Hi my hair are getting white day by day. I am 25 years old. Wt should I do? please advise.
If you have 'paittik' nature of body (heat in body) or 'kafaj' (chronic cold etc), pre mature greying may occur as often seen. There r other dietery reasons too. Pl write little history and also family history regarding greying of hair. Some hair oils made at home as per 'tel Pak vidhi' and complex iron calcined with myrobalans, Cow's clarified butter and honey in appropriate ratio is very useful. Pl consult if required. Till then make powder of Indian gooseberry, black seasame and Eclipta alba and take in divided doses. Almonds may be chewed 5-7 in no. Every morning. Sheershasan may be learnt and done for few minutes. Shadbindu and Anu oil 'nasya' may be taken. Food should be satvic. Bowel should be clean. See results in few weeks. Full effect may be seen in 4-5 months.

Hi, according to height your weight should be 67 kg. So you should go for 45 minutes brick walk and do exercise atleast 10 to 15 minutes. And use low calorie food and modrate protein. Use salad before meals. Take frequent meals instead of 3 big meals. You will definitely loose weight.

Do not try too hard to loose weight, if your test reports show normal fats and sugars. Get total lipid profile blood test cardiac ct done for blockages, echo test for % age of heart function and continue with healthy diet plus exercise as per your capability.

Hi, Daily intake of 2-3 cups of tea is good for health as it's a stimulant, so shouldn't be taken more than that. And daily brisk walk of 30 to 40 minutes is must for healthy life.

Dear lybrate user, for gaining weight take good diet is advisable. But before that your digestive system must good to digest food and elimation of vitamins, minerals etc sholud be used body and ultimately it helps in weight gain. Take more green leafy vegetables, rice, potato, sugar, sweets, fruits, fermented food, ghee, oil, ice cream, clod drinks etc food which contains high calory. Avoid too much physical as well as mental work. Don't supress the natural urges of urine, stool etc. Don't take opposite diet like milk and carrots, milk and sour fruits etc. Manage the stress and anger. It is necessary. Regular yogasana / pranayam / exercise can help you. Take protein rich diet more. For more details consult me.

We need more investigations with clinical examination to decide upon treatment. You may need cleaning, root canal treatment & capping. Until then apply clove oil on the decayed tooth. Rinse frequently with mouth wash.

There is in ayurveda mention pinda swed. It is a type of swedan karma [phomentation] but it do some another manner. 1. Boiled a rice in milk then take this rice in one white cloth then tied it properly and warmly it rub on your face every morning for 15 days then stop it and do next month again 2. Apply almond oil on your face and massage for 3-5 min at night. By doing above thing you will get good result take following remedies 1. Triphala kadha 4 tsp before lunch and dinner 2. Amala juice 4 tsp + 2tsp sugar + 2tsp honey in the morning empty stomach.

Sleep is the best reliever of all stress and physical pain. Not only is it important to get sleep, but also to sleep soundly and without any disturbance. The quality matters. Here are a few tips to get better sleep: 1.It is important to maintain the same sleep schedule every single day. This helps to naturalize your body clock and get the best quality sleep. 2.Switch off all mobile phones, laptops and other electronic devices. Their artificial glow not only hampers your eyesight, but also prolongs the amount of time your body takes to relax and fall off to sleep. 3.If your back pain causes you to continually wake up in the middle of the night in discomfort, then sleep with a pillow or cushion between your legs so as to straighten out your back and relieve pent up stress. 4.The importance of your pillow can never be stressed upon enough. Your pillow should be not too fat, hard or soft. It should just about support the natural curve of your neck, so that it is perfectly aligned with the centre of your body. Correct sleeping postures are extremely important. 5.Make sure your room is nice and dark so as to stimulate the secretion of a hormone called melatonin that is regulated by light exposure. Darker the room, greater melatonin, making you more sleepy. 6.Those who exercise regularly and well are known to be fitful sleepers. Exercise well before bedtime. If required, do some light yoga or stretching exercises that promote sleep. 7.What you eat throughout the day makes a difference to the quality of your sleep. Stay away from too much caffeine, alcohol, or a heavy meal just before sleeping. They only make you stay awake for longer and may cause heartburn or stomach trouble. Don't drink too much water, or else you will be making more midnight trips to the bathroom than clocking those sleep hours. 8.Try to keep your head clear of all worries and stress when in bed. Regular meditation and deep breathing can help. There is no end to all the things you can do to sleep well and comfortably. It is important to be self-disciplined to sleep well and hence be a healthy individual. Resting at night plays an important role in regulating your daily health and your level of energy throughout a day. Also, not only the quantity but the quality of sleep is also important for a healthy lifestyle. Bedtime habits do play a vital role in shaping up your lifestyle and personality as a whole. Here are many lifestyle habits that can help you to get sound sleep. Was she feeding her baby ? Most common cause of breast infection is breast abcess due to collection of extra milk , reason women are told to extract extra milk and store it in fridge. Other reasons are Diabetes , Bad Hygiene. You have got tested for cancer , get it repeated after 1 year by ultrasound which is equally correct to look for swellings and like mammography does not carry radiation risk.

Hye, thanks for the query. You cannot work on a specific body part. You have to work on overall fat loss and toning. Just eating cloves or lime water won't help loss of belly fat on its own. Try to eat small but frequent meals. Avoid long gaps in between meals. Drink a glass of lime water in the mornings to flush out your system & avoid bloating. Avoid junk as far as possible. Cutting out soda drinks, pastries, burgers is one way to quickly eliminate unnecessary calories fast. Also, refusing refined grains -- such as in white bread, pasta, pizza and baked goods -- and avoiding foods high in saturated and trans fats helps you trim calories and shrink belly fat. Choose white fish, egg whites, skinless chicken and beans, dals, low fat paneer and sprouts as examples of lean protein. Fill up on fibrous, watery vegetables; cauliflower, spinach, lettuce, peppers, green beans, pumpkin and cabbage. A small serving of whole grain roti or unpolished rice -- about 1/2 to 1 cup of rice or 1 roti -- rounds out your meals. If you find yourself hungry between meals, resist the chips, snack mixes and energy bars. Go instead for a piece of fresh fruit, some nuts or plain yogurt. Exercise at least 4 times a week. Include exercises that tone your back and abdominal muscles too. Lastly be committed. Remember it's a lifestyle change and not a one time thing. It's a balanced intake that will last you longer. All the so called diets and singular ab exercises or ab machines will not give you targeted results. The fats will remain as it is. It's all about overall work out and balanced diet.

Ok firstly posture correction must. Then tk muscle relaxant medicine according u. Avoid long sitting toward bending and lifting weight. Do stretching exercise in daily routine. For a healthy person do physiotherapy treatment and supplements must.

Hello Lybrate user- Irregular menses might occur due to two causes, first if your wife have developed anaemia (low hb count) or have experienced hormonal disturbances occur in PCOD (Poly cystic ovarian disease/Thyroid. It can be normalized by ayurvedic medications.

Hi my problem is my periods in this month have came earlier then other months. My periods date was 26 and this month I came in periods on 17, but its not normal flow of blood because there is hardly 2-3 drops of blood in whole day so I m bit worried about it and one more thing I would like to tell you is I m married and I have taken very hevy doses of medicines coz of illness and one unwanted 72 also. Most likely your periods have come early related to stress. However since it is less than usual I would advice you to do a urine pregnancy test as well. If negative simply monitor your cycles for the next two months. It should come back to normal.

100 hairs. 1% of hairs present on scalp is a normal count of hair fall. So no need to worry. You can take some general measures like take biotin supplements, wash your hairs regularly with shampoos without sls, avoid stress and protect hairs from enviornmental pollution.
