Take 11 guava leaves, 11 black pepper, 1 cup milk and one cup water. Put all of them in pot and boil it well, when it reduced to one cup, drink in empty stomach. Take this daily for at least six months or a year. 2.Boil cumin seeds in water and inhale the steam. It helps dilate the bronchial passage. 3.Take 5 gm of ginger, black pepper, cardamom, clove, cinnamon, turmeric and 30 gm of sugar. Grind the mix to a powder. Take half to one teaspoonful and mix it nicely with honey. Take it twice a day 4.Pulses like old rice (rice which is stored for at least one year is called old), wheat, barley, kulattha, mung beans, arhar beans, etc . should be consumed. 5.Honey, warm drinks like herbal teas, spice teas are also okay. 6.Sprouts, nuts and seeds can be taken in moderate amount. 7.The heavy foods and those which make ama should be avoided. This mainly includes milk products like cheese, curd, butter milk, creams, and banana, etc. 8.Oily, greasy and fried foods which are difficult to digest should be avoided. 9.White flour and white sugar products should be avoided. 10.In addition, try to avoid the cold foods, cold drinks and other refrigerated things. 11.Avoid excessive or physically demanding exercise. Yoga and Pranayama can be helpful.

I am 45 year old Male, for sometime I going through professional rough time, I mean having tough time (as for sometime there is market recession), also some financial crunch (Money got stuck with business associates), cause of these two setbacks I am thinking a lot and not able to get it off my mind, may be I am thinking a lot cause of that I often get tightness in my stomach and incase I get up in the middle of the night then sleeping again becomes problem, I keep thinking and thinking that something will happen to me, my stomach often stays upset gas gets trapped and then more tension, I have noticed that when this gas gets released I intact gets relief, now I don't know it's this problem is cause of tension I am taking or because of stomach upset. Your stomach upset is definitely related to the anxiety attacks you are experiencing. You may be troubling yourself unnecessarily and too caught up with excessive thinking. You must now act on these problems and only then will a solution appear. Anxiety has all to do with fear and your inability (or so you would tend to think) to handle the same. Fear is based on looking too much into the future and imagining things that usually do not tend to happen (usually 90% of your fears will not happen). You need to change your perception of the fearful stimulus then you can change your response to the fear. The first one is the best and will preempt the need for the second. If you are already far gone into the reaction mode, then you need both responses to counter the attack. The way we see things in life (like half empty or half full glass) is very dependent on our attitude. Attitude may have developed over many years but fortunately can change in a matter of sustained choices made and acted up on now. Accordingly you choose to see things as either threatening or as an opportunity. The opportunist will be positive and work with the situation to make good out of it. The individual who sees it as threatening, will, out of fear, try to avoid/run away from the situation or react with anxiety. Yes, self-belief does impact it too, but you can see that prior to that, perception will tarnish the belief system too. Here, you can see that all the resolution lies in just changing your perception/attitude, even if it is against odds. Changing your response, despite the perception, is building up of your reserves and resources to handle any contingency that life throws up at you. And life throws up situations quite regularly and heavily. For this you need to develop a fit mind and body: The former, by meditation and mind exercises; and the later, by exercises and proper diet. You need good sleep too. Included in the development of the mind is the handling of emotions, in your case, fear. These changes will give you a handle on life and your perceptions and responses. Prayer is really powerful, if you are a spiritual person. Repeat some personally framed affirmations that are geared to calming you down and building confidence. Do a personality course too. Anything that develops you personally will be of great assistance in building resilience.

check your bp. if it is high consult doctor. if bp is normal then check your eye sight. if it is abnormal, use specs. some times stress causes headache, avoid stress, take normal sleep. inform if not ok. avoid pain killers.

1. stay busy and focused by engaging in activities like playing games/sports, learning music/painting etc. 2.Find new hobby like cooking, gardening, writing, public speaking 3.Eat healthy diet 4.Volunteer your time by doing social work like tutoring needy children/ working at shelter home and rendering free service, raising money for a good cause 5.Avoid loneliness, socialise with friends/relatives 6.Stop watching porn in computer/moble 7.develop will power, determination to stop practicing 8.Don't have guilty consciousness since it is normal and a healthy way of relieving sexual tension if done in moderation(1-2 times/week) 9.Get adequate sleep(7-8hours daily) 10.take plenty of green leafy vegetables, fruits and have balanced diet. Avoid oily/spicy/fried/junk food. Try to have vegetarian food. Observe fasting for 1-2 days in a week 11. Avoid alcohol/smoking 12. Drink plenty of water(8-10 glass daily) 11. Go for regular aerobic exercise for one hour daily like brisk walking/jogging/running/cycling/swiing 12.Do yoga, pranayam,meditation to calm your mind, control your emotion and relieve stress 13. Consult a sex therapist/ counselor for further advice

I suffered from varicose veins in last trimester of my pregnancy. They were visible and protruding on both of my legs due to which I suffered from restless legs And after delivery they subsidised. Its been only 6 months since birth of my baby but of late I can see those spider veins again in legs becoming black they have not protruded yet. But due to them I am unable to stand for sometime. I have tried stocking but did not find them of much use. Is there any treatment available except surgery.

The abdominal organs in right upper part of tummy are Liver and Gall bladder. Swełling in the region may cause pain. Evaluation by a surgeon, Sonography examination may easily find out the reason for this particular pain.

Hello, the symptoms are s/o gastric reflux. In which the acid from stomach gets refluxed into lower oesophagus (food pipe, leading to burping and heartburn mimicking chest pain. You have to start a complete course of proton pump inhibitors i. E. Antacid. Eat bland foods, do not lie down immediately after meals. Drink plenty of water. Avoid tea and coffee, gap between meals should not be more than 4 hrs. If symptoms still persist, consult a physician.

1. Masturbation is a natural habit in both the genders during their life time. Continuous masturbation in men will certainly leads to unwanted curvature of penis and in women clitoris looses its sensitivity due to rough use of their fingers on clitoris. 2. Later they may not get normal pleasure or orgasm in intercourse (thrust of penis) after their marriage. 3. Masturbation once a week is fine but do not make it your habit.

U have fatty liver and Gallbladder stone. U r fond of fried and spicy food. Avoid all those food. Take plenty of fresh fruits and vegetables with whole grain. Take double tone milk (skimmed). Stop fast food. For stone in Gall bladder consult surgeon for operation.
