I get hurt very easily and cry a lot. Also because of my day to day dealing of people, I easily get hurt over what others do to me, I have lost trust in all, I have developed severe anger, I don't feel like sharing my feelings with anyone because no body will understand. I don't talk to my parents about what is bothering me. I have become silent and have bottled up all my feelings. Since you get easily hurt, you are genetically programmed that way so ideal partner for you is someone who is sensitive more than anything. Else then you should realize, why do you get hurt most of the times. Isn't it because you expect a certain behavior from the other, you have this ideal image of other which is the root of all this frustration. There is nothing ideal in this world except the word ideal, everyone is a mixture of desirable and undesirable and one has to accept or choose the entire package. Neither you will change nor the other, so can this demand for the other to change go? take a counseling session if you feel so. Bottling up is still more hazardous speak out to a friend or a professional!

Take protein rich food ---eggs, milk products, seeds, pulses, mutter, soya bean. Cereals, potatoes, sweet potatoes, plantains etc. Can be useful for gaining weight. Also take vegetables, greens and fruits. Have vigorous physical exercise to improve digestion and absorption of food as well as blood circulation. Eat at regular intervals.

Avoid excessive intake of beverages such as coffee and tea immediately after meals, as this hinders the absorption of minerals like iron. Keep a track of your weight gain. Eat more often milk is a great source of protein and carbohydrates, along with many other nutrients making it great for weight gain. A 100 ml serving contains around 3.4g of protein and if you drink 2 glasses every day, you would have consumed 14g of protein. Eggs too are a great source of protein, with 100 g containing as much as 13 g of protein. They are also loaded with several vitamins like vitamin a and vitamin b12.

Dear Lybrate User, Increasing weight does not mean that you will go fatty. In fact, extra fat serves as a precursor of many diseases. In order to increase your weight as well as stay healthy you have to increase the muscle mass of your body. First of all let me tell you that there is no shortcuts in the process of muscle gain. Increasing muscle volume & strength is a highly complicated process which is influenced by various internal & external factors. In the following article you will get a glimpse of that highly complicated process as well as some of its influencing factors. I have made utmost effort in the following article to oversimplify the total process & the factors so that it would be easy to understand for you Normally a muscle undergoes an increase in size when it gets hypertrophied due to weight training. Weight-training leads to the pumping of blood to the muscle resulting in increased protein synthesis in the muscles. This applies to every muscles of human body. So, weight training is a must to increase weight. All type of exercises can be classified under two broad headings:- (1) HIIT or High Intensity Interval Training (2) LISS or Low intensity Steady Stamina. In short just remember that HIIT is weight training & LISS is cardio exercise like swimming & running. Both the form of exercise increases the rate of metabolism. But if your goal is to increase lean muscle mass of your body then you should stick to weight training aka HIIT The basic role behind the process of increase in lean muscle in human body is played by Metabolism. Metabolism is the set of life-sustaining chemical transformations within the cells of living organisms. The three main purposes of metabolism are the conversion of food/fuel to energy to run cellular processes, the conversion of food/fuel to building blocks for proteins, lipids, nucleic acids, and some carbohydrates, and the elimination of nitrogenous wastes. In order to add mass to your muscle you need to increase your rate of metabolism. Once your rate of metabolism or BMR is increased you will be able to achieve your goals There is an internal factor which controls & triggers metabolism. It is the TESTOSTERONE hormone secreted by your body. This TESTOSTERONE hormone plays an important role in the development of the lean muscle. An increased TESTOSTERONE level will help you to achieve your goal of muscle development in a considerable less time. Just follow these three basic rules during exercising:- 1) Do not rest for more than 1 minute between sets 2) Do not exercise for more than 60 minutes continuously 3) Progressive overload is necessary to increase your muscle mass Now lets come to your diet. Whenever a muscle gets hypertrophied it demands protein to expand. Here comes the need of excess protein in your diet. It is another vital part of increasing muscle mass. You may have noticed that professional body-builders take supplements according to a fixed schedule. They take 40 grams of whey just after waking from sleep at morning. They take another 20 grams of whey just 30 minutes before workout. Again they take 40 grams of whey just after finishing workout. Now you are a normal person & unless you have any intention to compete in bodybuilding competition you do not need to follow the above timings of whey protein. In fact you can get the extra protein from your diet only. Try to take 50- 70 grams of protein daily. That would be sufficient for your daily need in initial stage. As you continue progressive overload then you should also increase your protein intake. Excess protein produces excess harmful urea. Our kidney has to function more to excrete this excess harmful urea from our body. So excess protein creates excess pressure on our kidneys. For better reasons try to take protein from plant origin. Protein obtained from animal sources like meat & egg are found to play an important role in cancer. Just after exercise the rate of metabolism is increased but to maintain that increased rate of metabolism or BMR throughout the rest of the day you should need to make some little changes in your food habit. Just think of your body as a furnace & the fire as metabolism. If you add 10 kg of wood to the fire all of a sudden then the temperature of the fire will be increased suddenly but it would not last long. So in order to maintain the constant temperature of the fire it would be wise to add 1 kg of wood after every interval of 1 hour. Same happens with our body. You need to provide food to your body at certain intervals so that the rate of metabolism remains constant. I am giving a description of your food timings:- Drink a glass of water as soon as you wake up Take some pre workout nutrition Exercise for not more than 60 minutes Take a heavy breakfast within 30 minutes of exercise Take a midday snack comprising of fruits or nuts after 2 hours of breakfast Take your lunch within 2 hours after having midday snack Take an evening snack comprising of fruits or nuts after 2 hours of lunch Take your dinner at least 2 hours before going to bed Get an uninterrupted sleep for at least 7-8 hours daily Throughout the rest of the day try to drink a glass (300 ml) of cold water after every one hour If you have a habit of masturbation then you should keep a minimum gap of 5 hours between exercise & masturbation. Just after ejaculation of sperm a sudden decrease in the amount of TESTOSTERONE hormone occurs. So it would not be wise to masturbate either just before or just after exercising. Kindly remember gaining weight is a time -taking process. So do not expect any result within fortnight.

Follow these best methods to easily gain weight and get a healthy body - 1. To gain weight, your digestion should work properly for proper digestion - take 10 gms powder of carom seeds (ajwain, 10 gm powder of cumin (jeera), 10 gm of rock salt. Hye. Thanks for the query. Maintain a well-balanced and healthy diet. Without a proper diet, your efforts at the gym are useless. You need to ensure you are eating a sufficient amount of protein. Determine how many grams of protein you should eat a day (based on weight and physical activity). Great sources of protein include: nuts and nut butters, beans and other legumes, soy milk, cheese, egg whites, lean meats, poultry, and fish, tofu, sprouts are a great source of proteins for vegans. Ensure that your diet consists of mostly raw, minimally-processed foods. Eat plenty of vegetables, fruits, lean proteins, and whole grains. Opt for nutritionally dense foods that are low in fat and high in fiber. Stay away from soda and sugar. Drink alcohol in moderation. Avoid tea and coffee as much as possible as both tend to dehydrate muscles leading to low muscle volume. Stick with it! the only way to get stronger is to hit the weights frequently. Also, try to do activities during the day that involve working your muscles. Get plenty of sleep. Your body requires lots of rest, so make sure to sleep at least 7 hours a day. Take your time, and be patient. Over time, you will start to gain strength. Don't rush it. Make sure you have 1 recovery day a week. Pay attention to your core, as it will help you build upper and lower body strength. Try yoga once a week to strengthen your core muscles. Organic foods are best because you get all the nutrients out off your food. Also performing exercises with good form slow movements start of rep 2 seconds end of rep 4 seconds. Changing your workout every month can be good because your body can't be to used to exercises if you don't change your work out, your body will never change. Spacing meals out as well if you're looking at getting massive have 5-7 meals a day one every two hours. Experiment with a vegan diet as animal-based foods, while they contain protein, are also high in fat and cholesterol. Plant-based foods do not contain cholesterol. Try to measure muscle before and after to make you feel like you've achieved well. Give yourself a break about a day or two after the long and hard workout. If your muscles are sore, then this is good and means your making progress. Don't push too hard. You don't want to overdo it! if you go to the gym, make sure to do only what you can. Don't try to compete with other people who are lifting heavier weights. Everyone is different, and you will see progress if you are consistent with your diet and exercise routine. Do not use steroids to build muscles; steroids will hurt your body. Supplements will be useful only when your exercise intensity is good.

I suggest you easy method of weight gain just follow it for year you will gain weigh defiantly 1. Start exercise regularly for 3 month and then after 3 month leave it for 3 month at the time of exercise your diet will increase but same diet continue after 3 month when you stop exercise so thats why your weight will increase automatically now we discus about diet 2. Take dates with milk in the morning breakfast 3. Triphala kadha 4 tsp before lunch and dinner 4. Amala juice 4 tsp + 2tsp sugar + 2tsp honey in the morning empty stomach this take for 1.5 month only your weight gain will take definitely note=avoid over eating.

Hi lybrate-user, are you suffering from depression and since how many days are you suffering. Take positive in your mind and body, you will feel energetic. Don't feel that you are poor, helpless, in capable etc. Weak mind is full of weak thoughts. Try to eradicate all type of ill thoughts by positive poor. Time will come you will be settled.

Hye, Thanks for the query. Firstly understand that muscle gain is very dependent on genetics and metabolism along with your daily diet and exercise routine. Since you are a professional player, you should consider a more personalised diet planning. It is important to know that just eating just two heavy meals a day will not help. Muscle gain is all about taking more nutrients than you use up. Eating the right foods at the right time is very important. There is no one food that helps muscle gain. Eat meals at frequent intervals. You need to eat at least 6 meals a day. Eat a protein rich mid meal between each main meal. Pre/ post workout and practice meals need a certain amount of carbs and proteins depending on your exercise routine. Avoid junk, sugary, oily foods. Include dairy, eggs, nuts, fruits, dry fruits, vegetables, whole grain cereals, smoothies, masala milk, healthy oils in your diet. Restrict eating sugary, sweet foods. Try to have healthy deserts like kheer, chikki or lassi. Avoid alcohol and smoking. Exercise at least 6 days a week. It helps development of muscle mass and improves appetite.  Even if you were to take just medicines or supplements they will not work in isolation. You need to have a nutrient dense meal and good exercise routine, it's crucial.
