Take high fiber low fat diet. Drink lot of water everyday. Take small and frequent meals at regular intervals of 2-3 hrs. Avoid outside food completely. Ask me directly for customized diet plan for you.

Dear Mr. Lybrate-user, as you have already turned almost 22 years of age, I would like to tell you that increasing height at this age is difficult but not impossible also, you only have around 1or 2 last years in hand to improve your height because the epiphyseal plates of your long bones generally fuse completely by the age of 23-25 in most of the people, but by taking homeopathic height booster (best thing is that it has no side effects) you can increase your height maximum by 2-3 inches at this age. Hi,Acne is the most common teenage problem.Acne is a result of a blockage in the follicles or the pores on the skin. It includes whiteheads, pimples, blackheads and rashes, and occurs usually on the face, chest. Homoeopathy cures acne conditions like blackheads, whiteheads, skin rashes and oily skin very effectively. *Treatment part for the acne -- 1. Take kali brom 30 ch , (wsi) 3 drops daily morning empty stomach. 2. Take Berberis Aquafolium Q 10 drops with water twice a day. * Management part for the acne-- 1.drink 10 to 12 glasses of water daily. 2. Eat healthy and balanced diet including whole grain meals , green leafy vegetables and fruits. 3. avoid oily , junk and spicy food. *Home remedy for acne-- Crush coriander leaves and take out its juice, then mix it with a pinch of turmeric powder , now apply on acne at night.

Firstly, don't bite your lips. Apply a lip balm without color or flavour in it on lips. Use ghee, cream, or vaseline. Don't use menthol containing items. Avoid mints. Steer away from silver coated sweets. You vil also need a few medications.

Pimple never pick or pop pimples with your fingers, as it can lead to infection and scarring. A dietary therapy with the right medications for pimples can also help a lot. Kojic acid (a natural skin lightener derived from mushroom extract), arbutin (also called bearberry extract), and vitamin c (ascorbic acid) are great alternative ingredients to lighten scars left by acne. Don't use vitamin e on scars. You may have heard that applying vitamin e to a scar will help it heal faster. But according to a study, applying the nutrient directly onto a scar can actually hinder its healing, if you want medicine than, I will prescibe, like daily apply night microbenz cream daytime use ahaglo facewash.

Hello. I would prescribe you one ayurvedic medicine called" triphla" triphla is considered as a god's gift to us. Triphla is made up of 3 fruits - amla (indian gooseberry), haritaki (harad), bibhitaki (baheda). It's easily available in market (ayurveda stores). Dosage: eat 1 tea spoon with luke warm water every day in morning, empty stomach. Eat for 3 months and you will lose the extra fats. Another remedy is cabbage. It is considered to be an effective home remedy for obesity. Recent research has discovered in this vegetable, a valuable content called, tartroric acid which enables the conversion of sugar and other carbohydrates into fat. Hence it has a great value in fat/ weight reduction, a plate of cabbage salad would be the simplest way to stay slim a painless way of dieting. Thanks.

I am Keerthiga. 25 years old. I found dark skin on the both side of the nose. I asked beautician and they said its because of dehydration so drink water plenty and also apply moisturizer. After this practice I found bit improvement. Then I consulted one dermatologist. He prescribed me moisturizer .i continuously applied it. Then I could find some more improvement. The problem is I could not vanish it completely. If I get exposed to traffic pollution and sun. Its dark skin is clearly visible. Kindly get me a solution for this.

Hello, Kindly follow advises given below 1.Avoid using computers continuously, take rest for 5 min after working for half an hour 2. In pain free interval do neck exercise (kindly learn exercise by registered Trainer) 3. you can use thin pillow while sleeping so that normal posture of neck can be maintained 4.Maintain proper posture of body while watching TV/ studying Kindly go for cervical X ray AP and lateral and review with reports Consult Physician for Further Management

Dear, this occurs because our body has a sleep pattern of night sleep, this occurs due to help of sleep hormone which secrete in night. Due to the night shift your pattern become disturbed so for good sleep in morning follow these methods are given below: * eat food with curd and after eating meal go to sleep because after eating food our brain become relax and sleep comes naturally. * massage your head and foot with oil it also enhances the sleep. * drink a glass of milk. * you can read a book. Do long breathing pranayams. * do not do work on laptop or phone because it causes lack of sleep.

* sitting puts nearly twice the stress on the spine. Slouching while you sit increases the pressure even more. * slouching fatigues and overstretches the ligaments, causing back pain. * there's no vascular or nerve supply to the discs; they get their nutrition through movement. Reasons for your back pain: 1> tight leg muscles 2> weak back musculature 3> incorrect sitting posture treatment: 1> stretching - stretching of thigh muscles will help a lot. Consult a physiotherapist to teach you 2> strengthening - start exercises like swimming which helps to make your back muscles strong 3> change your position - try and put your wallet/ phone in the front pocket. Sitting upright as well as slouching is the worst posture while sitting. Support your back with a pillow/cushion while sitting.

Hi my name is akki. I'm very concerned about my fitness. I have to ask that my thighs, hips and calf are very bigger than normal. My upper part is ok but my lower body is bigger. I have done a lot of exercises for removing fat from that particular area like jogging skipping rope etc for 2 months but all in vane, these exercises reduced small amount of fat, when I see I worked a lot but not gaining any considerable result I stopped exercises now my lower portion looks as it was before exercises. And when I stopped these exercises my body weight also increased and my lower body getting more fat and also my body weight increased very very fast like last 30 days I am not working out during this period my weight increased from 71 Kg to 79 Kg I wanna to know why am I getting weight in lower body always rather than upper portion? Is it any medical issue? Am I suffering any disease?

Obaesity, being common, now a days due to irregular life style. - can be reduced, by opting-certain natural-norms in life & taking, meal, judiciously. * go for a brisk walk in d morning / evening at least 10 000, steps 45 mnts to restore blood circulation to nourish d whole body. * tk, 3/4 litres of water, free from conteminents to eliminate toxins and to regulate metabolism to burn fats cell & prevent constipation. Hello, this may be because of acidity/ indigestion/ gas you can take(if no drug allergy): 1. Tablet Meftal spas one tablet stat after food 2. Tablet Pantocid 40 mg before food once a day for 2-3 days. And follow care advises given below. Avoid food from outside, junk, fried, spicy fatty food take home made light food like moong dal, Dalia, chapatti also tell me associated symptoms like vomiting sensation, loose motion/ burning sensation in chest or any other symptoms are present or not? so that we can reach diagnosis. Consult physician/me for further management

1. Use mild shampoo to wash hair (you can make your own shampoo using reetha and shikakai at home). 2. Stop using conditioners. Use natural conditioners like egg, yogurt and lemon. 3. Massage your scalp with a mix of oils like olive, coconut, sesame, castor oil at night. 4. Apply raw amla juice on hair thrice a week. 5. Rub your scalp with the juice of white onion. 6. Use a paste of bhringraj on hair. 7. You can use some good hair packs like - fenugreek and yogurt, egg and green tea. 8. You can rinse your hair with organic apple cider vinegar after washing your hair to maintain pH balance of your hair.
