First you should follow low calories food for weight loss. * in morning, take 1-2 chapattis with a bowl of cooked green vegetables. You can take a glass of lemon water with it *in lunch you can take a bowl of raw vegetables like carrot, radish, tomatoes, turnip or beetroot. *in evening, you can take a cup of green tea only with some pieces of friuts like apple, pineapple, pear. Avoid taking banana or mango. *in dinner, you can take vegetable soup or a bowl of cooked vegetables. But do not take potato, sweet potatoes. * you can take a cup skimmed milk 4 times a week only during day time. * work out for atleast 1 hour in morning, you can try skipping for 15minutes with a walk of 30 minutes and 5-10 minutes running. Follow these exercises in the morning - * lie down on flat surface, raise your legs without bending your knees, do it for 3-5 times daily * do not eat fastfoods and soft drinks, as they have high calories and the calories deposit in body in the form of weight if not utilised. * you can take medohar guggalu 1 tablet daily for quick weight loss but only under the guidance of ayurveda expert.

Follow these best tips for treatment of hair fall • Add protein containing items in your foods for healthy hair growth such as take a bowl of cereal daily and a glass of milk or 100 gm cheese or 1-2 eggs.. • To reduce hairfall, Practice Yogasana like SHIRSHASANA and SARWANGASANA only under the guidance of Expert. • you can use MAHABHRINGRAJ TEL of BAIDYANATH COMPANY and apply it 3 times in a week massage your scalp for 10 to 15 minutes daily. TIPS FOR PROPER SLEEP:: 1.Have a glass of whole milk (without the cream removed) with green cardamom powder before going to bed. 2.Have 1 teaspoon of licorice root powder with a glass of milk on an empty stomach in the morning. 3.Boil 3 grams of fresh mint leaves or 1.5 grams of dried powder of mint leaves in 1 cup of water for 15-20 minutes. Take lukewarm with 1 teaspoon of honey at bedtime. 4.Massage your feet with lukewarm mustard oil 2-3 times a day and before going to bed. 5. Take light meals at night and drink 10-15 glasses of water daily. 6.Stop using gadgets 1 hr before sleep.switch off lights at 11:00 pm. 7. Sleep in total dark room. 8.Add some fresh rose petals in a cup of boiling water. Keep it aside till it is lukewarm. Add ½ teaspoonful of sugar to it and have this twice a day. This is a good drink to uplift mood. 9.Do yoga daily 30 min n shavasana daily 5 min before sleep.... Do deep breathing for 2-3 min after every 1 hr....

Clean your hair properly and do overnight oiling n wash it in morning. Use more leafy green vegetables n milk in your diet, avoid using dandruff shampoo use normal one. Drink lot of water. And with all this for speedy recovery take consultation with good classical homoeopathic doctor for holistic and permanent cure.

Keep trying for iui. It can be a case of incompatibily between sperm and egg, called unexplained infertility because your reports are normal, or leave it to nature, too much of intervention / instrumentation can be a hurdle for normal conception.

Supplementation totally depends on your present food intake and activity level and, or stress levels etc. Supplementation is considered if your body is deficient in a nutrient, you have a medical condition that needs supplementation or your needs are high. Just adding a supplement does not help gain health. Even if you were to take it, your diet needs to be right, or the supplement is not of much help. Assess your requirements, improve your lifestyle and the supplement will help.

If there is no wound on skin stop applying fucidin cream. Redness or scar marks will be minimized with time. You just apply fresh aloevera juice 2-3 times a day and unboiled milk in the evening, will get relief.

Hair fall may be attributed to different reasons like using artificial colors, hair styling, chemicals etc. It may be due to some internal weakness also. Please go for herbal neem shampoo. Use shikakai and amla as conditioner (soak amla and shikakai in water overnight and boil a little in morning). Apply it on hairs. Keep for half an hour and then wash. It will condition the hairs. Avoid using comb in wet hairs.

Losing a loved one can be a highly charged and very traumatic time. Though coping with loss can be a deeply personal experience, below mentioned few basic and universal steps to the bereavement and grief process. Knowing these steps can help you to work through your grief over the loss of a loved one. Step 1: Allow the feelings Coping with the loss of a loved one brings up almost every emotion imaginable. There are times when more than one emotion seems to take hold at once, and you may feel as if you're “going crazy.” It's natural to feel this way, as it's normal to experience a number of different feelings. Gently remind yourself in your time of bereavement and grief that your feelings are yours, and they are well within the norm. It's important to your process to understand that there is no" right" or" wrong" when it comes to your feelings about losing a loved one. Step 2: Gather support While there may be times as you are coping with loss when you'll wish to be alone, it's important to gather a support group around you for those times when you might need them. Friends, family, a Minister or Rabbi and perhaps even a therapist are all people who can and should be accessed during your grief process. These individuals can be accessed for emotional support as well as physical needs, if required. The death of a loved one often leaves a large hole in the life of the survivor that can be, at least temporarily, occupied by a support team. Step 3: Allow the grieving process Bereavement and grief is a process. It's important to know that every person has their own way of coping with loss. You cannot put a time limit on your grief. You must allow yourself to experience the stages of grief as they come up. Stages may also be revisited. These stages are: Denial: Your experience is incomprehensible, initially. You find it impossible to believe the loss of your loved one is real, and you may be numb from the experience. Anger: As the truth of the situation begins to take hold, it's normal to feel anger and rage. This anger may be directed at yourself, the loved one for leaving you, doctors for not healing your loved one or even at God. Bargaining: It's not unusual for survivors to cope with loss by trying to negotiate, usually with their Higher Power. Don't be surprised if you find yourself trying to make an “if only” deal with God. Depression: The overwhelming sadness you feel is normal, and in most cases will not last forever. It's common to feel as if life will never be the same. Acceptance: While this final stage of bereavement and grief is called “acceptance,” this refers to coming to terms with the finality of the loss and moving forward with your life. It does not mean that, from time to time, you may not revisit some of the stages listed above, but rather that the pain of your loss will become more manageable. Step 4: Embrace life The pain of your loss is real and must be felt, there will come a time when you must begin to live your own life again. By working through overcoming the death of a loved one, you will come to a place of accepting the death as a reality. You will find yourself able to move forward and embrace your life without your loved one by your side. Your process through bereavement and grief are your own. Everyone responds differently to coping with loss. Above all, be kind to yourself and know that you will wake one day and find the pain is less, and life can go on.

Avoid spicy food in your diet and Also avoid peanuts and potatoes in your diet and Take syp cremaffin two tsp at night and apply lidocaine ointment and if necessary get it operated and For pain take tablet paracetamol 650 mg

I am 40 years old and my morning fasting blood sugar reading ranges between 129 to 139 for the last 4 months. I didn't take any medicine yet. My blood uric acid levels are also high (almost 9), even when I am a pure vegetarian (not even eggs) for the last 15 years. I tried a bit of homeopathy medicine for a couple of months about 3 months before. Not much of a change. It brought down the fasting sugar reading from 139 to 129 and I discontinued that medicine. I don't take any sugar for tea or coffee. I have cut down on my sweets intake and also have changed to organic rice with brown husks and sometime to millet like horsetail millet. I dont drink alcohol. I drink only green tea. I also have ran a half marathon of 21 kms in less than three hours about 20 days ago. I feel tired after lunch and feel like my head is spinning and want to lied down and sleep and when I wake up after an hour, my head feels very heavy. My urine is always yellow (from slight to dark yellow. I married at the age of 38 and have a son of 1 year old. My Mom, my Sister, and my paternal Grandmother all have had diabetes. Is there any way that this sugar reading could be brought down to 100 by mere lifestyle changes and not by medicine. Has it occurred to anyone before. You are already taking a diabetic diet and also doing exercises regularly which is good for your health. Now whether should we start with medication will depend on hba1c reading every three months.
