Pimples are due to hormone changes, infection and unhealthy diet take food with a high vitamin a, vitamin e and c contents. Drink lots of water. Regulate your daily activities, lower stress, increase sleep and do some yoga and exercise daily. Wash your face twice daily with a mild cleanser.

Hi lybrate-user, lice in your scalp hair needs treatment. I would suggest you to go for'ivrea' lotion (contains ivermectin. Single application. The bottle is of 30 ml lotion direction to apply is: 1) wet your scalp hair with water 2) pour 15 ml of lotion on your hairs 3) keep it for 15 min 4) then do wet combing means you have to comb your hairs while it is wet, using a lice removing comb 5) after that apply pour remaining 15 ml lotion keep this for still 15 min 6) then thoroughly rinse it with water You'll be Free from lice but most important of all is look for source of lice means individual around you having same lice They also need treatment otherwise they'll reinfest you with lice Happy recovery.

1.Wash hair sparingly and use a good-quality shampoo. Washing hair too often can leave hair dried out, leached of its natural oils, and may damage your hair. Aim to shampoo your hair at most every other day or even only twice a week. 2. Try shampoos that do not contain sulfates or parabens. Sulfates are the chemicals that make shampoos lather up. Parabens are preservatives that cause irritation and eye problems after prolonged use. Both of these chemicals aren't healthy for you or the environment so try to use shampoos with natural cleansers 3.. Use conditioner that matches your hair type, length, and treatment damage. A good rule of thumb is to condition every time you shampoo your hair, although very processed or dyed hair probably needs a little more love than natural hair 4. Be careful about using hair care products with too much protein. Too much protein can leave your hair feeling desiccated and brittle. While protein is the building block of healthy hair, use conditioners that come with balanced ingredients. 5. Rinse your hair with vinegar before shampooing, twice a year. Doing this helps to make your hair look shinier and cleaner; plus, it treats dandruff. Use 1 part vinegar (preferably organic apple cider vinegar) to 3 parts warm water, then rinse and wash your hair as normal. 6. Moisturize your hair. Use five oils: almond, castor, olive, coconut and lavender oils. Mix together equal proportions of each. Alternately, use egg oil. Apply to the hair and leave in for four hours prior to showering out. Repeat twice a week. 7. Eat healthily. Give your hair the right amount of vitamins. Since hair is made of proteins, eat a balanced diet rich in lean protein, whole grains, fruits and vegetables. A healthy diet will ensure hair that looks and feels better. • Make sure you get plenty of vitamin C. This vitamin strengthens hair. In addition, iron helps transport oxygen to blood vessels, zinc grows and repairs tissue, and omega-3 fatty acids grow healthy hair. • Give your hair some time to show new brilliance. What you eat will not have an immediate difference on the hair you already have, but it will help with hair that is newly growing. • 8. Remove stress from your life. Physical and mental stressors will keep your hair from realizing its full potential. Stress can cause hair loss, so try not to let stress overcome you. This means finding healthy emotional outlets for your stress: yoga, biking, meditation, or other forms of exercise all work well.

Hi, Be happy and make others a part of this happiness too! Including healthy, nutritious food, doing daily yoga or some kind of exercises. All these automatically reflects glow on your face. Yes, the colour which is inherited from your parents/ ancestors, cannot be changed, but you can try to get glow on your face! Daily Regime: Apart from these, you do follow CTMP, i. E. Cleansing, toning, moisturising and protection (apply liberally sunscreen with SPF-30 – a thick layer of Bakson's Suncare cream may be, 20-30 minutes before going out daily and repeat it's application after every 3-4hrs.) after washing your face daily; use the products as per your skin type. This will change the skin texture and skin tone. In case you do have tanning, apply honey with a dash of lime on your face. Eat right and healthy that too on time, relieve your stress/ tensions, sleep well, stop smoking, as this restricts blood flow to your face and leaves you with a greyish complexion. Lead a healthy lifestyle! Apart from this, avoid anger, anxiety, fear which increases stress hormone in the body and subsequently makes your complexion darker! (Hormonal imbalances also plays a major role). If the dull and dark skin tone is due to any underlying ailment or diseases, need to look into the matter. Diet: -Increase your Vitamin C intake (lemon, orange, gooseberry, etc. Fruits/juices, strawberries, sweet peppers, tomatoes, can notaloupe, and green peas). - Eat more Vitamin A (nonfat milk, oysters, and egg yolks, carrots, watermelon, papaya, tomatoes, or other dark colored produce). If you feel your skin is weak or not tight enough, that usually suggests a lack of Vitamin A. Medicine: Use homoeopathic cream - Medicynth's Whitch Hazel or Bakson’s Fairness cream daily at night.

Hi lybrate-user, pimples are due to hormonal surgence. There is an over activity of subum glands. Start washing your face 4 times a day with salicylic acid, glycolic acid, aha based face washes. Apply creams that have benzoyl peroxide, clindamycin etc have vit a rich food. Hydrate yourself well. If still not better consult a homoeopathic doc or dermatologist.

Clean ur face with face cleanser...Apply Apricot and avocado oil mixed with glycerin can be massaged on the face followed by warm toweling for an instant glow. Mix almond oil with Vitamin E cream and apply at bedtime on face and hands. This leaves the skin soft and supple.

One of the most important ways to take care of your skin is to protect it from the sun. A healthy diet can help you look and feel your best. Eat plenty of fruits, vegetables, whole grains and lean proteins. The association between diet and acne isn't clear but some research suggests that a diet rich in vitamin c and low in unhealthy fats and processed or refined carbohydrates might promote younger looking skin. I am a registered dietitian and a doctor who will help you in your skin problems reply back for private consultation.

Iam 25year old female and have white patch on my front neck. please give solution?
Hello,White patches on your skin are a common type of depigmented skin lesion associated with an infection, allergy, or autoimmune disorder. One common cause of white spots, or hypopigmentation, is a fungal infection of the skin known as tinea versicolor (associated with other symptoms, such as itching or dryness on or around the white patches). This fungal infection is not contagious and can be treated easily with over-the-counter medications. Please tell me other symptoms like about sensation on the area, since how long do you have this patch, any family history of white patch, etc. In the mean time you can take cal phos 6x, 4 tabs twice daily. Do send me a clear photo of the affected area.

How To Get 100% Permanent Hair Removal? Can Laser Do It?

MD - Homeopathy, BHMS

Hello,

I am Rajesh Bali the head Cosmetologist with Valeda Wellness Centre Delhi. Today we are going to talk on the topic of permanent hair removal in females. Is it really a possibility? kya unchahe baal hamesha ke liye hataye jaa sakte hai? Is permanent hair removal really possible? The first question is that is asked by the females when they come to us. Yes, is the answer, now of course they ask is it possible through the laser? No, is the answer. Why laser, in fact, is a monochromatic ray coming out of a source getting into the layers of the skin, where of course the base of the root that means in case we see the hair like this. This is the shaft and this is the root now this is the dead structure everybody knows you cut the scissor you don’t feel pain, isko hatane ke liye hum ise razor se hata sakte hai, chemicals se skin ke level pe shaving kar sakte hai, jo depilatories hai, hair removing cream hai, ya isko kheench karke nikal sakte hai nakhun se, chimti se, dhage se, waxing se, jab ye kheenchte hai toh yahan se, yahan se, yahan se toot jayega lekin ye phir upar aata hai iske chaaro taraf jo tissues damage hai unko repair karne ke liye jo blood circulation badta hai usse jayad khurakh pahuchati hai aur baal sakht bhi aate hai aur inki sankhya bhi badti hai. What does the laser do? Is ki laser mein jo rays aati hai wo ja karke isme jo melanin hai, root mein usko focus karti hai aur yahan par ek heat generate karti hai. Now when this heat is generated, the surrounding of follicle is attempted to get destroyed. Hum attempt is liye karte hai kyunki har case mein yeh possible nahi hai, so, where is the confusion, the confusion is into the ambiguous term removal and reduction, why do we use the word reduction? Reduction is primarily. Jo hair hamara dubara grow karta hai thode lambe samay ke baad mein grow karta hai. Usme term reduction ko use karte hai, what we do then ya hum ye question puchte hai ki log ki aap Valeda wellness centres mein unchahe baal ko sthaie roop se kaise hatta sakte ho toh hum isko 2 bhgoo mein batenge.

First, is the external removal jo practice ho raha hai yahan par pichle lag bhag 30 saaloo se aur sabhi cases mein hair permanently hataye ja chuke hai, upchar ke baad mein aap baal ko bulana bhi chahooge to nahi aate hai. That means these hair are removed permanently in 100% cases at Valeda wellness centre since past more than 30years dusra procedure dusra external procedure ke allawa dusra bhaag hota hai holistic wellness ka, jo ek back bone banata hai ya holistic procedures jo support karte hai, jo hamare external procedures ko kaise karte hai. Iske liye hum fortunate hai ke hum Dr.Seema Bali jo MD skin specialist through homeopathy hai, aur pichle 30years se skin hair ko remove kar rahi hai permanently. Hazaaro cases ko kar chuki hai ye hamare saath mein abhi available hai. Hum janana chahege doctor sahib ki holistic wellness mein aap aisa kya karte hai ki unwanted hair permanently remove ho jate hai females mein aur dubara nahi aate hai. Unwanted hair chehre pe unchahe baal ki samsya se gracit females ke ander, main karan ,causes hi unke hume eliminate karna hai holistically jisse ki yeh samsya aapki baar baar nahi aaye. Holistic mein mind, body, spiritual, emotional element bahut important hota hai agar hum uske cause ko dur kare toh bahut sare baal hote hai jo apne aap hi nikal jate hai, par kuch cases ke under hum dekhte hai coarse baal hai mote baal hai jiske liye humein individual hairs ko upchar dene ki jarorat hai aur otherwise agar aap holistically apne causes ko address karle toh yeh aap samsya se hamesha ke liye bhaar aa sakte hai. Thank you that was for today, unwanted hair permanent removal is it possible, yes, it is possible with the time-bound certainty we will keep on talking on many other topics keep on following us on our youtube channel Velda doctors.
