Panchakarma is appropriate for almost everyone except young children and those of advanced years. There are specific contradictions for Panchakarma. We are very careful at Living Ayurveda to insure that Panchakarma is an appropriate treatment for you and your present level of health.

A time to reflect on life and determine if the life you are living is truly good for you, and if it is not, a time to change your direction to one more positive.

Others come to Panchakarma as the result of chronic disease and seek to stop the downward spiral of health. Addressing chronic or vague health issues or those difficult to diagnosis is one of Ayurveda’s strong suites. At some point people recognize that there are consequences to a lifetime of choices that are cumulatively creating a negative impact to their health. Poor diet, over exertion, smoking, drugs, alcohol and unhealthy relationships take a toll on our health. Panchakarma is a powerful yet kind and gentle way to remove these toxic accumulations and to begin to regain your health, your prosperity and your life.

Our physical, mental and emotional environments have changed dramatically in the past 70 years, more change has occurred on the planet in this time than the total change in all of time before. The introduction of new synthetic chemicals and electromagnetic influences from the impressive array of communication technologies are only two examples of recently invented outside influences. These outside influences combined with the pace at which we live, and the not so positive lifestyle choices we sometimes make, have created an unprecedented burden on the body. The human body is an amazing, evolving organism, but it simply does not have the capacity to adequately adapt to maintain health in the face of these radical environmental changes.

The Centers for Disease Control and Prevention and the World Health Organization, both very conservative health agencies, report that 85% of all diseases are the result of environmental exposure. More than 86,000 new chemical compounds are been created since Word War II. Less than 1% have been tested for impact to human safety. These chemical assaults are in our food, water and air. They are in our clothes, our homes and workplace.

It is mind boggling to realize that the very first television broadcast originated from Nazi Germany only 70 years ago. Today we are bombarded continuously with multiple forms of electromagnetic communication signals; cell phones, radio, microwaves and more.

It is hard to believe, given the pace that we now live, but the concept of “being on time” did not exist 80 years ago prior to the industrial revolution and modern manufacturing coming into being. We are pushed everyday to make every minute count. Consultants charge for the services by the minute, we pay for parking by the minute, and even our news is “up to the minute”. It is little wonder that we collapse into bed at night.

And there is the impact of our personal choices. The small choices that we make everyday in regards to diet, nutrition, exercise and even relationships, make a big impact on determining our level of health and disease. As a society we are living longer, yet very few of us reach our senior years disease free. There are a number of diseases and disease processes with non-specific causes; cancer, chronic fatigue, arthritis, osteoporosis, essential tremor, various auto-immune diseases and the list continues to grow. What is the value in living longer if to only suffer poor health? And to be a burden? These small choices we make everyday are similar to a snowball rolling down hill picking up “flakes” of poor health.

Cure Acne and Scars

•Simply rub a slice of lemon across the affected area. Wait 5 minutes before rinsing it off with cold water. Repeat twice daily until the acne is gone.
•Alternatively, prepare a solution with ½ teaspoon each of lemon juice and rose water. Using a cotton ball, apply it on the affected skin. Wait 15 minutes, then rinse it off with cool water. Follow this remedy twice daily.
•Also, drink a glass of lemon water daily to protect your skin from free-radical damage and maintain a good pH level.

If viral infection it takes 7-15 days 2- for painful ulcer apply dologel ct. On affected area 3 times a day before meal 3- mouthwash clohex plus 3, times a day after meal.

Sexual stamina can be developed, means to tolerate sexual stimulation and not getting climax. It can be achived by learning your threshold. Hence in this regard we advice masturbation therapy which includes stimulating your self by masturbation by applying some lubcricant to penis and slowly stroking/ massaging penis till you reach near climax and then stop. In this way repeat 3 cycles. We make you learn where to stop, and you develop better stamina.

Life Support - Basic First Aid Tips!

The first few minutes after an accident or fatal health condition such as a heart attack or stroke can be crucial to a patient’s survival. The first level of medical care that needs to be given to a patient before they can reach a hospital is known as basic life support. Basic life support can be given by paramedics, emergency medical practitioners or even a bystander and does not include the administration of medicines or any invasive procedures.

The first step to take, if a person around you has had a fatal accident is to alert people around you and call for a doctor. Do not panic and try to keep the other bystanders from panicking as well, lie down the person on the floor with his head slightly raised and chin tilted back. Ensure the safety of the patient and look out for danger from traffic, fire, electricity, gas or other environmental hazards. Check the person’s response by calling out to him or shaking him gently. Look over the person’s body for injuries and check to see, if the person’s airways are clear. Look out for gum, toothpick, undissolved medicines, etc. However, do not put your finger in the person’s mouth as this may push the cause of obstruction deeper into the person’s throat.

Place your fingers in front of the person’s nose and mouth to check for exhaled air. Chest movement can also indicate how well the person is able to breathe. If the patient can breathe, do not let him make any abrupt movements and wait for medical assistance. If the person is not breathing, check his pulse and begin chest compressions.

One compression cycle consists of 30 compressions and two recovery breaths. To perform chest compressions, kneel beside the person’s chest. Interlock the fingers of both your palms and place them on the person’s sternum. Ensure that your elbows are not bent and your arms are perpendicular to the person’s body. Press down on the person’s chest twice in rapid succession. This completes one compression. If after 30 compressions, the person has not started breathing on his own, you may give the person two rescue breaths. Pinch the person’s nose shut and cover their mouth with yours. Blow enough air in to make their chest rise. The compression cycle can be repeated five times after which the person’s breathing and circulation must be checked again. If you wish to discuss about any specific problem, you can consult a General Physician.

Few diet tips - not to eat fried food items and can eat all green vegetables, moong, chana, dal, rice etc and to apply ghee over chappati and don't apply oil over chappati and to drink milk mixed with turmeric powder twice a day and if possible eat eggs on alternate days and if possible in breakfast eat atleast one bajra ka rotla and eat seasonal fruit.

I have a constant pain at my back and neck. And when I used to write something for at lest 1 hour my shoulders starts paining too. I consulted an spine specialist too, he observed and said lack of vitamin D and gave me 3 medicines namely Brigeta 1gm Sachet (once in a week, fm12 sachets, CCM TABLETS (Calcium Citrate Malate, Vitamin D3 and Folic acid tablets) and Rxplus (long list of composition). Told me to get a next check up after 3 months. Its 5 months now, as long as I was taking the medicine I was feeling fine but again all started same. What should I do?

Do regular exercises and at least 15 minutes walk daily with stretching exercises. You will be fine.
