You can go for Facial. It is because, on one side you can get your good face toned-up by activating facial nerve on face and other side in the process of facial massage, there comes a process of removing blackheads. So in that way your black heads can also be removed. All the best. :) Take care. :)

My lips line are getting dark and reddish thick in texture. Hello. Lemon is good in decreasing darkness. You can mix little rose water in lemon juice. Then apply on lips for few mins only. After this wash with plain water and apply coconut oil on lips. Apply sunscreen on lips when you go out in sun. Termeric is also good. Mix it with curd and apply on lips. When it dry wash with plain water. With this eat fresh juicy fruits. Keep in touch for more advice.

Hye. In order to lose weight you must either eat sensibly and exercise to burn off calories. Eat as per the body's needs. Food that is not used to fuel the body is stored as fat. A major component of losing weight is to make smarter food choices. Here's how: limit non-nutritious foods, such as: sugar, honey, syrups and candy, pastries, donuts, pies, cakes and cookies, soft drinks, sweetened juices and alcoholic beverages cut down on high-fat foods by: choosing poultry, fish or lean red meat. Choosing low-fat cooking methods, such as baking, broiling, steaming, grilling and boiling. Avoiding high-fat snacks like chips and chocolate. Avoiding fried foods. Using less margarine and mayonnaise. Avoiding high-fat gravies, cream sauces and cream-based dishes. Eat a variety of foods, including: fruit and vegetables, whole grains, breads, cereal, rice and pasta, dairy products, such as low-fat or non-fat milk or yogurt, low-fat cottage cheese and low-fat cheese, protein-rich foods like chicken, fish, dals and legumes, or beans should be included in your diet. Change your eating habits: eat three balanced meals a day to help control your hunger. Watch portion sizes and eat small servings of a variety of foods. Choose low-calorie snacks. Eat only when you are hungry and stop when you are satisfied. Eat slowly and try not to perform other tasks while eating. Find other activities to distract you from food, such as walking, taking up a hobby or being involved in the community. Include regular exercise in your daily routine.

Pl drink hot milk and Turmeric for two weeks. Take Swamla of M/s Dhootpapeshwar Ltd. Gargles with turmeric and salt n bot water. Massage with warm Mahanarayan and Mahavishgarbh oil.

Avoid heavy foods in night, please make it a point that too bitter, too sour, salty, hot, pungent, dry and burning foods are to be avoided as such foods cause distress, misery and disease. Thus deep frying foods or foods taking lot of oil as in gravy vegetables, salty foods, spicy foods, long preserved, frozen foods, junk foods like pizzas burgers chips are to be avoided, make vegetables and fruits as your daily eating habit, best is to take cow's milk in night before sleeping and have a bath before going to bed, do not smoke cigarette, chew tobacco, tobacco containing masala, or similar intoxicants which can disturb rhythm of mind and disturb sleep cycle, please read the following about stress management and treatment: ---- when your stress goes flying out the window stress is so all-pervading in this material world that everyone is tortured by it. Stress takes many forms. We are stressed by health problems, financial problems, interpersonal problems and many more. The solution for all varieties of stress is to understand that its underlying cause is bodily consciousness, the false identification of the self with the body. As soon as one realizes that he is not his body and that his real happiness is based on harmonizing his consciousness with the supreme consciousness, and he then learns the art of doing this, his stress goes flying out the window to be replaced with profoundly sweet transcendental bliss.

What should we when we are surfing from fever and what precautions we should take at that time.
If one has just fever with no other significant symptom, bed rest, plenty of fluids, regular food intake, take paracetamol tablets. Watch for two days. If fever persists or else you develop some other complaint like cough, chills, body pain, vomiting or loose motions visit your doctor.

Hair once turned white can not be turned into original color but further greying of hair can be controlled. 1. Use mild shampoo to wash hair (you can make your own shampoo using reetha and shikakai at home) 2. Stop using conditioners. Use natural conditioners like Egg, Yougurt and Lemon. 3. Massage your scalp with a mix of oils like olive, coconut, sesame, castor oil at night. 4. Apply raw amla juice on hair thrice a week. 5.Rub your scalp with the juice of white onion. 6.Use a paste of bhringraj on hair. 7.You can use some good hair packs like - fenugreek and yogurt, egg and green tea. 8.You can rinse your hair with organic apple cider vinegar after washing your hair to maintain ph balance of your hair. 9.Hair health depends on the amount of protein in your diet. Foods like chicken, eggs, fish, nuts, dry fruits gives you the required nutrients to keep your skin and hair healthy. So consume plenty of them. Eat things rich in Vitamin C like amla and oranges. 10.Drink lots of water to flush out toxins from the body.

decrease the amount of water intake.avoid excess intake of sugars,caffeine,alcohol. get your fasting blood sugar and serum and urine osmolality and specific gravity checked. if after restriction of water intake your 24 hr urine volume is more than 3 litres then u r having polyuria.

Hi I am 22 years old suffering from depression for the last 1 year actually I do not know what I am suffering from neither my doctors are not telling me I just heard from some where else that I am suffering from depression psychiatrist prescribed me zosert 50 mg, lonazep and zolnap tablets having been these tablets is not making me well I spoke t0 psychiatrist about it but psychiatrist asked me to take these tablets for 2 years more I get angry with myself that I am not getting sometimes I feel I will never get alright like a normal person is it I am going to be alright ? What should I do now ?is it a depression or something else ?

Dear lybrate-user, sorry about your struggles. I would say that everything is possible if we desire. I understand you want to get better without medicines, are you open to taking cognitive behaviour therapy, I don't think your situation is too bad to be on medication. My 5 years old son is having frequent nose bleed for last one month. Though the amount of blood is quite less but the onset can be as frequent as twice a day. We consulted ENT doctor about 15 days back and he suggested its anterior and suggested paraffin drops along with Saline. This reduced the frequency but not entirely cured the problem. For last few days the frequency has again increased. We stay in Pune and the weather has been dry but changing now. He is taking Oleptal DT 150 twice a day for childhood epilepsy. Please suggest if we should revisit a specialist.

Children has tendency of nose picking. So nose bleeding (epistaxis) is very common in this age group. Inn summer there is dry air which causes dryness in nose which also lead to nose bleed. I suggest you that you apply small amount of ointment neomycin in anterior part of nose along with saline nasal drops 3 drops three times a day for minimum 5 days. And also encourage child to avoid nose pricking.

This is a general low back ache and for this you can follow these measures: one keep a pillow right under the knee while sleeping, next is you can keep ice in the painful area for about 5--10 minutes, if pain still persists you can stretch your body by twisting the waist on both sides how we used to do in the school drill similarly you can try which will help you relax as well will reduce the pain. Ice can be kept in the low back where you have back pain. It is suggestible to wear lumbo sacral belt which would help you to build the abdominal muscle tone which itself would make you feel better. You can also wear mcr chappels which would help you to have less weight falling in the painful back. Anaemia always leads to the symptoms of being tired and also having back / leg pain though there may not be any pathological reasons for back pain. Back pain. It is suggestible to wear lumbo sacral belt which would help you to build the abdominal muscle tone which itself would make you feel better. You can also wear mcr chappels which would help you to have less weight falling in the painful back.

Hi kush firstly, start doing surya namaskar in morning and start eating triphla chooran (natural medicine) in morning empty stomach with luke warm water. Start a fruit dieting every alternative day, means you have to eat fruits every alternative days & normal fruit every other alternative days. Avoid late night dinners and try to eat nothing after sunset. Sit in vajrasana after every meal you eat for 10 minutes. Walk atleast 30 min in morning.

Hello, You should take a homeopathic tincture called Arnica Montana and mix 1 tsp in 1/2 cup of water and apply upon the face on the beard and the mustache area with a cotton swab. Then use the razor movement technique. Take Sulphur 200, 5 drops once in a week. Take pituitarinum 1x, 1 tablet daily for 15 days. Repeat the process every third day . Revert me after 1 month.

Dear lybrateuser, -Red wine contains a compound resverterol which is an antioxidant & suppose to have anti-inflammatory, anti blood clotting activity in the body -if you donot consume alcohol then do not start consuming as it is better not to start, a well balanced, nutritious diet & regular exercise are much more beneficial to keep the heart healthy & the body fit.
