Backache may be due to many reasons so first do investigation s after consulting adoctor. Always drink lukewarm water boil it with few grains of ajwain. Make it a must habit if you want permanent cure to this problem. Eat light healthy n fresh food. Do some yoga n light exercise. Avoid long sitting or standing. Dasmool kwath (dabor )-20 ml +20 ml lukewarm water thrice a day after food for 1 yr.

After my back surgery in 2005 I was fine till 2013. Then it all started aggravating and now I have mild foot drop left foot and instability walking. What will help me?

Any impingement to peroneal nerve may cause foot drop. A splint support and electrical nerve stimulation and specific exercises should surely help you.

As we get older our body starts to deceive us and we are forced to face many types of inconveniences. Joint pain is very often present in the elder years.
The first symptoms are the symptoms of inflammation which are redness, swollen joints warm to touch, loss of joint function, stiffness and the most unbearable symptom the joint pain.

The main reasons for inflammations are the toxins and other waste products present in the metabolic system.

In order to get rid of them we need to cleanse our body and the best way for us to do this is by using herbs from the nature.

The following herbs will help you a lot to reveal joint pain:

1. Burdock Root

The essential fatty acids are known as best thing for joint pain. You can consume them by consuming Burdock root. They are full with fatty oils.
The anti inflammatory properties of this herb will calm the inflammation which will reduce the pain.

You can combine this herb with food, or you can dry the rood and put it in boiling water and leave it like that for about 10 minutes. Strain and rinse it while is warm.
If you want to make things simple you can always take it in a form of capsule.

2. Turmeric

This herb is very good when you have any kind of inflammation, it will help you to reduce the pain really quickly.
It’s a god substitution for the pills doctors prescribe to people when they have joint pain.
You can use it in milk and in your food.

3. Ginger

Ginger is one more herb in the row of herbs that help when you have some kind of inflammation, but the difference is that it also contains anti rheumatic agent.
It functions in that way that blocks the activation of COX2 and TNF – the inflammatory mediators.
You can use it with your food, or can have it in tea.

4. Flax

Fats from animal sources are one of the reasons for inflammations for people with arthritis.
The omega3 in vegan form that are part from the flax are great for fighting this type of inflammation.
All you should do is to consume ½-1 tablespoons each day.
Be aware that boiling or cooking might damage the Omega3.


And if you suffer from irritable condition consuming seed can make the condition worse so in such a case consume only the oil.

I am suffering from back pain from a while now. Its almost 12 days now. In xray it is written in report that it is some loss of lumbar lordosis due to muscle spasm. Its like I am having this back problem from a while like its 5 years now. But before it was like it strike in weeks for one or two days. But now its almost 12 days continuously. I am even taking medicine. I have consulted to doctor and he told me to have som pain killer and a gastric medicine as well as calcium with vitamin d3. Even I am applying moov in that area like 3 times. Still I am suffering problem. And still pain is there. As what the xray report says loss of lumar lordosis due to muscle spasm. Is this a normal thing? Or I should consult some other doctor?

Lower back pain can happen due to several causes. However at your age it is often due to disc degeneration. This in common terms would mean early stages of spondylosis. An award winning scientific research done by my team revealed has shown that by the time Indians reach 30 years of age, 30 % start showing signs of disc degeneration and a handful of them start having episodes of back pain such as yours. There's no need to get worried as this is a part of the normal physiological process. For pain, I would advice you to take a pain killer twice a day for 5 days. Use hot compress twice daily for 15 mins each time and a gel (oxalgin nano gel) 3 times a day. Apart from this go for a walk twice a day. Avoid bending much and do not lift heavy weights and sit or squat on the floor. Go to a physiotherapist who will teach you core strengthening exercises. While the degeneration can not be reversed, it can be prevented from aggravating. If the pain doesn't decrease, you will need to be investigated further for other causes of back pain. Best of luck!

I am aged 61 years, I am badly suffering with backache in the spinal bottom and side nerves are pulling up to the ball of the thigh. Except of master scan all tests were done and found that the liver function, kidneys function, lungs, heart everything good. But spinal was not checked. They told to take one month bed rest and gave numerous medicines, but the problem was not rectified. In ayurveda, one doctor advised to use yogaraja guggulu rheumatic (AURA MAKE, TRAYODASANGA GUGGULUbut no result.

You should do consult a good ayurvedic doctor. T need to dignosed what shoulfd dignosis so we need to take ct scan of lumbo-sacral joint in ayurved there is mentioned one procedure kati basti. Do this for five days with medicated oil if you want to do it you should do it under doctor observation. So consult ayurvedic doctor near you. You will definitely get good result.

Hi, my mom is having the following symptoms since two weeks. Head ache Sleeplessness Neck pain Sometimes numbness in hands Please help. Its urgent. I am worried. Please measure her blood pressure and hemoglobin at regular interval. Also a xray of cervical spine needs to be done to confirm spondylitis. For now give her Rhus tox 200 twice daily. If she is already taking any medicine that needs to be thought of again.

This is a general low back ache and for this you can follow these measures: one keep a pillow right under the knee while sleeping, next is you can keep ice in the painful area for about 5--10 minutes, if pain still persists you can stretch your body by twisting the waist on both sides how we used to do in the school drill similarly you can try which will help you relax as well will reduce the pain. Ice can be kept in the low back where you have back pain. It is suggestible to wear lumbo sacral belt which would help you to build the abdominal muscle tone which itself would make you feel better. You can also wear mcr chappals which would help you to have less weight falling in the painful back. As you are too young there may not be any pathological issues but it is better to take iron supplements as it looks like you are anaemic. If you have back pain after you sit for long hours then it is due to your haemoglobin levels as it is important to check that. Anaemia always leads to the symptoms of being tired and also having back / leg pain though there may not be any pathological reasons for back pain.

Get the x-ray done then we will come to know the problem and for pain you can take the medicine tab ultracet twice a day for 3 days.
