Women who have had an ectopic pregnancy in the past may have fault with the other tube as well hence the sub-fertility. Also potentially the chance of pregnancy may be reduced because the tube affected by ectopic pregnancy may have been removed. The increased flow in periods may be related to pelvic congestion secondary to infection or some other associated pathology.

It may be leucoderma. Its auto immune disease. Confirmation is done after proper examination n tking proper symptoms. It may be hypo- pigmentation. Try homoeopathic medicine it will provide permanent solution. Avoid spicy n oily food. Eat much green vegetables n salad. Don't apply any external application on this. Proper bodily symptoms is needed fr permanent treatment.

Hello, take, @ coffea cruda 200-, 1/2 an hr before going to bed/night. *@ nux vom 30-6 pills, thrice a day. *take, plenty of water* go for meditation* take, easily digestible diet.* avoid, watching tv, sit on computer in the late night. Junk food, dust smoke, alcohol. Report weekly. Stay fit.

Sir/mam , I am facing hairfall problem too much. Each time I feel itchy on my head . I scratch the hair come out with that . I truly don't understand. I apply all the thing to get rid of dandruff but its not going . As I made my hair short , in that also I am truly facing this kind of problem . There is little bit stress from my study, gf and sometimes money and future thinking. Sleeping problems also happens sometimes. No smoking no drinking . Foods lunch and dinner .Please tell sir .

1. Eat healthy – eat fruits, vegetables, and a high protein diet 2. Destress yourself. 3. Sleep for at least 6-8 hrs a day. 4. Have an oil massage at least twice a week with coconut oil or any oil of your choice. Condition your hair after shampooing . 5. Take tab adgain once daily after food for 15 days and revert.

Hair fall, increase in height and losing weight can all be dealt with good exercise and diet. . You just have to alter your daily routine, watch what you eat and be physically active. This requires you to be on your weight loss commitment for quiet long. As soon as you start seeing the results, you will be surprised as well as motivated to go beyond your weight loss and adopt and a lifelong healthy attitude. For a start please follow: 1.Watch what you eat – Are you eating too much junk, drink excessive alcohol and eating too much white food and sugar? Please cut it down to as low as you can from tomorrow. Cut down tea/coffee if you are too addicted to it. It is creating havoc inside your body. 2.Lifestyle – Are you a late sleeper and late riser? You can’t imagine what this schedule of yours is doing to your metabolism. It is degrading your digestive system from inside and your looks from outside. 3.Physically active – If you are a couch potato who loves to watch tv whole day then throw that couch of yours in the street and get yourself a treadmill tomorrow. Yes it is as simple as that. Who is stopping you? You have to be physically active all day long if you want to burn those extra calories. Do daily brisk walk, Pranayam, atleast 20 surayanamaskar everyday to start seeing the results. Take break between office work to walk a little or rather just climb some stairs to get that food you ate in lunch have space and heat to digest and absorb. What’s the harm in using your washroom to do a little middle of the day squats. Do that – No one is watching you. The key is to stay physically active all day long, no matter what. 4.Eat healthy and eat on time: Not only eating healthy is important but eating at right time is equally imp too. Have an early breakfast and early dinner and have 4 small meals between breakfast and dinner. To guide you a bit, here you go: a.Breakfast (Between 8-10 a.m) – Have oats/porridge or brown bread with milk and nuts. B.At 11 a.m - Cup of Green Tea c.Mid day meal (around 12 p.m) – Have a bowl of fruits. Citrus fruits are best taken during this hour and absorb well in the body. Have oranges, amla, pineapple etc during this hour. D.Lunch (between 2-3 p.m) – Daal, roti,mix veg, buttermilk and salad. You can also take brown rice with daal in lunch. Try to get your food cooked in olive oil. Lace your salad with apple cider vinegar, black pepper and seeds like flaxseeds or chia seeds to make it nutrition packed lunch. E.Between 4 p.m – 5 p.m – Cup of Green Tea f.Evening (4-6 p.m) – Have some nice sprouts with tomatoes and cucumber. G.Dinner (2 hours before sleeping, preferably before 9 p.m) – Paneer & veggies salad with olive oil, Roti or brown rice with Daal. H.Have a glass of warm milk.

To gain weight you should eat more calories than you burn. Plus not only you have to eat calorie dense food but you have to keep in mind that what you are eating is healthy too. In the process of weight gain you do not want to put weight in an uneven manner and look unhealthy rather than looking bright and healthy. 1. Start with changing your lifestly. Start working out if you are not active. The biggest myth that prevails now a days is that thin people do not need to work out. This is wrong. When you challenge your body, it is forced to grow. But this growth can only be possible if you are eating enough food to let the body absorb and grow in size and muscles. 2. Eat Healthy – Stop drinking and smoking too much if you are indulged in it. Limit your intake of junk food, pepsi, sugary stuff etc. Do not at all starve yourself. Make it a habit to eat something healthy every 3 hours. This means you have to eat 6 small meals in a day. Your Daily food intake should ideally consist of – a. Have plenty of nuts, dry fuits and seeds. Almonds, walnuts, sunflower seeds, pumpkin seeds, figs, dates and raisins. They are full of healthy fats needed by a human body. b. Good amount of fruits and vegetables – Bananas, apples, pomegranate, green leafy vegetables. Fruits and vegetables helps in absorption of food in the body and together, completes your daily nutrition need. c. If you are a non- vegetarian - Eat eggs, chicken etc. d. Eat whole grains – Try to have multi grains spread throughout the day. Wheat, brown rice, oats, bajra, daliya etc should be taken in multiple meals in a day. e. Eat Sprouts – Chana and moong which are full of protein and nutrients. f. You can supplement your diet with good quality multi-vitamin capsules. If you are lacking in protein, you can buy a high quality whey protein and have it with banana shake twice a day. g. You can take natural food items like wheat grass which is full of essential nutrients which helps in weight gain. Try to be patient while you are on the process of weight gain. Results take time to show. Just follow this regimen and you will soon start seeing the results.

Hello, Daily 6-7 hour sleep is sufficient Kindly follow advises given below to get peaceful sleep 1. strict to sleep time schedule 2. Do regular Physical activity 3. Regular meditation/ yoga 4. avoid Tea coffee after 7 pm 5. you can take bath at bedtime 6. Avoid daytime sleep

You can use a conditioner after shampooing. Also there are leave on serums that can be used to decrease the frizziness of hair.

Dear Lybrate User, *The most common diabetes symptoms include frequent urination, intense thirst and hunger, weight gain, unusual weight loss, fatigue, cuts and bruises that do not heal, male sexual dysfunction, numbness and tingling in hands and feet. *A normal fasting (no food for eight hours) blood sugar level is between 80 and 120mg/dL. A normal blood sugar level two hours after eating is less than 140 mg/dL.

Power meals are for these specified times only. Too many power meals will compromise building lean muscle by increasing fat gain and lowering your sensitivity to insulin to naturally produce hormones your body requires for gaining weight, specifically testosterone, you need to give it the building blocks it requires. Testosterone is made from cholestrol (simplified). To gain weight by building muscle you need testosterone. This is the main difference why males are more muscular than females. I had an anteriro cruciate ligament tear in my right knee a couple of months back.I was wearing a brace during those two months. I do not feel any pain know in the ACT areas but other muscle areas around the knee feel stiff. Slight pain still persists while i climb the stairs. Is physiotherapy advisable now ?

Hello, If you have a complete ACL tear i advise you get it reconstructed Arthroscopically as it renders knee biomechanically unstable. Also exercises need to be continued but upload your MRI Knee so that i can advise you.

I am a diabetic patient and everyday I take pills for it but I alternatively also drink alcohol(2 packs only), so is any problem will create in my health?

If you mean 2 pegs only, then 2 small pegs (30 ml each) should not be a problem. But, if you think alcohol is going to give you any benefit, then you are grossly mistaken. The proven health benefits are specifically for red wine only, not other forms of alcohol. Hence, my medical advise is that if you want to take alcohol, take only red wine 60 ml/day. Otherwise quit alcohol altogether. Many people have been misconstruing doctor' s advise and using it as an excuse to continue with their alcohol habits. That is harmful to you as well as wrong to put the blame on doctors.

Take low calorie and low sodium and high protein food. Don't take rice at night. 4-5 meals in a day in a frequent intervals. Take 1 glass of lukewarm water with 1 tsp of alsi powder in the morning and go for walk.

Regular massaging the scalp for a few minutes every day with lukewarm oil will lead to stimulation of blood flow to the scalp. Coconut oil helps in controlling hail fall. Other recommended oils are: Jojoba oil, almond oil, mustard oil, lavender oil. Jojoba oil is especially good because it replaces the sebum in the scalp. It also helps to control dandruff.
