated for PCOD, hypothyroidism and hyperprolactinemia which can be other common causes for delaying menses after pregnancy has been ruled out.

Your baby must not have got oxygen to the brain at the time of birth. The brain growth is maximum for the first three years. Your baby needs physiotherapy and lot of stimulation. Get hearing and vision checked.

Regular exercises like brisk walking, jogging according your capacity atleast 30 min a day and 5 to 7 days a week in nearly all peoples. Regular exercises helps in reducing weight, decrease lipid level and blood pressure and also helps in controlling blood sugars.
One should have a healthy lifestyle like avoiding fatty, oily and high calorie diet. Individuals should consume five or more servings of fruits and/or vegetables daily. This decreases the risk of coronary heart disease. Individuals should replace refined grains like white bread, white rice with whole grains whole bread and brown rice. This reduces chances of weight gain, coronary artery disease, diabetes.
Should avoid red meat and instead have sea foods, eggs, beans, nuts and seeds as a source of protein. The recommended dietary sodium intake for the general population is less than 2.3 g of sodium or 6 g of sodium chloride. Low sodium intake is associated with decreased risk of hypertension and cardiovascular events, including death.
Avoid smoking and alcohol if any. Sweetened beverages should be avoided. There shouldn't abdominal fat deposition or obesity. Yoga should be included in daily routine and has multiple health benefits.
The american diabetes association (ada) recommends testing at three-year intervals for diabetes in all adults with bmi ≥25 kg/m2 and one or more additional risk factors for diabetes family history, sedentary lifestyle, smoking etc and in individuals without risk factors, testing begin at age 45 years. Also, the individual with risk for heart diseases should be screened for lipid abnormalities.

Hello first of all do not prick acne with your nails, its gonna leave a mark n dis marks are very difficult to get rid of. For acne marks apply cosmelite cream at night time only, just for 1 month n stop it after dat. For dark face apply cosglo gel two times per day for 3 months. Alokem gel + calamine lotion, mix both n apply 2-3 times per day. For pimples use acnedap gel two times per day. Oxidoben gel at night time only. Cap antoxid once a day after food for 1 month. Tab ener c 1000 mg, dissolve in a glass of water n hv early morning to prevent further damage of skin. Tab nutricap-s once a day after food. You can chemical peels session, dermabrasion sessions n dermaroller for open pores on face from gud cosmetologist or dermatologist drink 2-3 lit of water, include green leafy vegetables, fresh fruits n juices in. 1. Protein is the key for the muscle building. Without adequate protein, muscle gain and growth is not possible because weight training demands for amino acids (which comes from protein). You should daily eat about 2.2g of protein per kilogram of your weight. For example, if you are 50kg, then you should eat 50x2.2=111g of protein spread over 5-6 meals in the day. Include high protein foods in your diet. Your protein intake should be from foods rather than from supplements. Good protein foods: beans, soybeans, whey, fish, dairy products (low fat variety), meats, nuts and seeds (almonds, peanuts, pumpkin seeds, sesame seeds, sunflower seeds), peanut butter. Many of these are easy digestible foods. Milk is one of the best muscle foods. The milk contains two high quality proteins, about 80 percent whey and 20 percent casein. Whey is quickly broken down into amino acids and absorbed into the bloodstream. Whey is very good to consume after workout. Casein is digested more slowly and provides the body with a steady supply of protein for a longer period of time. Cheese is concentrated milk, so it is high in protein and calcium, fat and cholesterol. Include healthy skim yogurt in your diet, which can give you as much as 120 calories.----------- 2. Eat custard apple (saripa, sitaphal) to put on some weight. This fruit is high in calorie.------------- 3. Healthy fats: avoid fatty foods. Most mothers, especially in india give too much ghee or butter to their children, thinking they will put flesh fast. But ghee is mostly saturated fat which is not a healthy fat for any body. Healthy fats are monounsaturated and polyunsaturated fats and omega-3 fatty acids. Good fats: cold pressed oils (olive, sunflower, linseed, canola).---------- 4. Drink pure fruit juice. It is full of sugar and added nutrients so it is a healthy and nutritious way to gain some pounds.----------- 5. Complex carbohydrates are also needed for gaining weight. Corn bread is also full of carbohydrates, one piece gives approximately 328 calories. Potatoes are rich sources of carbohydrates and complex sugars, eat baked or as grilled potatoes. Pasta is a calorie rich cereal carbohydrates.----------- 6. Eat bananas. These are rich in carbs and nutritious, one banana contains approximately 100 calories.---------- 7. Some people think that drinking beer helps, but it is not true, it accumulates in your abdomen, making it fatty.---------- 8. Don't take protein supplements for gaining muscles. ------------------------ 9. Non vegetarian foods--------- some of the non-vegetarian foods that help increase weight are given below:---- 1. Red meat ------ 2. Pork, ------ 3. Fish: eat two portions of salmon, or tuna every day.------- 4. Shrimps: the nutrients and necessary acid content present in shrimps gives healthy calories.- 5. Chicken breast chicken breast, is supposed to be the healthiest and non-fat part which has approximately 78 calories for each serving.-------- whole eggs: eggs are loaded with protein, vitamins a, d and e.------

I guess your father is suspicious about other people. Your father is physically and mentally tired now after working for 55 years. He might be finding it difficult to stay at home and probably does not understand how to spend his time. At this age body and mind cannot work very efficiently and effectively. Keep a check on all his physical parameters and take him to a doctor for a routine check up. If he is physically fit, then encorage him to have a fixed daily routine. Like getting up at fixed time, going for a walk, have breakfast, do pooja or read newspaper, (whatever he would like to do) or go to market to buy small items, go to bed at fixed time etc etc. Encourage him to do some exercise (whatever suits him) and yoga/pranayama etc which will keep him fit mentally as well. Encourage him to meet his friends regularly. Encorage him to take up some hobby" empty mind is devil's workshop" so, somehow he needs to be occupied creatively.

Stress, worry, anxiety, and inadequate nutrition lead to hair loss. A certain amount of hair loss is considered normal, as old strands are replaced by new. When hair loss is excessive, care must be taken. When this starts in the early years of life, one should look into for remedies. Increased intake of fried, sour, spicy, salty, and fermented foods, as well as tea and coffee, aggravate the pitta dosha (ayurvedic humor representing fire) in the body. This pitta accumulates in the skin of the scalp, leading to hair falling out and graying prematurely. Factors like excessive anger and stress are also responsible. Excessive consumption of alcohol and meat also aggravate pitta. According to ayurveda, hairs are a byproduct of bone formation and the tissue responsible for building bones is also responsible for the growth of hair. Early hair loss is related to body type and the balance of the mind-body constitution (doshas). People who have excess pitta in their body are likely to lose their hair early in life, or have prematurely thin or gray hair. Excess pitta in the sebaceous gland, at the root of the hair, or folliculitis can lead to hair loss. Ayurvedic treatment of hair loss is aimed at pacification of pitta through a customized diet and lifestyle regime, along with medication. A combination of diet, herbs, oil massage, meditation, aromatherapy, breathing and yoga can be beneficial in addressing the problem of hair loss and premature graying of hair. Diet & lifestyle advice avoid pitta-aggravating foods like spicy, heavy, and oily foods, as well as tea and coffee. Avoid refined foods, refined sugar, junk food, and alcoholic and carbonated drinks. Increase intake of fresh fruits, green leafy vegetables, and vegetable juice prepared from lettuce, carrot, capsicum, and alfalfa. Avoid using chemical products on the hair. Try herbal oils and shampoos instead. Home remedies mix powdered indian gooseberry (amla) and sesame seeds in equal amounts. Take 1 teaspoon twice a day with water.

. Apply Hot Fomentation twice daily. Avoid bending in front. Postural Correction- Sit Tall, Walk Tall. Extension Exercises x 15 times x twice daily - lying on tummy, take left arm up for 3 seconds, then bring it down, right arm up for 3 seconds, bring down. Bring right leg up, hold for 3 seconds, bring it down. Then right leg up and hold for 3 seconds and bring it down. Repeat twice a day- 10 times. Bhujang Asana – Lie flat on your stomach, keeping the palms out, bend the neck backward, take a deep breath and while holding it for 6 seconds, raise the chest up. Release breath and relax your body. Repeat the exercise 15 times twice daily. Core Strengthening Exercises- Straight Leg Raised With Toes Turned Outward, repeat 10 times, twice a day. Back Stretching- lie flat, pull one of the knee forward to chest, hold for 3 seconds, then bring the other knee forward to the chest and again hold for 3 seconds. Then pull both knees towards the chest and hold for 3 seconds. Repeat 10 times each exercise twice a day. Do the cat/cow stretch. Get on all fours, with your arms straight and your hands directly under your shoulders; your knees hip-width apart.

Hi, I am 47 years old male. I am facing on off health issues from last 2 years. Facing constipation indigestion problems from last 20 years plus. Whereas having BP from last 8 years was on lose then a year back doctor changed to tezloc. Was weighing 120 kg. Whereas I also taking Herbalife products from last 8-9 months initially I came down to 105kg but now i am on 109 kg at present. Even I am experiencing normal BP without BP tablets if taken i am feeling week and my BP readings shows below 100/60. Is this due Herbalife Product? Whereas now At present am facing frozen shoulder from last 4 months and during fasting month of Ramzan and after am facing a completely newly, facing joint pains everywhere. Hence Blood tested the Uric Acid is 6.7mg/dl, the Calcium is 9.6mg/dl and Creatinine is 0.95mg/dl. Is am facing goud or what please explain.? Remedies please and the side effects?

You can take tab. Charcol at night. Syp. Aristozyme 10 ml thrice a day.syp. Livoluk 10 ml at night. These can help cure in constipation.take green veg., salaad in meal. Papaya at night.grapes at night,one apple daily in morning. Banana in morning, juice,whole grain ,oats,more fiber meal,digestive foods, plenty of water during day and 1 glass of water before meal, avoid bad habits...stress ,alcohol, smoking, non-veg.,avoid fatty meal,oily foods.
