1.Take one tablet of crocin Advance as and when required upto a maximum of three tablets daily after food 2.cold sponging Sos 3.Drink plenty of water 4.Take rest 5.If no relief do blood examination like ESR, CBC, Widal/ Typhidot test, Blood for mp/malaria antigen, Dengue antigen (NS1) test, urine Re/Me after consulting physician and follow the advice and treatment.

Legumes as superfoods

If you are serious about building muscle, you must include more legumes in your diet. Legumes of different kinds are highly nutritious sources of protein, complex carbohydrates and fiber.

White Hair or greying hair mainly occurs when your hair follicles stop producing melanin, the pigment that gives hair its color. Though, ageing is the primary reason of grey hair  but premature greying of hair in early 20’s or 30’s is now common. Genetic factors, stress, lack of nutrition, chemicals, smoking or any underlying disease like anemia can also lead to premature greying of hair. All these factors lead to underproduction melanin that leads to grey or white hair. Lack of minerals like zinc, copper is one of the most underestimated yet one of the most analysed reasons for grey hair. Turning already grey hair into black is not possible after a particular age, but you can always slow down further greying of hair. A balanced diet is the most effective solution to control greying of hair. Include lots of fresh fruits, vegetables, protein rich sources of food in your diet. Load up on food items containing antioxidant and vitamin C like gooseberry, oranges, lemon etc. Try to stay stress free, limit your on-screen time, and do exercises and yoga that will increase oxygen supply to your hair. Some cost effective hair care tips at home can also give you wonderful hair and prevent further greying - Give warm oil massage to your hair with different oils like sesame, olive oil, castor oil. Start a good hair regimen by selecting the right shampoo and conditioners. A professional hair and scalp analysis to get right hair care products for you is advisable.

Am 59 years old and having HT for which Am taking medicine as per the advise of the physician and no other problems. But recently I have got severe Right side lower back pain. The physician has advised me to take X ray and after seeing X ray report, he opined that there is no damage and prescribed ultracet 2 tablets one in morning and one in night after food and five days Physio Therapy in IFT. But pain has not gone completely and Am getting pain everyday in the morning between 4.00 am to 5.00 am. Again I consulted the Doctor and advised me to go for MRI. After taking MRI, he opined that due to age factor this type of pain is common and prescribed different medicine for pain. What shall I do Please advise me.

Apply Hot Fomentation twice daily. Avoid bending in front. Postural Correction- Sit Tall, Walk Tall. Extension Exercises x 15 times x twice daily - lying on tummy, take left arm up for 3 seconds, then bring it down, right arm up for 3 seconds, bring down. Bring right leg up, hold for 3 seconds, bring it down. Then right leg up and hold for 3 seconds and bring it down. Repeat twice a day- 10 times. Bhujang Asana -- Lie flat on your stomach, keeping the palms out, bend the neck backward, take a deep breath and while holding it for 6 seconds, raise the chest up. Release breath and relax your body. Repeat the exercise 15 times twice daily.

I am working in IT. A week before I was working till late night (3 AM) and in night shift for 4 days. For the past one week I unable to get proper sleep. I am awake all night. Hi, it seems you are suffering from 1. Gastritis or hepatitis 2. Take an antacid 3-4 tsf 8 hrly 3. Get a blood investigation - liver function test done 4. Avoid fatty, oily meals 5. No fast food, no momos and samosas 6. No tea and coffee 7. Lots of water 8. Walk after meals 9. Eat less at nights 10. No soft drinks, hard drinks and no smoking

Hi it may lead to some personality changes. So your anxiety or behavioural changes may be due to head trauma or it may be independently. If it is due to trauma then it depends on type, severity and associated symptoms at that time. If you didn't have history of loss of consciousness, bleed through ear, nose or mouth then there is less possibility that all these changes are due to head trauma. Some time these things relates coincidently to other manifestation. Its best to get expert opinion for same. So please visit a psychiatrist to get proper help.

Stools is not coming insufficiently from some days and it seems to be coming but no coming so what is solution.

Hi Apply pranacharya restopain oil or prasarini oil on your affected part then give hot fomentation. Take maha rasnadi kwath 2-2 tsf twice a day. Take pranacharya vatari syrup and capsule twice a day. And agni tundi vati and maha yograj guggul 1-1 tab twice a day.

I am 60 year old man.My bowel system is not perfect, I have to visit the toilet 2/3 times in a day and each time it takes 20/30 minutes, I have no constipation, I walk briskly for 6/8 kilometer every morning in the park, 365 days in a year, no holiday, i am physically fit, no sugar, no bp, no overweight(5. 9/78kg) tell me the best remedy, I want to make it only one time in the morning, this bowel system is prevalent since my childhood.

Limit the amount of white bread, sugar, meat, junk food and milk products (cheese, milk, butter, cream.) and increasing fresh fruits, veggies, water and fiber (beans, oats,) also yogurt really helps due to the probiotics. Maybe you could do a food diary for a period, eliminate a couple of items at a time and build up until you have added enough other of good items to make the stools loose. Oatmeal helps out tremendously. Figure out the diet and once you' ve added enough good things, slowly pull back on the laxatives and pay attention as you go. This could be a food allergy, do some research, usually its lactose (dairy), nuts, sugar, food coloring, preservatives. Try to avoid boxed and processed foods which have more preservatives, calories, fat, high carb. I hope some of this helps. Requires detailed questioning so as to ascertain your personality and to treat you symptomatically. Treatment is available, safe and without side effects in biochemic system of medication.
