Headach as of now for headache you can take tablet paracetamol. But we will have to make a diagnosis to get to the cause of it which can be either due to frontal sinusitis or due to migrane or due to refractive error of the eyes or due to other causes for which you have to investigate.

Acne: it is an inflammatory disease of the sebaceous glands (the oil-secreting glands) and the hair follicles. It is characterised by whiteheads, blackheads and pustules. Scarring is common and is usually associated with an oily discharge. Cause: the cause is not fully understood, but the probable causes can be: heredity hormonal imbalance esp. During puberty hygiene improper diet stress drugs like corticosteroids dos and do not's: wash your face frequently, at least 5 times a day, taking care that it does not become too dry. Do not scrub your face while washing because scrubbing on inflamed skin aggravates the acne. Use a gentle cleanser made with natural ingredients or herbs rather than chemical preparations. Do not use scented soaps and use a mild anti-bacterial soap if possible. Try not to apply cosmetics regularly or use non-greasy light make-up of repute. Do not sleep with your makeup on. Do not overexpose your skin to the sun. Preferably wear a hat while going out. Do not break your pimples else it will lead to secondary infection. You can use facial steam to reduce inflammation and infection but never more than 15 minutes and not more than once a fortnight. Diet should be rich in natural whole foods like whole grain cereals, fresh fruit salads and vegetables raw or lightly cooked. Avoid fatty food, chocolate, ice cream, butter, cakes, white bread, sweets and fried food. Supplements of vitamin a and zinc may be used. Regular exercise will make your circulation better. See a doctor if: your acne does not respond in 2-3 months following the advice listed above. If your acne is infected and there is pus-like discharge. Hi lybrate-user, A myriad of factors can contribute to weight gain among individuals who believe they’re eating wholesome foods. It’s not just what you eat, but how much, and when. Even the amount of sleep you get each night can affect your weight. 1. Check What you are eating: Examine the quantity of healthy food you’re consuming and the ratio of liquid versus whole foods. Just because a food is considered “healthy,” doesn’t mean you can eat unhealthy amounts of it. 2. Don’t Rush or Skip Meals - Rushing through meals can cause you to eat more than you planned. Chew deliberately during your meal and drink water between bites to slow down your typical eating pace. 3. Keep Your Metabolism Moving - You need about an hour of exercise a day, even if you’re eating healthy. This doesn’t have to be a heart-pounding cardio workout; a simple walk is a good start. 4. Get your hormones tested - Sometimes our body works against us, despite our best efforts. If you have a family or personal history of endocrine problems such as hypothyroidism, Cushing’s, polycystic ovarian syndrome, or you’re going through menopause (average age for women is 51), andropause (more gradual for men), or perimenopause (8 to 10 years before menopause), you may want to have your doctor check that your hormones are in balance. Hormonal imbalances can make it difficult to lose weight, and in some cases, can cause you to add on pounds. 5. Get Abundant, Restful Sleep - The quality and quantity of your sleep is just as important as the kind of food you eat. You may want a doctor to assess the quality of your sleep if you wake up with a dry mouth or headache or are tired, even after a 7- to 8-hour rest. Hope this helps. Good Luck.

Hello don't worry. You can recover from your baldness if you follow these things: 1. Do not wash your hair daily. 2. Give you head hot oil massage - mix of olive, almond, coconut and sesame oil. 3. Eat food rich in proteins 4. Apply some natural herbs like bringraj, amla and shikakai 5. You can apply raw amla juice daily 6. Use apple cider vinegar to maintain ph levels of scalp 7. Keep your head covered in sun and pollution.

Simple Knee ExerciesSpecific knee exercises will also help ie. Keeping ball underneath the knee and keep pressing it. That's the simple exercise which will help you to strengthen the knee Ice therapy would definitely help to reduce the inflammation. We also advise you to use knee cap which would help to prevent the knee from damaging further and also to maintain the quadriceps muscle tone. I also advise you to use knee cap which would help to prevent the knee from damaging further and also to maintain the quadriceps muscle tone. Knee pain more than 2 weeks:if your knee is paining since 2 weeks, then you have to rethink whether you had any injury in the previous years. I also advise you to use knee cap which would help to prevent the knee from damaging further and also to maintain the quadriceps muscle tone. As arthritis is very common if anyone would've neglected any injury in the previous years. You can tnake Ultrasonic therapy in one of the nearby physiotherapy clinics which would help to heal the damaged cartilages along with shortwave diathermy which would help to improve the blood circulation. Ice therapy would definitely help to reduce the inflammation.
