How to get relief from stress I work 14 hrs on computer.
Practicing deep breathing meditation The key to deep breathing is to breathe deeply from the abdomen, getting as much fresh air as possible in your lungs. When you take deep breaths from the abdomen, rather than shallow breaths from your upper chest, you inhale more oxygen. The more oxygen you get, the less tense, short of breath, and anxious you feel. Sit comfortably with your back straight. Put one hand on your chest and the other on your stomach. Breathe in through your nose. The hand on your stomach should rise. The hand on your chest should move very little. Exhale through your mouth, pushing out as much air as you can while contracting your abdominal muscles. The hand on your stomach should move in as you exhale, but your other hand should move very little. Continue to breathe in through your nose and out through your mouth. Try to inhale enough so that your lower abdomen rises and falls. Count slowly as you exhale. If you find it difficult breathing from your abdomen while sitting up, try lying on the floor. Put a small book on your stomach, and try to breathe so that the book rises as you inhale and falls as you exhale. Relaxation technique 2: Progressive muscle relaxation for stress relief Progressive muscle relaxation involves a two-step process in which you systematically tense and relax different muscle groups in the body. With regular practice, progressive muscle relaxation gives you an intimate familiarity with what tension?as well as complete relaxation?feels like in different parts of the body. This awareness helps you spot and counteract the first signs of the muscular tension that accompanies stress. And as your body relaxes, so will your mind. You can combine deep breathing with progressive muscle relaxation for an additional level of stress relief. Practicing progressive muscle relaxation Before practicing Progressive Muscle Relaxation, consult with your doctor if you have a history of muscle spasms, back problems, or other serious injuries that may be aggravated by tensing muscles. Most progressive muscle relaxation practitioners start at the feet and work their way up to the face. For a sequence of muscle groups to follow, see the box below. Loosen your clothing, take off your shoes, and get comfortable. Take a few minutes to relax, breathing in and out in slow, deep breaths. When you?re relaxed and ready to start, shift your attention to your right foot. Take a moment to focus on the way it feels. Slowly tense the muscles in your right foot, squeezing as tightly as you can. Hold for a count of 10. Relax your right foot. Focus on the tension flowing away and the way your foot feels as it becomes limp and loose. Stay in this relaxed state for a moment, breathing deeply and slowly. When you?re ready, shift your attention to your left foot. Follow the same sequence of muscle tension and release. Move slowly up through your body, contracting and relaxing the muscle groups as you go. It may take some practice at first, but try not to tense muscles other than those intended.

Back ache can be due to several reasons. It can be muscular, related to disc degeneration or prolapse, joint irritation or nerve pinching. Most common is muscle pain due to tight and weak back and abdominal muscles. Keep a positive attitude, focus more on keeping good posture especially when sitting for long hours, use lumbar support. Take frequent breaks and stretch in between. Try changing sleeping habits. Try hot or cold therapy as tolerated. Wish you speedy recovery.

Mr. Lybrate-user as you asked about your problems related to upper respiratory tract or jukan and khakis, I would like to suggest you for sipping hot water boiled with ginger and tulasi leaves every half-hour for whole day regular for 3-6 months. It will help you from your problems of cough and cold, avoid oily or junk food and dahi. You may use the following ayurveda medicines. There is in ayurveda mention pinda swed. It is a type of swedan karma [phomentation] but it do some another manner. 1. Boiled a rice in milk then take this rice in one white cloth then tied it properly and warmly it rub on your face every morning for 15 days then stop it and do next month again 2. Apply almond oil on your face and massage for 3-5 min at night. By doing above thing you will get good result.

what is the difference between componeers & regular veneers?

Hello , in short veneers are made up of ceramic (which can be of various types), these are fabricated by the dental lab. This might require two or more appointments. Whereas componeeres are pressed composite material, which is fabricated by the dentist on to your tooth in a single appointment. This is a fairly new technique.

Acne / Pimples Most common skin disease due to wrong feeding habit such as Irregular hours of eating, improper food, excess of starches sugar food n bakery products. Excess of fatty foods, chronic constipation and menstruation disorder in Female are some of common cause in this Also it’s found in cases of excessive use of tea, coffee, alcohol, tobacco and hence only depend on ointment’s / OTC Products n medicine’s does not serve your any purpose, but suppressed a symptom n same re-appear after some time with brutal symptoms particularly in skin diseases issue So find out where you have to correct? Eat slowly whilst chewing well. It's possible you are eating too fast and taking big bites of food. Also avoid too spicy and sweet foods. Eat smaller bites of food chew well and you can sip a bit on water while eating if you feel the bolus of food is too thick.

Dear low back pain k liye you can do it perfectly 1, Lying on your stomach, prop yourself up on your forearms. Align your elbows directly under your shoulders. Press firmly through your palms and the tops of your feet. Press your pubic bone forward. You will feel sensations in your lower back, but breathe through it. You are allowing blood flow int From all-fours, bring your right knee behind your right wrist with your lower leg at a diagonal toward your left hip. Square off your hips toward the ground. Bend forward. Widen the elbows and place one hand on top of the other as a pillow for your forehead. Hold 2-3 minutes and then switch to the left side for 2-3 minutes. O the lower back for healing. Hold for 1-3 minutes. 2, Lying on your back, bend both knees with the feet flat on the ground. Bend the right knee like a figure four, with the outer left ankle to the right thigh. Lift the left foot into the air, bringing the left calf parallel to the ground. Thread your right hand between the opening of the legs and interlace your hands behind your left thigh. Hold 2-3 minutes and then repeat on the other side 3…Scoot your buttocks all the way into the wall and swing your feet up the wall. This pose is excellent for relaxing the muscles of the lower back and drains stagnant fluid from the feet and ankles. Do this pose after a challenging workout and always after traveling by plane. Hello Dr. I am suffering from back pain and I got MRI of lumber spine with hip joint screening done for it. The result says that" Spondylolysis noted at L5 level with minimal anterolisthesis of L5 over S1 vertebra. Vertebrae otherwise appear normal in size and shape and show normal marrow signal intensity. No evidence of discovertebral osteomyelitis or abnormal para- spinal collection. Dessicative changes seen involving L4-L5 intervertebral disc in form of reduced signal intensity on T2W images. Posterior bulging of L4-L5 disc is seen with annular tear indenting thecal sac. epiphyseal joints and para-spinal muscles are unremarkable. Lower dorsal cord and conus appear normal. No evidence of intraspinal mass. AP DIAMETERS: D12-L1 - 17 MM. L1-L2 - 17MM. L2-L3 - 16MM. L3-L4 - 15MM. L4-L5 - 12MM. L5-S1 - 13MM Coronal fat suppressed images through both S. I. & hip joints appear unremarkable except subtle focal hyperintense marrow signals involving sacrum on right side. Opinion: The Mr. findings show spondylolysis at L5 level with minimal anterolisthesis of L5 over S1 vertebra. Posterior bulging of L4-L5 disc with annular tear indenting thecal sac. The Dr. I've consulted suggest me the pain management treatment. In which medicine is injected at the part of pain. N the injection costs around RS 18000. But it's not the permanent solution he said. Now what should I do next. Please advise me the suitable treatment for my problem that solve my issue permanently. Thank you. Regards,

Hello dear there is no permanent treatment for it but injection or surgery gave long time effect in this. If you have sevear pain then go for these. If it is not too sevear then you have to consult with a good physiotherapists and take treatment of lumbar traction and ift or swd if give good relief. Even you go for blood test of vitamin b12 and vitamin d3 if there is deficiency then take supplement for it. Do regular exercise programme suggested by your physiotherapy doctor. It will subside for long time may be life long you don't get this pain. But firstly you have to take rest hot fermentation and continue with medicine. Thanks and regards.

It could be malaria. For that blood test for diagnosing malarial parasites Is required. Accordingly the treatment will go. For cough any herbal cough syrup will work more than other chemicals. CBC will be helpful.

Many factors are involved in the process of hair loss like Tension or stress, chemical damage, nutritional deficiency, enviornmental factors, unadequate sleep or diet etc. A careful analysis of the person is required to initiate the treatment From Home remedy part you can use following: Take 100 ml coconut oil boil 2-4 pcs of amla fruit n 8-10 curry leaves in that oil till fruit n leaves turn black. Filter and strain. Massage it on scalp with finger tips gently. Wash hair next morning with curd mixed with besan. In ready to use you can start using rishi grow hair oil at bed time (Mfg. By Robin Herbal Healthcare products. .) & wash with robin plus herbal shampoo. Clean oil is recommended if dandruff is the reason as this oil treats it in just two applications along with reducing itching. Internal ayurvedic medicines can be provided after studying your bodily constitution as per ayurveda. This process should be continued for two months and your hair fall will reduce to normal. As it's a very slow process so you can't see results in a week. Eat more of green leafy vegies and fresh seasonal fruits. Take amla powder or amla murabba/ carrot murabba twice daily. Use neem wood comb for managing hair and this should be changed regularly. Reduce your stress by yoga, Pranayam and meditation. Add some coconut daily in your diet. Keep water in copper vessel overnight and drink in the morning empty stomach. Avoid chinese foods and food stuffs packed in plastics. Avoid white flour (maida), excessive salt and spices. Let me know after it and I will advise accordingly or you can take consultation for your problem.

Process:

Combine crushed strawberries and baking soda to make a paste.

Dear lybrate user, *while suffering from gas and indigestion due to spicy or fatty food, having fennel seeds can help cure your problem. The oil contained in fennel seeds reduces nausea and controls flatulence. Dry, roast and grind fennel seeds to make a powder. Take half teaspoon of this powder twice a day along with water. You will see some results.
