1/2 strenght exercise along with correction of diet and few ayurvediy medications is best way for lossing extra fat from body exercise should be in morning only that should be 3-12 suryanamaskar etc eating local konkani food like rice bhakari solkadhi rice etc is very important for konkan and goa region wheet poli paneer curd etc like kafvardhak food is not suitable for konkan & goa region consult privetly for more details and medications.

Hi Sahil., Tips:- 1.In general, favor light, fresh foods. 2.Drink fresh juice: pomegranate and pineapple. 3.Take 1tbsp of ghee and add 1tbsp of sugar to it mix and lick this mixture little by little in empty stomach just before lunch and dinner .and then after 30 mins you can have your meals. - Continue this for atleast a month to see the benifits 4..ake a habbit of consuming one well ripen banana with a cup of warm milk with a tsp of ghee mixed or stirred into itwith little sugar .Here sugar is for taste. 5. Boost up your apittite by working out daily for atleast 30 mins.May be brisk walk,or just alittle bit of walking,dancing etc. 6.Eat soaked dry grapes or dates soaked in warm milk over night .this should be taken empty stomach.It will also increase the Hb% .thus acts as two in one. 7. Try to remain calm and happy.this contentment is really required because this is always related to mind .Body and mind are interlinked...So well balanced state of body with mind is called as a healthy condition or the man is called healthy.

Diet wise, take more protein related, meat, egg white, Fruits, Milk, in b/w running also, u need to take more water Try to increase the pace gradually.Sudden increase ,over exertion will cause more body ache, exhaustion, sprains. Hi to increase weight you need to have calorie rich meals well placed throughout the day to form 4-5 meals a day. Foods like milk and milk products, nuts, eggs, ghee based home made sweets, pulses.

If ringworm is localised then antifungal ointment like CANDID cream is sufficient. If ringworm is extensive then oral fluconazole should be given under supervision of a pediatrician/skin specialist Best wishes

You asked · Today 11: 47 am I am having ringworm between legs. It is fungal infection. It is showing reddish mark between legs. I already used many medicines like (tube-quadriderm, fourderm, medicine-fluconazole tablet 150 mg) But still I have not get relief. It slow down and come again.

Hye, Thanks for the query. Firstly understand that weight gain is very dependent on genetics and metabolism along with your daily diet and exercise routine. It is important to know that just eating just two meals a day and adding a supplement will not help gain weight. Weight gain is all about taking more calories than you burn. Eating the right foods at the right time is very important. There is no one food or supplement that helps weight gain. Eat a healthy diet first to be able to justify taking a supplement. Avoid alcohol and smoking. Exercise at least thrice a week. It helps development of muscle mass and improves appetite. Even if you were to take just medicines or supplements they will not work in isolation. You need to have a calorie and nutrient dense meal and good exercise routine, it's crucial.

i suggest you easy method of weight gain just follow it for year you will gain weigh defiantly 1. start exercise regularly for 3 month and then after 3 month leave it for 3 month at the time of exercise your diet will increase but same diet continue after 3 month when you stop exercise so thats why your weight will increase automatically now we discus about diet 2.take dates with milk in the morning breakfast 3.triphala kadha 4 tsp beore lunch and dinner 4.amala juice 4 tsp + 2tsp sugar + 2tsp honey in the morning empty stomach this take for 1.5 month only your weight gain will take definitely note=avoid over eating ......

You are at the appropriate age to do any physical activity. However the male muscle building hormones peak at around 21-22. So I would suggest you to do intense weight training at that time as it will give you better results. In the mean time just do light weight training or body weight training. Or you can do athletics to make your body more prepared for heavy weight training.

Weakness is a result of lack of physical or muscle strength. If you are feeling that extra effort is required to move your arms, legs, or other muscles, it could also be a result of any disease, illness and too much activity at one time and not taking the food to match the amount of physical effort you are doing. Sometimes low levels of minerals (electrolytes), such as potassium or sodium also result in body weakness. Other important reason could be the problems with your thyroid gland. Because your thyroid gland is responsible for regulating the way the body uses energy. A low thyroid level can cause fatigue, weakness, laziness, weight gain etc. And a high thyroid level can cause fatigue, weight loss, muscle weakness etc. Sometime because of stress you may feel disinterest in your routine works. Since the reasons for your weakness are not known, I shall advise the following - 1. Keep yourself hydrated. 2. Get extra rest for some days till you feel more energetic. 3. Avoid watching television for long hours. Indulge in relaxing activities. 4. Avoid stress and too much physical exertion. 5. Take a nutritious diet with more protein items in homemade food like soya, sprouts, dals, paneer, milk, seasonal fruits. 6. Do light physical activity, meditation and yoga. 7. Healthy weight gain means more increase in muscles and to a certain extent fat in order to support those muscles. Just eating anything or high calorie foods will result in only fat gain which will not give you a proper body shape and will also be detrimental later in life. A diet high in protein and adequate carbohydrate in necessary. In order to achieve a healthy weight you should know what you have to eat and how much to eat.

Eat regularly at frequent intervals and exercise regularly to increase muscle mass. Along with diet and exercise it is important you maintain a good sleep routine with 7.8 hours of sleep at night. Avoid all types of packaged food and outside food. Eat home made, seasonal and local food.

Follow these best methods to easily gain weight and get a healthy body - 1. To gain weight, your digestion should work properly for proper digestion - take 10 gms powder of carom seeds (ajwain, 10 gm powder of cumin (jeera), 10 gm of rock salt. Mix them well and take 1/2 teaspoon (3-5 gm) of mixture daily after meal. 2. Take a diet rich with proteins and fats. You should take high calorie food that increase your muscle mass and induce growth in bones.
