I am married and I have a friendly relationship with a girl who is married also. We have no physical relationship at all. We just had occasional chat and talk over phone. When my wife came to know this, then the girl whom I love have stopped all relations with me. Even she has blocked me every where. I know that for last 10 years. You have reduced the number of calories you consume every day, have started going to the gym or exercising at home, but do not see any difference on the scale? Well, there are can be certain reasons behind it. Check out the reasons behind why you aren?t losing any weight-

Over-Eating Healthy Foods - Of course, 1200 calories from burger and French fries aren?t the same as 1200 calories from nutritious foods. But, sometimes, overeating on healthy foods can be the cause of why you aren?t losing any weight. Sometimes, eating too much of healthy foods might cause brain to make more of the hormone ghrelin, which makes you feel less full and slows down your metabolism.
Thinking about Exercise- This might just sound weird, but it is absolutely true! People who think about exercising a lot tend to eat 50 percent more. There is a simple explanation about all of this. Thinking about workout makes you feel that you can snack some more and burn off those calories. So, you end up eating more. Well, some places where calorie-counter doesn?t work.
Underestimating Calories- So, you have been thinking that you are eating 1500 calories a day. But are you? Sometimes, we underestimate our portions or number of calories. On other occasions, we forget to add information about things we have eaten. So, keep a journal, measure your portions and get the idea. This will help you with weight loss.
Sleeping too little- Not shutting your eyes for a few hours will leave your body into carb and fat craving survival mode. People who sleep fewer than 4 hours tend to eat 300 more calories on the next day.
Medical Condition- Just because you aren?t losing weight doesn?t mean you always have a medical condition. But sometimes, conditions such as hypothyroid, insulin resistance and PCOS can decrease your ability to lose weight. So, go ahead and see a doctor.

Hello, here are some tips to increase your weight, but most important is your confidence. Your looks don't define you, your talent does, so cheer up and go with the confidence for your interviews: ok so let's talk about weight gain, healthy weight gain: eat more often. Frequent meals. Min 6 meals in a day. Increase your protein intake. Have nuts, eggs, soyabean, soya paneer, cheese, milk. Don't drink water before meals. This can fill your stomach and can affect your appetite. Eat plenty of calories at each meal. In between you meals you can have nuts or milkshakes. Like banana milkshake, chikku milk shake. Get quality sleep. Heavy stress can also affect your weight gain. Avoid stress. Keep your body hydrated. Drink plenty of water. Try to avoid junk and fried foods. They can affect your metabolism and can cause you to gain fat instead of muscles.

I am just worried that I have problems with my health. They were saying that menstrual cramps is quite normal, but I've just noticed that most of them can still handle the pain and function well. But with me, it was really painful to the point that I really can't stand, walk, and function well. It feels like my uterus is killing me. I always depend on painkillers and sometimes they are not working with me. I don't want to depend on medicines anymore. It was just really hard, is this still normal?

Hello- Menstrual pain are not normal. You can check on your elders at home for this as two decades earlier only few % of females were suffering from the issue and presently few % is exempted from this agony. The reason behind is improper diet and schedule done specially near the time of menses. Pain during menses is due to improper tone of uterus muscles. Use Dashmoolaristha 2 tsp twice daily for 10 days before menses. This single medicine will cure all of your menstrual problems (do not use the medicine more than ten days as the body will become habitual to it and will not respond quickly)

Primary objective of your treatment is weight reduction and maintain normal BMI of 18-25. This will regularize the monthly cycles and also help you get pregnant. You can take Metformin to reduce weight. You don’t need to take any medicine till 3 months for the menses to come. Only after 3 months of missed menses you should take medicines like progesterone Tablet (Deviry 10 mg twice a day for 5 days) for getting menses. For reducing your weight you should have brisk walk or jogging for 4-5 km daily, high protein diet (fish, chicken, mutton without fat, pulses, mushrooms), low carbohydrate diet (avoid rice, chapatti, bread, poha, upma, idli, dosa, potato, sugar etc and can use bhakri instead) and low fat i. E. Less oil and preferably use rice bran oil.

As you are young and so there is still chances of gaining height. There are methods by which you can gain some centimetres of height. 1. The height of body is largely depend on the length of your spine (vertebral column or back bone in general language). So you have to add the exercise of stretching of spine daily in morning. Here are the exercises! * first stand straight bare foot on floor, then raise your arms upwards then raise your heels of foot with breathing in, try to stand on heels for 10-12 seconds and slowlylower down your heels back on the floor and breath outthe air. Repeat this exercise 5-8 times in morning. *sit on the floor, stretch you legs together so that both foot touch each other. Now raise your arms upwards together with back straight, now move your hands towardstoes of feet and touch them. Your forehead touching your knees. Slowly revert back the arms and move back arms in normal position. Repeat this exercise 2-4 times daily. 2. Bone growth depends upon the adequate intake of calcium rich diet. So take 300 ml of rich cream milk, 200 gm of cheese and 2-3 eggs regularly. It will definitely give boost to your bone growth. 3. Vitamin d play very important role in bone growth. So sit in sun rays for atleast 8-10 minutes in morning of evenings when the sun rays are notso strong. 4. The growth and height is controlled by growth hormone which is secreted by pituitary gland situated in the brain. So take meditation and have a stressfree lifestyle. Take 6-8 hours of sleep daily. For meditation, listen toslow and spiritual music, take long breaths for 15-20 minutes everyday. It makes your pituitatry gland healthy and working properly.

I am a commerce student if +2 and nowadays am going through extreme situations of my life. I listen sad songs at night. Cry unnecessary. .and moreover my so called treatment is also going in PGI Chandigarh which I think will not be fruitful please suggest me something. Thankyou.

You haven to mentioned what this 'so called treatment' is all about and what for too. You sound like you are depressed about something and at your age, this is quite concerning. At your age this claim is serious. If you have depression then there are some major ramifications to take into account. I believe there may be some genetic predisposition or there has been some childhood issue, related to anger, that needs urgent attention. You must go and meet with a counselor immediately and if that person advises that you meet with a doctor you must do so and cooperate to your utmost. Please visit these professionals along with your parents. In the meantime please do the following sincerely because you could resolve the problem better with good cooperation: Have a good night’s sleep, have a good breakfast of more proteins, meditate often, remain free of stress, eat a lot of fiber, nuts, avocado, exercise regularly, eat dark chocolate, do Yoga meditation exercises, etc. I suggest you do the opposite of what this depression makes you feel like doing (actually, not doing): you will need to fight this condition. You must become active; stay upright during the daylight time; meet people; never sleep during the day, wake up by 6 am every day, play some active games, especially contact games, do physical exercises, talk to people and join some social clubs, attend Yoga classes etc. Watch sitcoms on TV or comedies and cheer yourself up. Go for excursions in groups, for outings, camps, conferences, and religious conventions. Get a pet dog and spend time training it, exercising it and relating to it. Expose yourself to some sunlight every day, at least, 30 minutes but not in the scorching heat. Whatever happens, please incorporate these three important adaptations in your life: always be responsible, be respectful, and be functional. If you did these three, lots of things will go well in life. Please pray and have faith in God to alleviate your sufferings. Don’t wait for others to help. Use your own motivation, which might be at its lowest, but persevere and win this battle. Above all to be really happy, you need to live in love and for love. Learn all about emotions and how to handle them and that will get you out of the depression rather easily and quickly. A counselor is there only to facilitate you, all the hard word must come from you, and your cooperation with that person is very critical for your success. Be positive every day and learn to be contented with what you have. Do some left brain exercises: it is the happy brain. Here are a few suggestions: shut your left nostril and breathe, move your eyes from right to left and vice versa for at least half a minute at a time, and do callisthenic exercises with some form of counting, regularly. Whatever happens please cooperate with the therapy and do not discontinue until the condition is completely resolved.

You both might have a stomach infection. You have to start proper medication for that. In general start drinking Dry ginger water. Take 1/2 teaspoon Dry ginger water in 3 liters of water boiled it and drink it when you feel thrust. Eat less food, avoid junk, spicy oily, fermented and stale food.
