Pimples or acne are common in this age group. These are due to hormone changes, infection and unhealthy diet take food with a high vitamin a, vitamin e and c contents. Drink lots of water. Regulate your daily activities, lower stress, increase sleep and do some yoga and exercise daily. Clindamycin gel in morning and nadoxin gel in night application will help. Medsoap for face wash.

Dark circles are because of lack of nutrients....sleep and weakness...ao take proper nutrients and drink plenty of juices and sleep for atleast 7 hours a day...drink 7-8 glasses of water every day

Hypertension, which is also known as high blood pressure is a prominent factor that is responsible for the development of many serious health issues like cardiac disorder, chronic kidney diseases, vision loss and stroke. The dominant causes of hypertension include troubled lifestyle style, genetics, environmental factors and internal imbalances. You cannot possibly control the chances of suffering from hypertension but you can always prevent and minimize the risk of the problems that are associated with hypertension.

The following are some lifestyle tips that can help you to manage and minimize the risk of developing hypertension:

Maintain a healthy body weight: weight plays a crucial role in the prevention of hypertension. People who are obese run the risk of developing hypertension. It is advisable to lose excessive body fat to maintain an ideal body weight. A well-maintained body weight minimizes the risk of hypertension.

Eat a healthy and balanced diet: unhealthy food intake is a primary factor that causes hypertension. Eating a healthy and balanced diet enables you to manage your blood pressure effectively. Incorporate plenty of fresh fruits and leafy vegetables, especially the ones rich in potassium. Limit excess intake of calories, sugar, and fat as they tend to increase the risk of hypertension.

Reduce consumption of salt: higher sodium intake increases your blood pressure level. Avoid high-sodium processed and packaged foods as they are high in sodium content. A low-sodium diet enables you to keep your blood pressure normal.

Exercise regularly: an active lifestyle is known to lower the risk of hypertension. Make sure to indulge yourself into some physical activities on a daily basis.

Limit the alcohol intake: excessive intake of alcohol can raise your blood pressure level. Limit your alcohol consumption to minimize the chances of hypertension.

Monitor your blood pressure: monitor your blood sugar level on a regular basis. Hypertension usually does not show any symptoms. If your blood pressure ranges between 120-139/80-89 millimeters of mercury it is an indication that you run a higher risk of developing hypertension. A raise in blood pressure demands moderation of lifestyle practices and controlled food intake.

Manage stress level: excessive stress and anxiety are not good for your blood pressure. Severe stress is known to shoot up your blood pressure level which leads to the development of many other health related complications including the improper functioning of crucial organs like heart and kidney.

As you said you have night secretion of semen. In the age of full maturity that is age 21-25 yrs, the sexual organs are fulled developed & hormones are in peak stage. To control the excitement & nightfall problem you have to follow these methods- * first you have to make your mind relaxed & free from the thought of sexual desire. For that practice anulom-vilom pranayam in the morning for atleast 5-8 minutes daily. * do yogasana namely padmasana & gorakshasana daily for 8-10 minutes. * completely avoid all addiction of alcohol & smoking. * avoid intake of peanuts, gur, til, garam masalas, almonds, wallnuts, kaju, pista. * avoid watching any type of adult movies, books & any pictures.

hi, you should go for brisk walk in the morning. do regular exercise atleast the 15 minutes. take lukewarm water with lemon in the morning. you should do belly exercise and skipping. don't take rice at night and don't skip breakfast. avoid junk food and oily food. take small and frequent meals. you can consult me privately online on lybrate i"ll give you menu plan.

IN typhoid fever take plenty of water. if you have severely dehydrated, you may need to receive fluids through a vein (intravenously). Avoid contaminated water.,avoid open foods and foods at outside of home. Wash proper hand before meal and after toilet . Drink warm water. Take liquid diet,juice,papaya, dalia, green veg., khamira with honey, avoid oily meal. Do tests cbc,typhi-dot, lft,kft,urine r/m,blood c/s, After tests take antibiotics by physician. Treatment a) Distract your mind by fixing eyes on horizon/ listening music b, choose the middle seat (Least movement experienced), use pillow/head rest to keep head still, close your eyes or look at a stable object in horizon, open window to get fresh air, listen music/counting backward from 100, stay calm during journey. Don’t read/play games/watch TV/video while driving, sit on front seat of car, move your head as little as possible, eat a light meal before travelling, don’t eat/drink anything while travelling, try to avoid strong odour.

Hi lybrate-user Im assuming by your question that your skin is damaged and your looking for its cure. Firstly drink plenty of water daily approx 3L according to your weight. Also have atleast 3 kinds of seasonal fruits daily. Apply aloe vera gel 2 tyms a day. Scrub your face 2 times in a week to exfoliate skin. Exercise regularly. This will improve your skin texture. If any skin complaint consult privately.
