I am 30years old. I an suffering from stomach ache last 5 years. From last 2years I have a problem in breathing. And also acidity. Are these all related 2 each other. Please suggest any medicine.

Yes related to each other. Acidity leads to loosening of tone of a tight elastic band between stomach and eating pipe. Then acid easliy regurgitates into eating pipe and leads to erosions and ulcerations in eating pipe. This may lead to extreme spasms and tightening of eating pipe leading to breathlessness even at rest. Rather than breathlessness there is problem of deep inhaling. Apart from medicines there are few lifestyle medications. I can help.

Dear, follow methods by which you can gain your desired height. 1. Follow these exercises regularly and you get the goal of height gain: * first stand straight bare foot on floor, then raise your arms upwards then raise your heels of foot with breathing in, try to stand on heels for 10-12 seconds and slowlylower down your heels back on the floor and breath outthe air. Repeat this exercise 5-8 times in morning. *sit on the floor, stretch you legs together so that both foot touch each other. Now raise your arms upwards together with back straight, now move your hands towardstoes of feet and touch them. Your forehead touching your knees. Slowly revert back the arms and move back arms in normal position. Repeat this exercise 2-4 times daily. You can privately consult me for understanding more exercises. 2. Take 300 ml of rich cream milk, 200 gm of cheese and 2-3 eggs regularly. It will definitely give boost to your bone growth. 3. Sit in sun rays for atleast 8-10 minutes in morning of evenings when the sun rays are not so strong. It will help you by getting adequate quantity of vitamin-d. 4. Hello, there can be many reasons behind it like mental worries, nutritional deficiency, hereditary and anaemia. *Make a habit of 8-10 glasses of water daily. *Eat healthy and balanced food like pulses, green leafy vegetables, fresh fruits and nuts etc. *Eggs as it is loaded with essential nutrients such as proteins, vitamin b12, iron, zinc and omega 6 fatty acids in large amount. *Add more vitamin rich food to your diet. *Avoid stress and anger. *Cut down the use of hair spray, hair gel. Can Lower Back Pain Be Cured With Physiotherapy?

Lower back pains may underline a host of diseases, some of the most distinctive being the degeneration of lumbar disc and strain of back muscles. If left unattended, these acute durations of severe pain can lead to further complications, beyond the scope of both active and passive physical treatment regimes. Hence, it is always recommended to attend to these minuscule symptoms as soon as they are detected.

How physiotherapy works wonders in lower back pains:

  1. Physiotherapy is recommended when lower back pains are frequent, or stretch for days at a time. Most medical literatures, which shower their unanimous support in favour of physiotherapy for back pain, make note that physiotherapy relieves pain, as well as improves the functions, which are most likely to be affected by this disorder.
  2. Pain emanating, following a surgery, is recognized as one of the most significant aspects where benefits of physiotherapy are more visible. Generally, patients are advised to undergo physiotherapy sessions after surgical procedures irrespective of age and gender, unless the move is contraindicated in specific cases.
  3. Muscular spasms and muscle shrinking is a highly familiar phenomenon observed in individuals who are relatively less active. This aspect of physiotherapy caters to the secondary spine muscles of the human body.
  5. The area of the body considered to be the core of lower back pain (lower back muscles and muscles of abdomen) requires more than just stretching or exercises involving machines. Workout focused on these core areas are based on a complex set of exercises, which may have to be improvised such that the aforementioned muscles absorb the maximum shock.
  6. In addition to these conventional exercises, which are based on applications of gravity, some centres offer a different environment for individuals who are unable to perform activities in normal conditions. The concept of aquatic pools addresses the issue, and makes exercising quite an easy feat for the physically challenged individuals. The first drops of rain, the lush greenery, the landscapes all rain drenched - the monsoon makes it truly enchanting, bringing the best out of nature. While most of the people enjoy the monsoon, some people often end up being at the receiving end. The season can be quite punishing triggering a host of digestive and skin problems and infections. In this article, we will discuss some important tips to help keep your skin healthy and problem free during the monsoon.

Common dermatological problems synonymous with the monsoon:
The onset of monsoon may not be at all welcoming for the skin. With an increase in the humidity levels, fungal infections, intertrigo, ringworms, skin rashes, and irritation become inevitable. A study suggests that diabetic patients need to be extra careful as they stand a greater chance of suffering from skin infections and other related problems triggered by the monsoon. Mentioned below are some of the skin problems and infections that are often known to affect people during the monsoons:

  1. Eczema: It is a non-contagious dermatological condition characterized by skin inflammation, redness, and itchiness. The affected area of the skin also appears rough and cracked with the formation of blisters. Monsoon is known to act as a catalyst, aggravating the condition and the associated discomfort to a great extent. People with eczema or sensitive skin should be extra careful during the monsoon.
  2. Scabies: A contagious skin infection caused by the Sarcoptes scabiei (parasitic mites), scabies results in the appearance of a rash along with severe itching (which often worsens at night). The humidity and temperature fluctuations during the monsoons serve as a perfect environment for the mites to thrive. If left untreated, the condition will result in extreme discomfort.
  3. Athlete's foot: A contagious fungal infection that is known to affect the skin mostly around the feet, toenails (the fungus grows on the feet) causing itching and blisters formation. The affected skin and toenails appear rough, cracked, and at times, even discolored.

Effective measures to avoid the skin problems during the monsoon:
The following tips can go a long way to ward off the annoying the skin problems.

  • Practice a good personal hygiene. Keep yourself and your clothes (especially under garments) clean.
  • Keep yourself dry. Avoid staying in wet clothes for too long. Rain or no rain, keep a raincoat or an umbrella with you all the time.
  • As some of the skin problems are contagious, one should avoid sharing their clothes and personal belongings with others.
  • Your diet can also play a pivotal role in minimizing the incidences of skin infections. Avoid hot and spicy food. Instead, opt for more fruits (avoid mangoes, watermelon), vegetables, yogurt, almonds, garlic, brown rice, oats, to name a few.
  • Keep your body well hydrated. Sip water (preferably purified or boiled) at regular intervals.
  • The use of medicated soaps, antifungal and antibacterial creams and powder may be helpful. If you wish to discuss about any specific problem, you can consult a Dermatologist.

I am a 21 year old female. I am almost one month pregnant and since me and my partner do not want the baby now. We went to doctor for abortion. She suggested either pills or throat cleaning process. Regarding pills, it is very easy method. You have to take that abortive pills as directed and you will get periods. Then after go to a gynecologist for ultrasonography to confirm that pregnancy is terminated. But this method has certain disadvantages. Sometimes there is no effect at all. Success also depends on how many months pregnancy is of. Sometimes you get result, but abortion is not complete. Some retained products of conception remains inside which will cause bleeding and diagnosed by ultrasonography. Then ultimately, you have to undergo curetting. (it is not throat curetting.) sometimes abortion is complete but still you have bleeding continuously. So looking on disadvantages, straightway curetting is the safest and ultimate procedure.

I m preparing for IES exam. But I m not able to concentrate on my studies. I can't sit for long hours to study. I feel sleepy n lazy. I sleep for around 7 to 8 hours a day even after that I keep on yawning when studying. please help me n give some tips on how I can increase my studying hours n my concentration. Sleeping for 7-8 hours is not a problem. You will have to take care of your diet - eat smaller portions. Have a healthy nutritious diet - avoid junk food and also snacks like biscuits and namkeens. Instead snack on fruits, nuts and roasted grams and snacks. Have lots of water and home made drinks- avoid tea and coffee. Exercise is a must to energize your body and brain- yoga is a good idea - do some pranayam. Divide content into smaller chunks. Set daily targets in terms of portions you want to complete rather than the no. Of hours you want to put in. Test yourself after every topic that you finish. Reward yourself if you are able to achieve daily targets. Make your goal important for yourself and think of a negative consequence (one that you most want to avoid) for self motivation.
