My sister is only 25 years old and just by now she has got most of her hairs turned grey. Thus phenomenon had started with her nearly three years ago slowly. But all of a sudden in recently her hairs have started greying in large numbers and rapidly. What can probably be the cause for this? How can this greying be controlled henceforth? * take 2 glass of luke warm water in the morning emty stomach. You can add 1 teaspoon of honey in water. * crush 1 garlic, 2-3 black pepper, 1 small piece of ginger & boil in glass of water & when it remains half then drink it once a day for 4-6 weeks.

Hello, proper digestion is responsible for healthy skin. Wash the area with saslic face wash, use hot towel and clean the area nicely. Pat dry, scrub the area gently, this will make the black heads smooth and you can remove them. If it does not help, see a good drmatologist for a clinical treatment.

It is normal to lose about 30-80 strands of hair in a day. The common reasons behind hair fall are lack of essential nutrients in the body, improper and unhealthy dietary habits, hormonal imbalance, certain medications, dandruff, alopecia and other scalp disorders, stress and tension etc. Natural oils such as coconut, olive, jojoba, almond etc. Can be used to massage the scalp for countering hair fall. Gently massage the scalp prior to head bath twice a week. Also check hemoglobin for anaemia and thyroid status with serum tsh. Have more proteins and trace minerals like copper, zinc, selenium in diet. Start taking a hair nutrition supplement. Keep stress away with regular exercise, yoga, meditation. Get the underlying scalp condition like dandruff treated.

Hye, thanks for the query. Lack of energy, stamina, stress headaches are usually due to poor eating habits and not eating as per the body's needs. Studying or working on an empty or too full stomach can trigger your stress headaches or migraine. It is important to know that just eating two heavy meals a day will not fulfill your nutrient needs. Most often we skip meals especially when at work or in college. We start our day on empty stomach but our work or stress or activity is never reduced. This causes weakness and lack of energy levels. Food is our source of energy and if you don't eat well as per your needs you are going to get deficient in many nutrients. So, start by eating the right foods at the right time. Eat meals at frequent intervals. Eat a mid meal between each main meal. Avoid junk foods. Include dairy, eggs, nuts, fruits in your meals. Avoid alcohol and smoking. Sleep well. Exercise at least thrice a week.
