What are the symptoms of diabetes type 2 and what are the precautions we have to take to bring down diabetes?
Hi, type 2 diabetics is occur after 35 years mostly. Symptom= burning urination. Fatigue. Itching over genital or all body. Tiredness. Tingling sensation. Burning sensation in pam and toe. Some time blurd vision. Bad odor to body. I tell you some basic. Take barley soup twice a day with lunch and dinner. Take vegetable like karela, parval, lauki, bhendi, tondli etc. Avoid rice at night. And do walking or jogging every day for 1 hr, start exercise from 15min then increase till 1 hr then continue 1 hr exercise.

Sir I cut down cigarette suddenly. On April 15th 2015 since I didn't smoke. But I have small doubts. Is any previous smoking any affect. Also I quit drinking also. I started smoking in 2007 and quite in 2015. But I suffering with B P from 2010 (present I'm using telmikind 40 mg). My previous smoking any effects.

Hi. Yes, previous smoking and drinking has residual bad effect on body even after quitting them. But it was very excellent that you quit them, definitely you will get good outcomes in long terms. Bp problem may also disappear if it was totally related only to your bad habbits. If it remains, then continue bp pills. Keep checking your bp regularly. Take care.

Masturbation is unrelated to premature ejaculation. Premature ejaculation is uncontrolled ejaculation either before or shortly after sexual penetration. In some cases, it may be related to a medical cause such as hormonal problems, injury, or a side effect of certain medicines. Consult a psychiatrist Your doctor will discuss your medical and sexual history with you. He or she will do a thorough physical exam. Your doctor may want to talk to your partner also. Premature ejaculation can have many causes. So your doctor may order lab tests to rule out any other medical problem. In many cases premature ejaculation gets better on its own over time. Treatment may not be needed. Practicing relaxation techniques or using distraction methods may help you delay ejaculation. Your doctor may recommend that you and your partner practice certain techniques to help delay ejaculation, as well as medications are there to help. All the best.

Dear user. I can understand. SEXUAL STAMINA cannot be built on one day. Moderate exercise can help in increasing sex energy to a great extent. Simple push-ups or 30 minutes of regularly walking or jogging can work wonders in building sex power. Oysters,, almonds, cashew nuts, sesame seeds, walnuts, Fruits like apples, apricots, blueberries, cherries, papayas etc. dates, chocolate, pumpkin seeds, onions etc can also help you to improve your sexual power. A healthy lifestyle that keeps a person active with proper food and adequate exercise help in improving one’s sex power. Diet plays a big role in one’s sex life. Healthier the person better is the sex life. Sex life reflects the lifestyle one leads. Do pranayama (in yoga) everyday for excellent sexual stamina. Take care.

I have a gay sex unprotected sex and 3 month after I go for HIV test and get a negative result but am facing mouth sores and small nodes on necks am I safe or not should I go for any other tests.Please tell sir .

1. Take good nourishing diet like milk, cheese, paneer, egg, fish, mutton, chicken, pulses, soybean 2. Fresh green leafy vegetables, tomato, cauliflower, broccoli, pumpkin, beans, spinach. 3. Fruits rich in vitamin c (helps in absorption of iron) like citrus fruits lorange/grape/strawberry guava/mango/pineapple/- water melon 4. Fruits like apple, dry fruits like dates, khajoor, kismiss 5. Drink plenty of water, 6. Go for regular exercise, 7take adequate rest, 8. Avoid physical and mental exertion. 9. Take haem up syrup 3 tsf twice daily before food 10. Monitor your hemoglobin 11.
