Hello you can start 1. Keshkanti hair oil of patanjali ayurved 2. Take daily one glass of cow milk and 2-3 almonds. 3. Use anti dandruff shampoo of patanjali ayurved for cleaning hair.

Hello firstly start taking a full nutritious diet. A good diet is a nutritional lifestyle that promotes good health. A good diet must include several food groups because one single group cannot provide everything a human needs for good health. And what ever we are eating that reflects on our body and skin. 1. Homoeopathic medicine for fair skin is berberis aquafolium mother tincture. Take 5 drops of it mix with water, twice a day. 2. Apply this tincture in diluted form on your face with cotton once a day. 3. Wash your face with besan and curd, mix a pinch of turmeric also. 5. Apply rose water to your face at night. 6. Apply cucumber juice+ lemon juice+ tomato juice on your face. 7. Apply multani mitti pack on the face, wash it off after it dries.

Hello, LET ME tell you one thing that its common to fall 150 to 200 hair strands per day. AS you mentioned you are having irregular menses its due to stress, may be physical or psycological, or due to some medications or hormonal imbalance. After a bouts of typhoid even its common to have hairfall but it relapses on its own. Have a correct examination done to rule out proper cause of your hairfall and irregular menses. Check your tsh levels, CBP done. FOR HAIR GROWTH, its very crucial to have a balanced diet with lots of fibers in it. Eat dry fruits like almonds and apricot daily. KEEp oiling your hairs weekly twice atleast with any oil of your choice. Its good to massage your head with some of almond oil or lukewark coconut oil. You can soak menthi, fenugreek seeds in a water overnight and grind it to a paste .APPLY on scalp for one hour and rinse with water. Give your hairs a warm steam of one hour so that it insures oil to get absorbed deeply. Drink plenty of water to detoxify your body .IT ensures good absorption of the food and all that protien you eat therefore making roots of your hairs strong n proper growth. IT also keeps your hair moisturised natrually. Have a protien rich diet and avoid using any chemical treatments over your hairs like coloring, rebonding etc as it weakens the hair shaft and make it fall easily. FOR hair related problems you can go with homeopathic treatment too as it do wonder. Kindly find out a proper cause of your irregular menses with the whole tests done once.

Dear user. I can understand. Please understand there are no short cuts for Weight loosing. You have to undergo stringent exercise regime according to your requirement in weight loss. You need to do at least one hour of physical exercise per day so that you can have a reduction of around 2 kgs per month. Secondly you have to augment your efforts with nutritious non fatty diet. Tips For Improving Posture And Ergonomics!

Sitting or standing slouched does not only look bad but also has a bad effect on your spine. If not addressed in time, bad posture can become a person’s second nature. Over time bad posture can change the natural curvature of your spine and lead to a number of health issues. Here are a few tips that could help:

1. Follow the structure of the chair
We spend a lot of time on office chairs. A well-designed chair will follow ergonomic guidelines to support your body. However, this can help only if you sit on the chair properly. Distribute your weight evenly on the chair. Try to align your body to the center of the chair. To do this try keeping your ears, shoulder, and hips in a straight line. Alternate between sitting at the edge of your seat and against the backrest to relieve your back muscles.

2. Change Positions
Though you can’t change your desk every few hours, you can change how you sit. Tiredness is one of the leading causes for slumping and bad posture. Thus, to maintain a good posture try changing positions frequently. Stretch every half hour or so. Getting up from your table and walking over to a colleague to tell them something instead of calling them can give your muscles a break.

3. Use posture-friendly props
Along with ergonomic chairs, there are a number of other ergonomic props that could help maintain good posture. This includes footrests, pillows to support the lower back and lumbar back supports. These props can help ease the strain on the back muscles. Using a chair with an adjustable back is also a good idea. While walking, invest in bags and backpacks that are ergonomically designed to distribute their weight evenly over the entire back.

4. Exercise right
Improved posture is one of the many benefits of regular exercise. Cardiovascular exercises such as walking, running, and swimming help condition the body and maintain a good balance. Exercises that strengthen the back muscles are also great for posture. These exercises support the muscles of the upper body and relieve stress on the back muscles.

5. Wear the right footwear
Wear shoes that fit right and support the arches of your foot. This can help you maintain your balance and improve posture. Avoid wearing high heels for extended periods of time as they could have a negative effect on your center of gravity. In case you have a concern or query you can always consult an expert & get answers to your questions!
