Its quite natural that he is limping it will take time to heal and you will need a follow up with your vet.

Brushing vigorously to remove old hairs and add some fur tonics like nutricoat advance or etc, wait for 15 to 20 days for replacement of old coat.

Do not give bolied eggs give only cerelac first stage for few days, vaccinate at the age of 30 days with puppy dp, deworm her before that rest your vet will guide.
