Pimples are due to hormone changes, infection and unhealthy diet take food with a high vitamin a, vitamin e and c contents. Drink lots of water. Regulate your daily activities, lower stress, increase sleep and do some yoga and exercise daily. Wash your face twice daily with a mild cleanser.

lybrate-user Water level to be less as she must be having excess of water in her or urine output would have decreased, much water in body cause swelling, pressure on heart or it goes in lung causing breathlessness.

Getting in sync with your body’s natural sleep-wake cycle—your circadian rhythm—is one of the most important strategies for achieving good sleep. If you keep a regular sleep schedule, going to bed and getting up at the same time each day, you will feel much more refreshed and energized than if you sleep the same number of hours at different times. This holds true even if you alter your sleep schedule by only an hour or two. Consistency is vitally important. Set a regular bedtime. Go to bed at the same time every night. Choose a time when you normally feel tired, so that you don’t toss and turn. Try not to break this routine on weekends when it may be tempting to stay up late. If you want to change your bedtime, help your body adjust by making the change in small daily increments, such as 15 minutes earlier or later each day. Wake up at the same time every day. If you’re getting enough sleep, you should wake up naturally without an alarm. If you need an alarm clock to wake up on time, you may need to set an earlier bedtime. As with your bedtime, try to maintain your regular wake-time even on weekends.

I am 67 years old, of late, i find difficulty in walking after between 500 to 1000 yards - from my right knee joint to ankle joint followed by swelling in foot ankle and uable to wear shoes. U need to apply heated coconut oil n camphor on knee. You can apply ice on knee. You can also drink 1 glass of milk with haldi it wil be better for u.

you did not gain 10 kg in 1 month. so why to expect losing 10 kg in 1month! decide to lose 10 kg in next 3 months and work for it. 1. stop eating junk food and all sweet and sugary food 2. eats lots of salad in lunch and dinner 3. do 30 min of heavy exercise every day. Remeber if you think you can, then surely you can. If you think you can't then surely you can't. ... best wishes.

I am suffering from back pain from a while now. Its almost 12 days now. In xray it is written in report that it is some loss of lumbar lordosis due to muscle spasm. Its like I am having this back problem from a while like its 5 years now. But before it was like it strike in weeks for one or two days. But now its almost 12 days continuously. I am even taking medicine. I have consulted to doctor and he told me to have som pain killer and a gastric medicine as well as calcium with vitamin d3. Even I am applying moov in that area like 3 times. Still I am suffering problem. And still pain is there. As what the xray report says loss of lumar lordosis due to muscle spasm. Is this a normal thing? Or I should consult some other doctor?

Lower back pain can happen due to several causes. However at your age it is often due to disc degeneration. This in common terms would mean early stages of spondylosis. An award winning scientific research done by my team revealed has shown that by the time Indians reach 30 years of age, 30 % start showing signs of disc degeneration and a handful of them start having episodes of back pain such as yours. There's no need to get worried as this is a part of the normal physiological process. For pain, I would advice you to take a pain killer twice a day for 5 days. Use hot compress twice daily for 15 mins each time and a gel (oxalgin nano gel) 3 times a day. Apart from this go for a walk twice a day. Avoid bending much and do not lift heavy weights and sit or squat on the floor. Go to a physiotherapist who will teach you core strengthening exercises. While the degeneration can not be reversed, it can be prevented from aggravating. If the pain doesn't decrease, you will need to be investigated further for other causes of back pain. Best of luck!
