I am 29 years old woman and got under eye dark circle. I take 7 hours sleep at night so lack of sleep shouldn' t be a reason for that, but darkness is very prominent. please help.

Stop worrying, consume seasonal fruits regularly. 1- arjun chal powder 3-5 gm mixed in honey and the paste is to be applied on dark circles daily at night, if possible in morning also. 2- take triphala churna 6-7 gm (one and half tea spoon) at bedtime in night with warm water. 3- sarivadyasava or sarivarishta 20ml with water twice in a day after food, continue all above for six weeks and report the improvement.

I am getting pigmentation on face and getting dark complexion from last one year and I am 34 years old.

Hello. Hyperpigmentation could be because of many reasons. So, get thorough body check up done and share the reports with me. Meantime, you can start using Bioforce's Blooume - 55 ointment (for clear skin) twice daily and also use Bakson's Suncare Sunscreen, 20-30 minutes before stepping out under the sun along with oral medication ? Sepia 200/ once daily for 20 days. Daily Regime: Apart from these, you do follow CTMP, i.e., cleansing, toning, moisturising and protection (apply liberally sunscreen with SPF-30 ? a thick layer of Bakson's Suncare cream may be, 20-30 minutes before going out daily and repeat it's application after every 3-4hrs.) after washing your face daily; use the products as per your skin type. This will change the skin texture and skin tone. In case you do have tanning, apply honey with a dash of lime on your face. Eat right and healthy that too on time, relieve your stress/ tensions, sleep well, stop smoking, as this restricts blood flow to your face and leaves you with a greyish complexion. lead a healthy lifestyle! Apart from this, avoid anger, anxiety, fear which increases stress hormone in the body and subsequently makes your complexion darker! (Hormonal imbalances also plays a major role). If the dull and dark skin tone is due to any underlying ailment or diseases, need to look into the matter. Diet: -Increase your Vitamin C intake (lemon,orange,gooseberry,etc.Fruits/juices, strawberries, sweet peppers, tomatoes, cantaloupe, and green peas). - Eat more Vitamin A (nonfat milk, oysters, and egg yolks, carrots, watermelon, papaya, tomatoes, or other dark colored produce) . If you feel your skin is weak or not tight enough, that usually suggests a lack of Vitamin A. Medicine: You can also use homoeopathic cream - Medicynth's Whitch Hazel daily at night. Home remedies: Apply fresh-squeezed lemon juice to your entire face and neck. Leave it on for 10 minutes and then wash it off with lukewarm water. After this, rub cucumber slices on your skin to soften and moisturize it. Do this daily or every other day. Another option is squeeze the juice of one-half lemon and mix one to two tablespoons of raw honey in it. Apply it on your face, leave it on for 15 to 20 minutes and then rinse it off.

you should be avoid bad habits . Avoid stress. Some Relax during work. Drink more water, high-carbohydrate foods such as potatoes, rice, pasta and bread. You can take Nutrient-rich foods that improve your health may also benefit your thyroid gland, antioxidant-rich fruits and vegetables more plenty of water: Blueberries, tomatoes, bell peppers, and other foods rich in antioxidants can improve overall health and benefit the thyroid gland. Eating foods high in B vitamins, like whole grains, may also help. Selenium: Tiny amounts of selenium are needed for enzymes that make thyroid hormones to work properly. Eating selenium-rich foods, such as sunflower seeds or Brazil nuts, can be beneficial. Tyrosine: This amino acid is used by the thyroid gland to produce T3 and T4. Taking a supplement may help, avoid oily foods,junk foods, go for walk. Tests every 3 to 6 months.

Keep hair clean. Make sure that your scalp and hair are always clean. It will help your hair grow faster. Dirt clogs the hair follicles, which makes it more difficult for hair to grow. However, do not shampoo every day, as men’s hair get easily damaged, and excessive shampooing can dehydrate hair and cause breakage. Shampoo twice a week while cleanse hair with conditioner daily.

U can opt for mole removal. Option for that are radiofrequency cautery, co2 laser. Better to visit dermatologist to decide, what ll b suitable for u. Choice of treatment depends upon mole size n skin type. To prevent recurrence n new moles from happening, you should take strict sun protection. Use sunscreen regularly on face.

I have hair loss and thin hair. Which type of care should I take like food, shampoo and precautions. I used activator shampoo.

Massage olive oil or almond oil into your hair. Cover your hair with a shower cap or plastic wrap. Let the oil sit in your hair for 2 hours or overnight. Rinse it out with cool water until the water runs clear, then shampoo and condition as normal. A well-balanced diet with plenty of protein, vitamin B, iron, and omega-3s helps your hair stay as thick and healthy as possible. Vitamin B keeps hair thick and strong. Hello Vinay , A shampoo can't increase or decrease hairfall , it just does the cleaning. Hairfall can be due to various reasons like stress , hormonal changes , Anaemia , dietary deficiencies , major illnesses , etc. So to control hairfall you should focus on both internal as well as external care. Hi. It's normal to lose up to 100 hair per day, and in most people, those hairs grow back. But many men -- and some women -- lose hair as they grow older. You can also lose your hair if you have certain diseases, such as thyroid problems, diabetes, or lupus. If you take certain medicines or have chemotherapy for cancer, you may also lose your hair. Other causes are stress, a low protein diet, a family history, use of bore water, or nutritional deficiencies. Need to rule out any causative factor or underlying medical condition. Management: Take diet rich in protein like non-veg, eggs (it's loaded with essential nutrients such as proteins, vitamin b12, iron, zinc and omega 6 fatty acids in large amounts and biotin), different pulses & legumes, sprouts, nuts (sp. Walnuts and almonds); iron-rich food like green vegetables, dates, carrots, prunes, green peas; also oats, shrimp, take flaxseeds, sunflower seeds, sesame seeds, green tea, soyabean, fruits, salads, etc. Take low-fat dairy products (they also contain whey and casein, two high-quality protein sources) take proper 6-9hrs of sound sleep. Give up the habit of smoking and excessive alcohol intake. Avoid junk food and any kind of beverages (tea, coffee, aerated drinks, cold drinks, etc.) avoid canned/ tinned food or food that contains preservatives (eat fresh ones). Avoid use of hard water to wash the head rather use boiled water for head wash. Avoid use of harsh hair colour, hair treatment like rebonding, straightening, perming, etc. Avoid vigorous exercises or any supplements provided by the gym! cover your head with scarf or cap while stepping outside. Use rose wood/ any wooden hair comb to brush your hair. Regular exercising is also one of the important point, but should be done under some good, qualified yoga teacher or instructor for proper guidance; it also releases the stress/ tension in the mind and the body and keeps you fit and young! Medication: Take homoeopathic medicines - Schwabe's Wiesbaden 200 & Alfalfa tonic twice a day for 1 month and revert. Use Schwabe's Arnica shampoo and Hair Growth oil regularly as per the condition of your scalp (minimum 3 times a week). After shampooing, use Bakson's Arnica hair conditioner as well after every head wash.

I have issue of low hair density on scalp. I also at the same time have dandruff issues. I use anti -dandruff shampoo twice a week but my hair turns white. Also, If I apply oil on head and leave it, it causes acne and lot of itching on scalp. Please suggest a solution.

Water melon juice: Prepare watermelon juice in a juicer which does not separate the pulp but converts it into semi liquid so that it can be taken as a part of juice. Cut some watermelon in small pieces of less than half inch. Mix with juice. Have some mint leaves, duly washed and cut. Pour the juice in glasses and garnish with mint leaves. Serve chilled. This delicious juice is a mine full of antioxidants, nutrients and fiber. If desired, one can also add some lemon juice and salt.
