Hello lybrate-user you don't mention your ht but not as such problem you have to face in future but if you want to gain your Wt. U need proper exercise, n sleep n diet rich in carbohydrates n protien like sprouted cerials, chees,butter, 6 to 8 chapati daily etc.

The reason of not gaining weight are * improper diet * indigestion (disease of stomach, loose motions) * worms in intestine * thyroid disorder * diabetes *addiction (smoking or alcoholism) dear you can easily gain weight and get a healthy muscular body by following these best things - 1. To gain weight, your digestion should work properly. If you have any disease of digestive system you should treat disease first. For proper digestion - take 10 gms powder of carom seeds (ajwain, 10 gm powder of cumin (jeera), 10 gm of rock salt. Mix them well and take 1/2 teaspoon (3-5 gm) of mixture daily after meal. 2. Take a diet rich with proteins and fats. You should take high calorie food that increase your muscle mass and induce growth in bones. Follow the diet chart in your daily life to fastly gain weight * in morning, take a glass of milk added with 2 teaspoons of protein powder with breakfast. * in lunch time, take 1 bowl of curd or 100 gm of cheese, a bowl of vegetable, with chapattis. * in evening, take 1 glass of milk (300 ml) with 2 bananas. * in night, take a bowl of careals (daal, a bowl of salad with chapattis. 3. In morning, get up early and take awalk for 10-15 minutes and exercise light weight exercises for at least 30 minutes at home or gym. 4. For proper weight, proper sleep is very important. Treadmill Vs Jogging - Which One Helps You Lose More Calories?

Although both are similar, treadmill and jogging are very different from each other. The same muscles are used in both the exercises and the same forward body movement is involved in both the exercises. Both are done for cardiovascular fitness, to decrease the amount of fat in your body, and to tone your legs. However, here are a few pointers which show you the difference between treadmill and jogging:

1. Treadmill is easy: Running on a treadmill is easier than going out for a jog. This is because a treadmill has a plain running surface with a constant environment. But when you go out for a jog, the surface may not be plain; the environment might not be constant as it can be windy or extremely sunny. The treadmill can also be adjusted according to your requirements, like the inclination can be increased or decreased; the speed of the belt can be increased or decreased, etc. It also affects the joints less because you are able to have a flat surface to place your foot every time, unlike the rough surface of the roads and lanes when you jog.

2. Convenience: Running a mile at home on a tread mill is much more convenient than going out for a jog. You can hop onto a treadmill for a run anytime, but going out for jog whenever you feel like, is difficult and can cause inconvenience. The weather might not be appropriate to go for a jog, or you might have certain things to do which you can while you are on the treadmill.

3. Motivation: Treadmills allow you to see how much you have run, which will motivate you to work harder and surpass your previous limit. This is difficult when you go out for a jog as you cannot calculate how much you ran.

4. Burning calories: Jogging outside is much more challenging than jogging on a treadmill. This is because of the various factors which you have to face like weather and terrain while you are jogging outside. This causes you to burn more calories than what you would on a treadmill. However, you can change the inclination and the speed of the treadmill which will also enable you to burn more calories.

Although jogging outside and on a treadmill might have these few differences, you will get the best results, if you are able to combine both together.

What type of diet you r taking. It depends on your weight and digestion. Daily morning start to take half tsp of turmeric powder with water. Be alert about your digestion and constipation. Take herbal tea and soup daily.

Dear you can easily gain weight and get a healthy muscular body by following these best things - 1. To gain weight, your digestion should work properly. During exercise, there is a sudden flow of blood in that region and that is why nipples get round and firm. In normal conditions, nipples stay relaxed. So it is a natural process, don't worry about it.

Kindly add these daily. 2 glasses of milk in the morning and night. 2 cups of curd daily with lunch and dinner. 1 cup of pulses daily. 1 egg/pc chicken/fish or paneer every week, 2-3 tsp of ghee daily with food and about 8-10 nuts daily. Also include dates, raisins, figs every day. In the main meals, increase portion size by 20%. All the best.

Hello- yes wearing tight clothes presses the testicles more towards the skin and due to slightly increased temperature of skin (body) the sperm production process of testicles gets affected leading towards infertility. Testicle need a temperature less thn the body temperature that is the reason why it is situated away from the body in sac called as scrotum.

For increasing your weight Few diet tips - Not to eat fried food items and Can eat All green vegetables, moong, chana,Dal, rice etc And to apply ghee over chappati and don't apply oil over chappati And to drink milk mixed with turmeric powder twice a day And If possible eat eggs on alternate days And If possible in breakfast eat atleast one bajra ka rotla And Eat seasonal fruit.

WE believe that drinking coffee is good, but perhaps their belief is based on the assumption that you are drinking the right amount. The recommended amount for daily consumption is one cup of coffee or 95~200 mg, and should not have more than 400 mg in one day.

Increase sleeping time 8 hours. Change food habites. Add in your food vitamines, minirales, proteins, green vegitabales, salad, dry fruites. Avoid fast, spacy, junck foods. Take simpale veg foods. Take a cup of milk add one spoon prosup powder 1 spoon mix end take before going to sleep in night.

Cut the salt to cut the body fat

Eating more than the recommended 2500 mg (1 tablespoon) of sodium each day will cause you to retain water and weight gain. Sodium holds up to 50 times its weight in water. When you limit the amount of sodium you eat your body will begin to expel some that unwanted water weight. 
The urge to drink water is a good indicator that your sodium intake is too high. As your sodium levels get high your body ask for more water to dilute the sodium by making you thirsty. 
A lot of bars offer salty snacks such as peanuts and chips for free, after customers get thirsty they will order drinks to quench their thirst. So watch out for salty snacks and remove them from the diet to lose weight fast.
