White Hair or greying hair mainly occurs when your hair follicles stop producing melanin, the pigment that gives hair its color. Though, ageing is the primary reason of grey hair but premature greying of hair in early 20s or 30s is now common. Genetic factors, stress, lack of nutrition, chemicals, smoking or any underlying disease like thyroid or anemia can also lead to premature greying of hair. All these factors lead to underproduction or zero production of melanin that leads to grey or white hair. Lack of minerals like zinc, copper is one of the most underestimated yet one of the most analysed reason of grey hair. Turning already grey hair into black is not possible, but you can always control further greying of hair. A balanced diet is the most effective solution to control greying of hair. Include lots of fresh fruits, vegetables, protein rich sources of food in your diet. Load up on food items containing antioxidant and vitamin C like gooseberry, oranges, lemon etc. Try to stay stress free, limit your on-screen time, do exercises and yoga that will increase oxygen in your body and hair. Some cost effective hair care tips at home can also give you wonderful hair and prevent further greying - Give warm oil massage to your hair with different oils like sesame, olive oil, castor oil. If you want to stay chemical free than you can try some natural conditioners like thyme, rosemary tea, chamomile tea or sage tea to rinse your hair post hair wash.

Dear you are suffering from" under weight" problem. You can increase your weight by following regular good diet (3/4 meals - breakfast, lunch, evening snack time, dinner, milk in night/morning as suits you) enrich with vitamins, proteins, minerals, carbohydrates, fats (milk products i. E. Milk, butter, paneer, ghee, etc.), pulses, potato, tomato, etc. If you will follow these tips given free of cost, you will definitely gain at least 5 kg. If possible small rest after meals. If you have any doubt, ask question in private/ in person. Do your best and all the very best.

I am 26 years old married lady i am suffered from hyperthyroidism and pcod from last 4 years now thyroid is in control and pcod are still there and testosterone levels are also hegh from past one year I have no periods but on july 22 of this year I find some blood drops so on panty and some blood lumps. If there is tooth decay you should get it filled as early as possible to avoid further more pain and infection. For further prevention you should follow some routnes. -brush regularly two times daily with soft bristle toothbrush. - rinse your mouth after each meal. - floss your tooth to prevent food impaction. - avoid sticky and sweetened food. - avoid alcohol tobacco products and smoking. - visit a dentist regularly every 6 months.

To avoid this your motion should be go free. Take more water, fruits and vegetables. Banana is good .put dry grapes in warmwater in night and next day morning take it. Take abayarishtam 30 ml twice daily after food mornings and evening.

Advice. Avoid sitting cross legged. Avoid squatting- quadriceps exercises- lie straight, make a towel role and put it under the knee, press the keen against the role, hold it for 20 secs. Repeat 20 times twice a day. This will help relieve some pain. Core strengthening exercise- straight leg raised with toes turned outward, repeat 10 times, twice a day. Hams stretching- lie straight, take the leg up, pull the feet towards yourself, with a elastic tube or normal belt. Repeat 10 times, twice a day. Sports taping- stretch the tape from both ends and apply on the affected area contrast fomentation (hot and cold).

Dear Lybrate User, *Avoid hot, spicy foods, fermented foods, white sugar, white flour products, and sour or citrus fruits, because they aggravate the Pitta in your body. *Drink more water and eat more fiber, fruits and vegetables, and whole grains. *Avoid excessive sugar or salt, refined foods, animal products (meats and dairy), caffeine, tea, and alcohol, as these items will further lead to aggravation of Pitta. *Avoid direct exposure to the sun, as migraine headaches are predominantly a Pitta disorder and can be triggered by the hot sun. *Head massage with Bhringraj Oil is also beneficial. This massage gives a calming effect to your nervous system. *Headaches caused due to tension and worry can be alleviated through deep breathing and relaxation, especially in a lying down position in a quiet place. Inverted postures, or those where the head is lowered briefly, increase oxygen to the brain and can reduce headache-causing strain.

Balanced diet is very essential for maintaining healthy skin. Avoid excessive intake of junk and proprietary foods. Include fruits, raw vegetables and fresh vegetable juices in your diet. Avoid smoking and alcohol. Avoid very oily, spicy and sugary foods. Drinking good amount of water and fluids is a must to help flush out toxins from the body. Drinking lemon water in the mornings can help clear the digestive system and avoid constipation. Avoid crash diets or diets that call for avoiding any particular food groups totally. Sleep well and exercise regularly. Maintain hygiene. Acidity will reduce once you eat a balanced diet.

Hi do the stretching exercises for 5 to 10 min daily twice for you r legs. And apply heat pad for 5 min daily twice if you have any doubts revert me back.

You may be suffering from tinea cruris which is fungal infection of the inner thighs and buttocks area. It can be treated by taking four to six weeks of anti fungal treatment which includes tablets along with creams. Do not use soap over that area. Mistreatment with over the counter Steroid containing creams like fourderm, panderm, quadriderm, hh zole, candid b etc lead to repeated case of recurrence and also side effects due to application. Mr. lybrate-user, You are right that there should be more research in the field of diabetes, and it is happening. The only difference between various diseases which you have mentioned and diabetes is that those are all infections some caused by bacteria and some by viruses. Infections can be cured by using drugs like antibiotics and anti -virals. Plus vaccination so that our body makes antibodies against the invading organism and fights them. But diabetes, hypertension, hypothyroidism, hyperthyroidism are part of non-communicable diseases. Some of them particularly diabetes and hypertension are directly linked with the lifestyle a person follows. T1 diabetes is is an autoimmune disease where our own immune cells produce antibodies against Beta cells which secrete Insulin, destroying them. This leads to diabetes which has to be treated only with insulin injection that too for the whole life. In 1921 Insulin was discovered, which is now helping us save life of scores of diabetic patients. T2 diabetes is increasing mainly because of increasing excess eating, taking in of lot of junk foods, inactivity, indulgence in alcohol and smoking. Sir. I underwent open heart surgery at my 62 years of age i. E. In the year 2000. I was alright and take ecosprin 150 every day. Recently I observed that when I take my food or tiffen, I feel some pain while walking even a bit distance. This remains for half an hour so then I will be alright. Please. Advise me the reason for this and any suggession by way of medicine etc. Thanking you sir.

Dear , chest pain occurring on walking is definitely angina. You should start taking tab angispan tr 2.6mg bd, and tab nikon 5 mg bd and see if the pain improves. If it does not improve, get a coronary angiogram done, there could be new blockages.
