I had acne since 15 years old. It was worse back then, however after a lot of allopathy and homeopathy. It has reduced. Now I don't take any medication for this but the skin has sensitized. I get white cystic acne o my head, nose and a lot on my both lower jaw lines. I have large pores, combination skin. During winter worsens. Flakes, red rashes, cystic acne and summer becomes more oily with boils. I only have good skin during spring. My face itches, becomes red with white acne and scars trouble. please I want to get my skin clear completely.

You are a victim of acne vulgaris and it's sequelae like most people your age. It's a very common problem with a lot of solutions. These acne pimples if broken leave really dark marks. So steer clear from them. Don't pick at them. Avoid cosmetics and over the counter face products. Overwashing won't remove pimples or spots. You need to use cold water and wash face with a salicylic acid containing wash twice a day and not more. It will help reduce the oiliness to a large degree. Avoid milk and milk products, you can have them occasionally. Instead, you can have tea or coffee. Do not stress over your problem its treatable. Stress vil only increase chances of more pimples. Exercise. You can practice meditation, it vil take your mind of your problem and create all the right chemicals in you. Have fruits with a high vitamin a content (such as broccoli, papaya, spinach and carrots) as this helps to flush acne-causing proteins from the system, and with high vitamin e and c contents (oranges, tomatoes, sweet potatoes, avocados) which have antioxidant effects and help to calm the skin. Have adequate amount of water. Include nuts like almond, walnuts. Avoid milk and milk products like butter, cheese as well as refined flour items and sugary drinks. It needs long term treatment for a minimum of at least six months.

Hello lybrate-user- due to low haemoglobin content in indian females the hair follicles lack proper nutrition needed for hair growth, along with this the summer season have a harsh effects on hairs making the scalp dry and itchy and thus results in hair fall. Try this ayurvedic treatment- a) dadimadi ghrita 1 tsp twice daily b) tab abhra loha 1 tab twice daily. C) nili bhringadi hair oil daily use. D) avoid fast food and late night workout and increase dairy products in meals.

It’s often used as a laxative, but has a wide variety of other health benefits, including many pertaining to hair and hair growth, as well as for facial oil cleansing method, stretch marks, dark spots and more. The oil has a unique chemical composition, which most likely contributes to its healing potential. It mostly consists of a triglyceride of fatty acids. It contains vitamin E, omega-6 fatty acids, minerals, and proteins, which are all important for the health of your hair and scalp. Castor oil: • helps with hair regrowth and hair loss, • makes the hair richer and darker, • prevents split ends, • treats dandruff and dry scalp, • moisturizes the hair and makes it shine, • works in an antifungal and antibacterial way and can prevent problems such as ringworm, and folliculitis. How to apply castor oil It’s best to use castor oil as a hair mask. This is particularly helpful if you’re trying to regrow hair or give it more moist and shine. 1. Castor oil has a thick consistency, so you can mix it with coconut oil, olive oil or jojoba oil in a half and half ratio. This will make the mask easier to distribute throughout your hair. 2. Use your fingers or a brush and start applying it onto your scalp with circular motions. This gentle massage increases the blood circulation, rejuvenates the hair, and stimulates hair growth. 3. Part hair into sections and apply the oil (mixture) to each section until all your hair is covered properly and evenly. 4. Wrap your hair in a warm towel (you can also use a shower cap) and leave it for two to eight hours. You can also leave it over night. This will give the oil enough time to penetrate the follicles and hydrate your scalp and hair thoroughly. 5. Wash your hair as usual using shampoo and conditioner. Make sure you rinse all the oil out of your hair. How often should you use castor oil? This depends on your objective and type of hair. If your aim is to treat hair loss, you will need to do it at least twice weekly, but even better if you can do it three or four times per week for several weeks. For split ends and increased shine, you can use the oil as a conditioner once weekly. Be careful not to use too much of it (a pea-sized amount should do) or you can end up with an over-oily scalp. For best results use unrefined castor oil, as it contains more nutrients and healing properties.

Hello, one can protect yourself from the sun by the following points: - avoid going out during hot summer weather or extreme heat during the whole day. - apply a good sunscreen with spf 30. Apply it 20-30 minutes before stepping out. Re-apply the sunscreen if you are out for more than 3-4 hrs. - wear a hat with a broad rim. - carry an umbrella. - wear goggles. - drink plenty of water. - eat healthy food, avoid junk. - eat fruits and vegetables with more percentage of water in it. Here are few tips for fairer and flawless skin: -Soak some almonds in water overnight, remove their skin in the morning and grind them. Add a teaspoon of gram fluor, one teaspoon of milk and 4 drops of lime juice. Make a paste, mix it well and apply it on your face. Regular massage gives you long lasting clear and fair skin. -Turmeric is good ingredient for skin. Make a face pack with mixture of turmeric and milk. Apply this and wash off after an hour with cold water for glowing skin. Lemon juice and glycerin work nicely for dry skin whereas fuller’s earth and turmeric are used for oily skin. -Mix papaya and honey and mash it. Apply and wash after 20 minutes. Use this face pack every other day for a naturally spotless fair skin. This pack also eliminates the sun tanning which causes patchiness on the skin and the dark spots or the pimple marks which will refrain the skin from looking spotless. -Take one tomato, grate it well and mix it with 3-4 drops of lime juice. Apply it on your face wait for 15 minutes and then rinse it off. Repeat it daily and feel the change on your face. -A mixture of egg white, milk cream and honey works excellent against skin tanning. Mix tomato juice with honey or yogurt and apply it daily on skin to remove tanning. -Make dilute paste of mint leaves and almond seeds with warm water. Wash your face and neck with this water and wash again with clean warm water. You can add mint leaves in regular bathing water to get glow and freshness to your skin. Use Schwabe's Skin Care soap, apply Calendula & Aloe Vera cream immediately after bathing, apply Bakson's Suncare sunscreen 20-30 min. Before going out under the sunlight. At night, use Bakson's Papaya Pack and after washing face apply it's Fairness cream. Above all, regular exercise (yoga, gymnastic, aerobics etc), intake of healthy nutritious food, keeping a positive attitude, avoiding stress/ anger/ anxiety/ fear/ jealousy/ aggressive nature as much as possible as it affects skin, its colour and glow!

To remove dead skin cells and lighten your underarms, rub a lemon wedge on the skin for a few minutes. Leave the juice on your skin for about 10 minutes and then wash the area thoroughly. For better exfoliation, you can sprinkle a little sugar on the lemon wedge and then use it. Do this a few times a week.

On an average a person consumes nearly 800 calories daily from added sugar. Lot of places have hard water in the underground water supply. Boil the water it settles down the excess minerals mostly then let the water cool before you use for washing your face and hairs else use ro water. To remove the tanning use masoor dal powder for face pack twice daily empty stomach.

Drinking at least between 10 and 14 - 8oz. Glasses of water every day is another great way to prevent hair loss. Water helps wash off toxins from your body. These toxins could be a major reason for hair loss. Drink distilled water or at least filtered water that does not contain chlorine, lead, etc. For healthy hair.

its mostly due to tight fitting footwears ...change them...or wear open footwares/sandals..don't wear anything when in home,or just socks in winters...apply oil on feet before u sleep ...wash them in lukewarm water and keep them submerged in lukewarm water daily for 10 mins after u return home from office in evening

Avoid fats and oily food.
• Avoid chocolate, ice-cream, butter, cakes, white bread, sweets and fried food.
• Limit intake of non-vegetarian food.
• Do not break your pimples will lead to secondary infections.
• Do not use scented soaps and chemicals on your face.


DO:

• Wash your face frequently, at least 5 times a day, taking care that it does not become too dry.
• Use non-greasy make-up or if possible do not apply cosmetics.
• Use natural cleansers than chemical preparations:
– Wash face with gram flour (channa) and little turmeric in it.
– Massage skin with fresh cucumber, it gives cooling effect on skin.
– You can massage your face with fresh fruits also.

Are Despite the development of new upcoming hair loss treatment , products, therapies.Why are so many men balding in their 20's?

Premature balding is turning out to be more of a trend than rarity. And the way we live our lives has more to do with it than genes.

Presently, an American study says two third of men face hair loss by the age of 35, and a bad genetic hand is often to blame. Men are progressing towards baldness as early as in their 20's and that s leap from our father's generation that hoped to walk into their 40's with a full crop of hair.

Is heredity (genes) are the only reason ??

Though the hereditary (genetic) reason is one of the major factors behind balding . But, these genes don't kick so early in life. Research says male pattern baldness due to genetic factor starts by the age of 40.

In the present world, there are lot many other reasons, that accelerate the permanent loss of hair. Four main enemies are stress, poor nutrition, pollution n vices.

First and foremost is:
1. STRESS: Level is rising day by day n people are not able to cope up with the level of stress these days. It can cause hair fall, thinning, the impaired growth of follicles . While genetic plays a key role in balding , a stressful lifestyle can play a havoc.

But, this is in our control. Opt for stress management techniques. Indulge in the morning walk, yoga, dancing.

2. IMPROPER DIET:
Bad diet, junk food, food faddism is responsible for thinning. This causes lack of essential nutrients in the body.
We are all we eat, drink, breathe everything you do can affect hair follicle directly or indirectly .

3. SMOKING: Smoking causes oxygen deprivation in body n indirectly damages the hair follicle . Also, nicotine hampers blood flow and retard the growth of the follicle.

Alcohol intake also affects hair follicle. Moderate alcohol intake does not damage much but regular guzzlers are at risk. Alcohol decreases iron n zinc absorption , causes dehydration . And the hair is almost water, so excessive alcohol intake will leave it brittle.

4. LIFESTYLE: Undisciplined life, lack of sleep triggers hormonal changes in the male body . These hormone cause suppression of the hair follicle.

5. CHEMICAL EXPOSURE: Use of excess hair care products , styling treatment, straightening, too much shampooing can weaken hair shaft.

So, genetically is not in our control. The silver lining is that we can control factors and delay balding.Understand your body, what signal body is trying to give you.
