Dear user if condition is not managable by internal medication then surgical procedure has to be opted however you can use a remedy Kali Mur 3x thrice daily along with other medicines and Pulsatilla 200 once daily.

U know it's very hard to increase the height..bt if u do exercise daily ur height can increase a bit along with taking homoeopathic treatment..fr gaining weight u need proper diet high protein in ur diet,,take lots of fruits,,take plenty of water,nuts,,cashew,almonds..chic-peas boiled etc..along with exercise and proper homeopathic treatment.

Dear user since your skin is sensitive n you are pittaj Prakriti person. Go for aloevera gel, tab radona 2bd, tab arigyavardhini 2bd. Drink lot of fluids avoid all junk spicy sour items and curd too, you can Tk butter milk. Thnx.

I am 20 years old college student and she is suffering from so many symptoms such as cold, fever and headache. After evening her head is severely pains and rain water she never can tolerate. She feels very weak herself most of the day time

For how many days you are having this problem? Follow health advises given below: measure your temperature and tell me reading 1. Avoid exertion 2. Take tablet paracetamol 500 mg after food(If No drug allergy) as and when required for fever more than 99 f (maximum 3 tablets with gap of 8 hr can be taken in a day) for 3 days 3. Lot of fluids to be taken 4. Take proper diet homemade food like moong dal dalia, chapati etc. 5. steam inhalation carefully by steam inhaler twice a day for 2-3 days and let me know what medicines you were taking and also tell me if you are having other symptoms like cough/ throat pain/ burning urine/ stomach pain so that we can confirm cause of fever Get your CBC test done and review with reports

Whenever I get running nose due to cold nose-running stops automatically after 2-3 days but phlegm starts afterwards which does not stop until I take antibiotic. Recently I have acquired infection in throat due to eating/chewing pan-masala. Now yellow cough have started coming out. Not much but 4-5 times in a day. Please guide me to stop this problem. I am 70 years old male.

Hi, Take Kanakasava 2tsf + 2tsf water mixed to it, 3 times a day and Rhinorin Lehya 1 tsf twice a day followed by milk. Avoid cold and refrigerated food, oil fried food, sweets, etc. Drink boiled and cooled water. Wear warm clothing.

Because of very busy schedule eating breakfast at 6 AM. & dinner at 9 PM. No lunch. Taking coffee 3-4 time. No smoking &no alcohol. Please advice is their any issue in my schdule

Your eating schedule is an unhealthy one. Irregular eating habits affect the body metabolism, making the body at risk to various illnesses like high BP, diabetes, obesity, gastric problems etc. The human body works smoothly with regularity & irregular eating patterns may disrupt its normal rhythm. When you eat at irregular times, the body goes to a stress mode. Do not skip meals; eat heavy breakfast, lighter lunch & very light & early dinner. Sometimes skipping meals & sometimes overeating is not good for health. You eating breakfast at 6 am & dinner at 9pm are long gaps between meals. Do not give such long gaps. Besides the above three main meals, eat small healthy food in between like fruits, salads, fruit juices, soup etc. Avoid junk food & drink plenty of water. Make a routine for your meal timings as comfortable to you, & try to stick to the meal timings. Have the major meals at the gap of 5-6 hours. In between, at the gap of 2-3 hours take some small snacks in the daytime, & avoid eating more at night time. Take coffee twice only. To stay healthy it is very necessary that you eat a balanced diet to nourish the body. To achieve a balanced diet, include a wide variety of food from the following food groups, in-order to provide all essential nutrients to the body: 1. Protein containing food like poultry, eggs, sea food, nuts, beans including soybean 2.Diary food like milk, cheese, yogurt; these are rich in calcium, vitamin D & potassium. They also contain protein. 3. Variety of fruits & vegetables. These are low in calories & rich in vitamins, minerals, antioxidants and fiber. 4. The grain group, which consist of breads & cereals like rice, oats etc. These are high in fiber, protein & other essential nutrients. 5. Oils including vegetable oils, low fat oils, mayonnaise etc. Also make required changes in diet according to age, health status, body needs, activity level, climatic & seasonal changes etc. A properly balanced diet will not only keep you healthy, but will lower the risk of various illnesses like obesity, diabetes, hypertension etc.

Ayurveda believes in digestion not into giving heavy food for weight gain. According to ayurveda, food which are easy to digest but nutrient can gain weight. But I need detait history for perfact solution. Like your appetite? bowel habits sleeping habits kind of your work or job life style diet etc. But till you can do following: take daal rice more. Use cow ghee n milk. Avoid over eating start massage with til oil in morning, after that, do exercise whatever you want then bath focus in yourself avoid stress anger fear take ajvayan 1 tsp after meal. Start chyavanprash in morning. It will beneficial in this condition.

In hypothyroidism eat as iodine -rich meals, banana, intake at least 8 glass of water in day. Eat more fiber rich foods, coconut oil, green tea, tyrosine -rich foods, low fat milk, avoid soya - products, avoid spicy and oily foods. Go for walk daily, do exercises---yoga. It help in reducing over weight. Thyroxine medicines used in hypothyroidism.
