U need to take a balanced diet eat low calorie foods do exercise eat good fats intake of oil is 15-20 ml use refined oil eat more vegetables and fruits avoid sweets drink green tea with lemon juice with out sweets.

I am 19 years young boy, my question is how to increase my energy? Last 1 month I fill my energy is always very low.

Eat balanced meals including fruits, nuts and dairy. Avoid fasting for more than 3 hours. Avoid late dinners. Avoid junk foods, aerated drinks and tea or coffee. Exercise or indulge in any sport of your choice. Get your vitamin b12 and d and haemoglobin levels checked.

Dear, These are some instructions & methods for good sleep: • Frequent oil massage of head with oil relax your mind and enhances sleep. You can also do foot massage daily it destress you. * Eat food with a bowl of curd and after that off the light and go to sleep because after eating meal our brain become relax and sleep comes. • Drink a glass of milk at night daily. * Avoid the excess use of laptop and phone during night. They also cause sleeplessness. • Do not take caffeine, tea & alcohol in excess and these are stimulant,(activate) your brain result in lack of sleep. • Avoid drinking alcohol & smoking. • Do not take stress. Do meditation and long breathing pranayams to relax the mind.

Plz help me. I feel very uncomfortable from 1 week. Suffering from heart pain, stomach pain, breast tenderness-soreness-tingles, headache and white creamy vaginal cervical mucus and feeling sleepy tired all day. I'm 21 years old unmarried girl. I have an unprotected sex with my boyfriend on 23-24 April, 2016. My periods are always regular and comes on 25-26 days gap every month but this month it comes almost 5 days late with less bleeding not as always. Take pranacharya allergin capsule twice a day. Take panchnimbadi churna with water twice a day. Take panchtikta ghrit guggul and arogya vardhini vati with warm water. Take pranacharya charm vikarasav 2-2 tsf with water twice a day. Apply marichyadi oil on affected part. Take these medicines in supervision of a good ayurvedic doctor.

Hi effective method to treat dandruff would be to combine 2 tablespoons of fresh apple juice with 2 tablespoons of warm water. Dab this on the hair and keep it for 10-15 minutes before rinsing. Do this for once or twice a week to cure dandruff. Apply ketoconazole lotion on your scalp once in a week.
