I am suffering from gas problem due to which pain is there in stomach and digestion upset.
Hi lybrate-user, The most important symptom of gastritis is the pain in the stomach, first comes the nausea, than the vomiting and bloating of the stomach. Gastritis symptoms are more intense when the stomach is empty or immediately after the entry of harmful foods and substances. Fortunately, the treatment of gastritis can be very successful with a little help from natural resources, especially if they are used in the early stages of the disease. So if you have these problems with your stomach you have to know that natural medicines for gastritis are all around us. The best way is to try proven traditional medicine. 1. Cabbage - A very popular and effective natural medicine for gastritis is cabbage juice. It protects the gastric mucosa, eases the pain and prevents possible further irritation and ulcer formation in the stomach. 2. Parsley - Parsley is also known as a very effective medicine for gastritis treatment. It is necessary to prepare tea from this herb and this is the recipe: chop several parsley roots (about 3-4 tablespoons). Pour 2 dl of boiling water and wait 15 minutes. Drink it slowly, 2-3 cups a day will be sufficient. 3. Carrots - A successful treatment of gastritis can be achieved with drinking fresh squeezed carrot juice. Be sure to drink on an empty stomach, every morning, through a longer period of time. This method is totally safe, drinking carrot juice has many benefits, and to name at least one -- cleansing the body. 4. Flaxseed - Flaxseed is the next effective natural remedy of gastritis. In a glass of warm water put one tablespoon flaxseed, leave it for 12 hours, than drink it as a tea. 5. Barley - Barley has a similar effect and it is used in an identical way as the flax but here we have so-called ,barley water, In a glass of water add one teaspoon of barley, leave it for 12 hours and than drink it as a tea. 6. Traditional teas for gastritis - For the treatment of gastritis, traditional medicine recommends the use of tea from these herbs: chamomile, yarrow, mint, marigold. They are useful for releasing the pain caused by the gastritis. Hope this helps. Good luck.

Hi lybrate-user, Curing or preventing the problem takes time, but it can be reduced to a great extent by following simple home-based remedies. 1. Avoid Fatty Food - You must avoid the food that affects your intestines the most. This includes items like broccoli, cabbage, onions, beans, peas, and carbonated drinks. If dairy products are a problem, try low-lactose or lactose-free varieties. 2. Exercise Regularly - Regular exercise and evening walks help in reducing the problem. Exercise keeps our body fit and helps in maintaining our abdominal system at a healthy, balanced level. 3. Eat Slowly - The rapid intake of food can often result in digestive problems. Your digestive system needs time to digest the food that can not be done if you eat too quickly. Chewing your food is a must and can help in reducing gastric problems. Basically, those who eat fast should slow down in order to take care of their intestinal problem. 4. Avoid Artificial Sweeteners Hope this helps. Good Luck.

Hi Doctor, Six years back, In sleep I had a sharp pain in the inner anus. From then, I wasn't able to control my anus (sphincter) muscle and I was getting that pain then there. Controlling in the sense, I cannot able to close it fully how hard I try. I could feel the movement (contraction and expansion) was very minimal. So my anus, wasn't to able expand to the fullest and later I started to develop constipation because of this. So constipation led to make a small bump in the right side of the anus. I realized that there was something not right. Over the four years span, I got the anus pain then and there, and after every pain, gradually the anus ring (i don't know whether its External or internal anal sphincter) got very rigid. From then I cannot expand it, I was able only to shrink it to a minimal extend and not fully. I was really afraid to go a doctor then. Then a year back from now, I went to a doctor, he said that I have anal fissure. I visited another doctor and he said its hemorrhoids and I had a laser operation for that. After, my anus become really small, only soft stools can pass. The initial source of the problem still exits. The operation made the condition worst and it made my anus really small. I visited the doctor from who I took the operation and explained this. He said that everything is okay and told me not worry. From then, I don't know what to do. Now passing stool daily morning became a difficult task for me and since my anus is small, I cannot take shit in a single time and that added more to the constipation. My anus ring (sphincter) become really really rigid and solid. Not able to expand and able to shrink only very little amount. I cannot hold stool if its commit urgent, since I cannot shirk it to the fullest. Every time when explain all these things to a doctor, they consider that my problem is anal fissure or hemorrhoids. But the problem is really not that. From my personal experience, I say it because for of the inability to control the anus (outer sphincter) muscle. I really stuck with this and I don't know how to proceed. Can you please help me? Thanks.

Masturbation is harmless It will never cause any ill effects No organ is damaged. It is a superstition more prevalent in the North. Semen is only secretions from seminal vesicle, prostate, Vas deferens, and sperm from testis. Nothing more. Just like secretions from nose during a cold as far as our body is concerned. No vitality is lost during ejaculation as we popularly believe. Masturbation is perfectly normal sexual outlet. No need to be felt guilty about it.
